I recently visited Jiffy Lube for a routine service, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, I was met with a complete lack of acknowledgment from the staff. No greeting, no smile, just blank stares. It felt unwelcoming and impersonal from the get-go.Throughout the service, the atmosphere remained chilly. The employees seemed disinterested and went through the motions without any engagement or communication. It left me feeling like just another number in their system, rather than a valued customer.Furthermore, the lack of communication extended to the service itself.Overall, my experience at Jiffy Lube was disappointing. The absence of basic courtesy and communication made for a frustrating and uncomfortable visit. I hope they can address these issues to provide a more positive experience for future customers.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN - or if you like yourself or your car. They will take advantage of your business, give you inflated prices, and, if you try to complain, they will tell you that they are submitting a request and NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. I had my brakes fixed here a year ago - I asked them to fix ALL of my brakes and they quoted me around $600. I arrive a few hours later and they charged me the same amount but only fixed my front brakes! I tried to complain but they told me that I didn t know what I was talking about when every other car shop in the area told me that they charged me for a full brake replacement. They also tried to get me to fix things that didn t need to be fixed yet - but that s a completely different story (trust me though, i went for several other opinions after this nightmare). They overcharged me for a service that I did not want (I wanted the full set, not half) and then proceeded to gaslight and belittle me. I had hoped that after enduring such horrible customer service that my complaint would at least result in the return of some of the money they had stolen from me, but they never respond and simply pretended it didn t happen when i attempted to follow up. Before this, I had been a super loyal customer and only come to this specific jiffy lube at this specific location but now I can t emphasize how truly disgusting and horrible I think their business practice is and I would never go back here. AVOID THIS JIFFY LUBE AT ALL COSTS, GO SOMEWHERE BETTER WHERE THEY WILL RESPECT YOU AND CHARGE FAIR PRICES (or at least has the decency to try to provide solutions for problems that they create). This was about a year ago, but I thought it worth warning other people so they don t get taken advantage of like I did! Go to the pep boys down the street for better pricing :) (they did my rear brakes at a normal cost)

Keep up the great work! Big dude (sorry I didn't remember his name) in the shop is an excellent example of great customer service! He told me that I needed to replace my oil pan because it was leaking badly. He gave me a very reasonable quote and my car was done in a hr and a half. I really appreciate the service from all team members.I have been to a lot of auto shops but this is the Best shop ever and I will continue to come here.I really appreciate the service. Thank you!

$145 for an awkward and disappointing oil change.I'd actually been to this location a few years ago and the team was great.Not today.This oil change service did NOT check my lights, my brakes, my turn signals, did not check my filters belts or any of the fluids! They made me exit my vehicle to pay a cashier who did not look at me for the entire transaction. The staff was not friendly (except for the guy who told me which bay to drive up to) and I didn't even get a little windshield reminder decal.I've gone for many oil changes over my lifetime and this was the first to bum me out. I suggest driving a couple miles to the next place.

This specific Jiffy Lube shop. Paid for a round-trip Lyft or Uber while they repair my SUV at no additional expense. You got to love it, not only am I going to come back and recommend using your service I m gonna post it on yelp..

1) as soon as i got in the office the clerk and a mechanic were arguing and even asking for paper proof I don t know for what, and when it was my turn the clerk was rude and seem angry and had just poor communication skills after giving me a quote for 260 for flushing the oil and changing the filter he just walked off2) i heard two workers cursing and flirting with a costumer that had just arrived (on their defense the girl was dressed to receive that kind of attention)3) after looking at the reviews i took it as a too many red flags the place outside is full of trash4) I was left at the office unattended for about 15 minutes before I decided not to risk my car. I had the absolute misfortune of visiting Jiffy Lube recently, and it was hands down the worst automotive service experience of my life. From the moment I pulled into their lot, it was clear that my day was about to take a frustrating turn.First of all, it took a mind-boggling 45 minutes for them to even start working on my car. I mean, seriously? I could have read a novel, finished a crossword puzzle, and watched a short movie in that time. Their inefficiency and lack of customer consideration were evident right from the start.But wait, it gets worse. After finally starting the service, they drained my oil, only to discover that they didn't have the new filter required for the change. I mean, how on earth does a place like Jiffy Lube run out of oil filters? It's like a bakery running out of bread! The result? They ended up changing my oil with the old filter, which is basically automotive malpractice. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to charge me for a full service as if they'd done me a favor.I left that place feeling scammed, frustrated, and incredibly disappointed. The entire experience was a colossal waste of time and money. I can guarantee that I will never set foot in a Jiffy Lube ever again. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this disaster of an establishment. They should rename it to "Jiffy Lose" because that's exactly what you'll do there lose your patience, money, and faith in humanity.

