What s up? Why no reimbursement on the Subaru boxer engine? Your timing job wasn t so good and the engine failed after 3000 miles. You wouldn t send me shipping instructions so I had my friend drop that piece off at your front door. Don t worry, I was the bigger man and reimbursed My customer. L&S automotive is no more, but I hope you soon will be the same.Your apology will never be accepted until I get reimbursed

Motor broke after 10k miles or so. Communication with this company has been horrible. They won't answer the phone, all communication is done through email. They have had all our information for a week and no response as to what they are going to do for usYour reply is absolute nonsense! The motor has an issue with the timing chain. That has nothing to do with the installer. You guys are crooks through and through and God absolutely can not bless your company with such poor integrity. If you wont stand behind your mistakes, your warranty is absolutely worthless. You should just tell everybody that up front. THERE IS NO WARRANTY! EVERYTHING IS AS IS.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Took almost 4 months for an engine return to process and they gave $0 refund. Their own paperwork states it should be 6 to 15 business days. I reached out several times to check on it. After more than 3 months I get a letter stating $0 refund and no explanation as to what they did with my money or motor.EDIT FOR RESPONSE: The owner or whoever is replying to comments is ridiculous. All procedures were followed engine drained and left in the AZ August sun for a week it was dry as a bone. These clowns don't deserve your money. Check out there BBB reviews clearly these people are incompetent and shouldn't be in business. Beyond the terrible customer service these geniuses don't even know their own policies. Simply reading the sign agreement between both parties would let you know you broke contract. Just avoid these scamming turkeys. Save yourself time and hassle.

Absolute terrible experience. Started off with sending out the engine in 3 months when they said 3 weeks. Then they sent it without one of the cam caps (these are cracked, unique to the engine and cannot be bought separately). Had a piece custom machined to take care of that problem. Tried running the engine and it ran like garbage. Found out the head bolts were finger tight! Horrible customer service - they either don't respond or say send it back. Read the fine print to see the "unlimited warranty" covers basically nothing. Then battled them for 11 months just to get a small percentage of the core refund after they said I would receive the full amount. Avoid this shoddy business!

Worst engine building in the USA. Total SCAM company. Bought an engine here and in 1 month engine failed do to this company installing the timing chain tensioners backwards! yes! they put the left on the right and the right on the left!!! 17 hours of my shops labor to fix there stupidity!!! They also took my 800 dollar core money and made me pay to send it back to them! I hope the city shuts them down!

Please save yourself the headache of purchasing from this company. You will receive a terrible build and when things go south and they will, this company will blame you for the problem. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS UP!If you get ahold of someone for support, they will blame you then hang up on you..Terrible Company

Worst company ever. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! We waited months for a motor to be built and when it finally arrived it lasted ten minutes if total run time. They said it was not their fault.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. WHAT A RIP OFF. AS A BUSINESS, YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING. CUSTOMER IS THREATENING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST US, DUE TO THESE GUYS. NO RESOLUTION FROM THE COMPANY, THEY WONT EVEN ANSWER OUR CALL. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!JUST LOOK AT THEIR RESPONSE. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. TRYING TO PLACE BLAME ON THE SHOP OR THE CUSTOMERS. BEWARE these guys are some pieces of work after sending me a bad engine it took them 5 weeks to get my motor back to me that actually worked properly first one the head bolts werent even tighten now im fighting over the fact that its been over a month for my core return money to come

DO NOT BUY ENGINE FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS THEIR SECOND COMPANY DUE TO HAVING SHUT THE FIRST ONE DOWN FOR POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. BUILD JUNK ENGINES AND DO NOT BACK THEM UP.
