Northridge Service Inc. was the second towing company that came out to try and tow my Tesla with a faulty battery. The first couldn t figure out how to pull the car up on the truck even if they could figure out how to get it into tow mode. The tow hook panel was covered by a wrap. Vlad got it in tow mode, pushed it out of the parking spot, did something under the car to pull the car onto the flat bed, and had it all done in 15 minutes. I highly recommend.

I had two calls in one day from Northridge Service Inc. Two different vehicles. The work van needed a tow and my personal vehicle has a flat.The dispatcher was AMAZINGLY kind and very patient and both driver/mechanics were personable and very friendly. They went over and above to make sure that I was safe and that everything that I needed done was accomplished. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Northridge Service Inc.Services: Special vehicle towing, Tire change

Triple aaa dispatched this tow service to handle my tow. They never showed up I was left on the side of the free way for several hours. I texted them with in the first hour and they lied in the text saying they called me 3 times. I never got one phone call from them and no one ever came. Do not use their service they are scammers.

This service works with AAA. Today my bus wouldn't start up for me, so Kenny was the one to assist me. I cannot rave enough about, not only the professional and knowledgeable service he provided, but he went out of his way and waited for a few extra minutes to make sure I got in my vehicle safely to head home, he was familiar with the area and knew it wasn't the safest. That made me feel super good and so well cared for! It was a small gesture on his part, but a big deal to me and, again, I cannot say enough how much I appreciate that! I told George I could not put my vehicle in neutral, after having already including this detail in my AAA notes. He insisted I give him my key to try anyway and when I expressed confusion, he simply used his experience as the excuse for why I didn t know for sure that my car wouldn t go into neutral. I told him my battery was new and functioning and that electric components were responsive (ie locks, lights). Amber, with dispatch, kept calling me honey and threatened to discontinue services because I was being difficult . This was in response to me stating I was uncomfortable being called honey with no personal relationship established. I expressed that my time was valuable and that I did not want to waste his either. After giving him my key (because I d been strong-held into it or face my vehicle s continued stagnation), he tried turning my vehicle on and also jumping the battery. Neither of these actions proved effective. And when I asked if it worked, he said that he s been advised not to touch the vehicle. I ve since requested service from another company and let AAA know about this incident. I wouldn t recommend this company for anyone looking for a professional or cordial technician. These people struggle with giving respect and not gaslighting potential customers.Service: Car towing

Excelente service from George! He was very generous and patient! I needed my car towed but he helped me jump start my car instead and drove behind me to make sure I got to the mechanic safely without any trouble.

I am an AAA member and I was referred to Northridge Tow. I'm angry at AAA and Northridge. They (Northridge) are rude, unapologetic and not worthy of anyone's business. They left me high and dry - and that was after almost 3 hours of waiting for them. Then they refused my calls, texts and eventually told me flat out to just hire another tow company. So, late at night (10pm) I had to find another tow company to help me out (who were wonderful by the way). In all, it took me 6 hours to get a car from Chatsworth to West Hills - all of 4 miles. If it was possible, I would give Northridge zero - as in 0 - stars. I don't know how they keep their AAA rating.Service: Car towing

Driver Jesse arrived within the time given to us by AAA. He was polite, friendly, and gave me accurate advice on what I needed to do to keep my battery running after the jump start. A positive interaction and the best experience you can have when it's dark outside and your car won't start. Would recommend Jesse any day!

All I can do is warn you stay away. This company, staff, and level of professionalism is a complete joke. Beginning with the tow truck drivers all the way to dispatch they lack customer service skills, professionalism, and communication skills. I called AAA and they sent this company to pick up my car the driver arrived on time, put my car on the truck and took off going over 55mph down Roscoe blvd in front of Cleveland High school. The driver never verified info or where the car was going he just threw it on the flat bed and said I ll meet you there and took off. I arrived at my mechanic but my car didn t. I tried to follow him but he was speeding and taking yellow lights very unsafe driver. The car and driver never arrived at my shop so I called Northridge Service to see what was going on but instead of helping he began to try correct me and blame me and to be honest he was very confrontational. I said you know what if you say he s coming then he s coming and I hung up to avoid dealing with his attitude. About 5 minutes later he calls me back and says my car got dropped off already and driver is gone. This where I lost it and told him that he should ve listened from the start because his driver took off like a bat out of hell with out knowing where he was going. At this point he was rude, mad, and trying to correct and blame it on me. His response was well the driver left he s on another call your car is at another shop and you re going to have to wait. I told him I was going to call AAA to file a complaint and he said I don t care do it!If you live the northridge area and call AAA ask them to not send Northridge Services to help. You will have the worst experience. Your car might not even make to it s destination the driver might crash because he speeding or they might just drop it off at the wrong place and blame you for it STAY AWAY!?