Jose Navarro is the NICEST MANAGER! I came in for a vehicle inspection and he quickly took care of me . He said he didn't want me to wait an hour for something so quick and easy! He was thoughtful and kind and made my day! I was done FAST!THANK YOU JOSE!

This was the very first oil change on my brand new truck. The service people didn t screw the skid plate back on all the way and completely left 1 of the bolts off. They also left a screw off the wheel well cover where they unscrewed it to get to the oil filter. On top of that, they didn t put the tire cap back on after airing up one of the tires. All around extremely careless and poor service.

You have to check the work they do on your car and you cant bc it's underneath. This is what happens when you go to Jiffy Lube. You get to tow your own vehicle and Jiffy Lube holds no accountability!

I always use this location because it offers more services than others in the area. The staff is always friendly. They repaired and replaced parts of my power steering line in a couple hours. They take care of you, are honest, and direct.Had to get a brake fluid and transmission fluid flush done as it was overdue. First time doing it so I was a bit nervous. They walked me through every step of the way, let me know what upcoming service I may need (tire tread is starting to get low, need an alignment) and where I could get those services done at reasonable rates. It took a long time to be seen (over 45 minutes) but in this case, it was well worth it. Across all other places I could've had this done, the pricing was the best and they even had a coupon I was able to use on top of it. Service was the best out of these places as well. Super direct, super patient with me, and I felt taken care of by the end of it. Drove the car up to SF and back the following week and my car ran like a dream. Would definitely go back.

I recently had a bad experience at the Jiffy Lube on Sepulveda in Manhattan Beach. First of all, they didn't complete a safety check.To make matters worse, I had to wait over an hour for what was supposed to be a quick oil change. There was no explanation for the delay, and no one seemed to be in a hurry to get my car done. Also, they don t put the Bay Timers on until after the service is over - I m assuming this is for the fact they don t complete their services in a timely manner. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Jiffy Lube on Sepulveda in Manhattan Beach. I would not recommend this location to anyone, and I will not be returning.Service: Oil change

THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T JUMPSTART MY CARMy car was working perfectly fine when I went in for a tune up. I wanted to ask for them to replace my windshield wipers (I already bought new ones) and they talked over me and had to be reminded to do it. That's not a huge deal.The problem is... The second they touched it they told me it wasn't starting, it's a 5 year old car with not even 45k miles on it. It has never failed to start.OK, that was a red flag but they jumpstarted it just fine, things seemed fine. Then they asked to replace the battery for about $200 and I declined, I wanted a second opinion.When I got my car back it wasn't starting again so I requested a jumpstart again, so I could leave.The informed me that they couldn't because (and I quote) "our jumper guy just left for the day" and that I should just get the new battery.This is when I started to get truly suspicious...anyone with the right equipment can jump start a car; but I need the use of my car and we're going on a road trip soon, plus I don't have AAA.Full disclosure, the cashier gave me a 10% discount because he could see that I was agitated and upset.I still don't want anyone else to have to go through this and the simple fact that not one mechanic there could jump my car is a HUGE red flag, don't go here go somewhere reputable.