This place should be avoided. They were dispatched by AAA to replace the battery in my wife's Porsche and it ended terribly. After their tech replaced the battery he placed the dead battery on the ground by the drivers side front tire. Then for some absurd reason asked my wife to get out and look at the "alternator" which he indicated was in the front beneath the battery. This is a mid engine PORSCHE with alternator mounted on the motor towards the rear. My wife trips and takes a nasty fall because of the battery carelessly left on the ground. The tech did not even help my wife off up. I called and spoke to Cynthia and was told that someone named Ryan would be in touch. He called and took some information and hasn't returned any of my calls since.My wife banged up her shins wrists and elbows because of this employee's negligence

If AAA tells you they're sending these guys... Ask them to send someone else. They are terrible people with zero conscience.Today I called AAA because my anti-lock brake system was acting up for some reason, and my back wheels locked up. The tow service sent out Romeo, who seems nice, but clearly had no idea what he was doing. He towed my car, dragging it on it's locked wheels, all the way to my mechanic. Romeo even admitted to me, a block away from my mechanic, that his tow truck also seemed to be running rough, and he stopped it in front if the 7-11 at Reseda & Saticoy, where he admitted to me that the wheels were dragging. At that point, I thought that maybe it had just happened and had only been dragged a few feet.When my mechanic noticed the wear on the tire, he showed it to me, and inside the tread to each side of the worn down part, there was fresh rubber damage that indicated that this definitely happened today.I called AAA, and was instructed to take it back to Northridge services for examination. I called them to let them know that I was on my way.When I arrived, they called Romeo, who flat -out lied and said that the car had not been dragged, and I was told to contact AAA again. When I informed the guy that they had already sent me to them, he said, "call them back, tell them I refuse, and we will call the police if you harass us anymore." All the while with their secretary filming me as if I was some sort of a criminal.I certainly raised my voice a bit when they started fighting me on the whole thing, but there is no way that I did anything that would warrant a call to the police. I absolutely cannot believe the AAA partners with companies who treat customers this badly. I have filed a formal complaint with AAA, and with BAR and BBB as well; I have no problem taking them to small claims court, or opening a claim against them with my own auto insurance company, if necessary.Thankfully, I have the advantage of my mechanic having seen my car immediately before AND after the tow, and can attest to the differences in tire wear, as they consistently inspect my whole vehicle when they change my oil. (Creative Automotive Engineering in Reseda. Highly recommended.)

These guys saved me and then some when my car broke down in the San Fernando Valley. AAA sent their driver with his tow truck when I called and I am thankful that the Auto Club has Northridge Service Inc. as a designated towing service. The driver correctly diagnosed the problem with my car and towed my vehicle .... all the way to Orange County!! The driver, Lima, was courteous, friendly, and went way beyond the call of duty.

I found this shop via AAA several years ago. My car broke down and when AAA asked where I wanted to be towed and I wasn't sure they recommend this one. Since then I have been here quiet a few times and always see the same service writer (Dave). Dave is great. He always seems fair. I have never been dis satisfied here.

We had a flat tire at 9:00 pm. We called AAA they said they would get a tow truck by 10:14 pm. It didnt even take 15 minutes and the driver showed up. The driver's name is Israel and gave us just a great customer service. Not only did he take care of our car but he made us feel extremely comfortable. We were completely stressed and he calmed us by being so nice and respectful. Thank you Israel for your help . Gracias por toda su ayuda.

If I could put 0 stars I would. AAA sent them out. Lady on the phone was rude and would deny my phones calls and responded with a simple text saying they are 40 minutes away whole time they took 4 and a half hours to get here don t waste your time with them!

I do not ever do reviews and my story is too long to possibly post on here but I d rather push my truck down the freeway than sit for five hours waiting for them ever again. Absolutely horrible! I called triple AAA and they sent the people, then they think I am somewhere else because the driver can't read or speak english.Horrible company!! Avoid!!Ps, next company called me, confirmed my location. And yes could read and speak english and was able to help with in 10 min of getting the call.

Fair pricing, friendly customer support and very understanding and helpful. They went out of there way to wait for me to walk from simi valley to them and that to say the least was very outstanding, they even offered to pick me up when I was closer distance. I am impressed!Repair's were fast and vehicle never ran so well before repair. I am pleased

Called AAA , at the time I forgot my wallet but I showed a picture of my I'd and member card along with the registration, also offered to show ids once I got home .Mike torabzadeth was being extremely rude started taking pictures of my license plate and left me stranded in a very dangerous neighborhood.