Had an appointment for an oil check at 12pm (noon). The guy was very short and wasn t very pleasant as he asked questions about my car. They were very unorganized and 2 guys who were working the register for the gas pumps were chatting about video games. They were quite rude to multiple customers while I sat waiting and didn t go out of there way to help any customers. I finally was out of there around 1:15pm. The guy gave a good attempt at upselling me 350 bucks for transmission and rear differential fluids but unfortunately for him I knew more about my car than he did.Fast forward 3 hours- 4:15. I get a call from Jiffy Lube. I answer. And am instantly accused of stealing someone s car keys. Mind you I m a little taken aback. I calmly state that the man must be mistaken, I m looking at my keys on my coffee table as we speak and my house keys are definitely attached and I drove home. The individual interrupts me at this point and notifies me that I m going to be arrested and they have it on video that I stole some unknown car model/make that I didn t recognize. I insisted they check the video footage again as it certainly couldn t be me. The man states he certainly will take a look again and will be calling me back and calling the police. I got no call back I assume the guy felt stupid about falsely accusing and realized he was out of line.I wouldn t recommend going to this location- I certainly won t be returning

Alerted me to a bigger issue. Thanks mechanics at Jiffy Lube Westchester!I came in for an oil change, reluctantly after seeing all the one star reviews. It is a business for oil changes so I keep my expectations there. However, the guys who worked on my car were insistent that I check out my starter and/or flywheel. I didn t sense they were soliciting for the job; just being professional and honest with what they observed. Surely, after immediately taking car to shop, i found out starter motor was failing. I really wish someone had warned me about this location, because getting my car serviced there was one of the most upsetting experiences. I went there since they were the nearest Jiffy Lube that inspect breaks. They changed my car s breaks, but did something wrong and now the breaks make a horrible screeching noise. The screeching is so bad that my family, my neighbors, my coworkers, and even random people on the street have come up to me and expressed concern that the car is safe to drive. I took my car back 2 weeks later and explained to the manager about the screeching noise, and he actually tried to convince me that the breaks made that noise because they need an adjustment period. I had to practically beg for them to work on the car and try to fix the breaks. They changed the breaks a second time, but nothing changed and the noise continued. I went back a third time and talked to a different man that claimed to be the manager for the day. I explained to him about the situation, and he actually said that it was possible the mechanic may have used low quality products that were not right for my car, but if I wanted my car serviced again on that day, he would make sure a higher brand of product was used. Once those words came out of the manager s mouth, I decided I didn t want anyone in that shop working on my car for a third time. Clearly they know they messed up my car. I asked the manager who I could contact to file an official claim to get reimbursed, but he refused to answer that question. The bottom line is I am out $1,200 and now I have to take my car to another shop to fix all the shoddy work Jiffy Lube performed.To anyone reading this, I would recommend you take your time and money to another business that actually cares about giving quality service.

Been coming here for oil changes for years on multiple cars. Pulled up and they said a little busy, will be a 40 minute wait today. I had about 2 hours before work, said sure no problem. It s now been 2 hours... still not done. I m late to work, missing important meetings. Never coming back. This is unacceptable for a basic oil change. My advice: avoid this location at all cost. I was at this Jiffy Lube location this morning where Google indicated it was open at 7am When I arrived there were two men at the office and the garage was open but one of them told me they did not open until 8am. They said they were just moving some rental cars out of the shop f cleaning up. They sent me to the Jiffy Lube in Manhattan Beach that he said opened at 7am. He said he checked the computer, and there was no wait. I arrived at the Manhattan Beach location, and the shop was closed, not open until 8am. No wonder there is no wait. To the owner of the Westchester Jiffy Lube, I hope you know your employees are diverting customers away from your shop. Clearly, it was open, and I was asked to drive further for a simple oil change.Service: Oil change

They were very fast and they took care of me with a military discount. 4 days later, a light on my dash indicated an issue and they were warm and welcoming when I called about the situation. Everyone had a positive and assuring attitude, so, I took my car back and my issue was resolved. I will use this location the next time that my car needs to be serviced.

I just need to leave a comment to express my gratitude. I had a slow leaking tire and I was desperately looking for an air pump so I could fill it enough to just get home. A wonderful employee (unfortunately I did not get his name) happily filled my tire with air. He even took a look at my tire to see if he could determine what was causing the leak. Sure enough, he found the nail. All for no charge. A huge thank you for the generosity and advice I received last week. If I lived in the area, I would certainly come back for service. Thanks again!
