I ordered a rebuilt TIPM for my daughter s 07 Jeep Jk. I received the order fast and everything was very straight forward. It fixed all of the issues with the power door locks and the windshield washer. Definitely reommned!

I was so thankful to find them. The website was easy to use and made it easy to make sure I was getting the correct product. The first one I got had an issue but I called and they immediately sent out a replacement and thoroughly explained the return process. It was easy to return. The second unit fixed the issues I was having. This company had quick delivery times, even though I am across the country, good customer service, which is rare, and a great product at a fare price. Will be recommending them to anyone with TIPM issues. My mechanic was also happy to hear of a place that pre-programs. This will now allow him to offer a service he did not before.

Thank you received my TIPM on time in perfect condition with everything I need just like a new one. Only issue i had was that the TIPM was not the issue . But I still kept it because just in case if in the near future, at least I know I have a new one and I won t have that issue for God knows how long but thank you so much guys great job. I also have to mention the packaging was phenomenal great job !

The entire process, from entering vehicle info to find the right part to returning my core, was extremely simple. The TIPM was packaged well with a really good manual for installation/troubleshooting tips. The included return label made it even easier. They even have very well made videos on YouTube for visual installation/troubleshooting tips. Also, the fact they let you turn your purchase into a "Rental" and will refund a large portion of your purchase price if it doesn't fix your problem is amazing. I am so impressed with every part of this process that I will be sure to send anyone their way if they are experiencing TIPM related issues. Easy 5 stars.

My recent experience with the TIPM repair service was a mixed bag. On the positive side, my vehicle is now up and running smoothly without any issues so far, which is a relief. However, the shipping time was exceptionally slow, requiring nearly three weeks for the repair. Communication throughout the process was lacking, leaving me in the dark about whether they received my TIPM and the specific issues it had. On the plus side, the price for the repair was quite reasonable compared to buying a new unit. Overall, it's challenging to provide a definitive rating. While I'm grateful to have my vehicle back in working order, I would caution others to prepare for potential delays and minimal communication.

Awesome company! A must know if you own a 3rd gen Ram. I purchased a used FCM and it arrived right on time. The packaging was thoughtful with lots of packing peanuts ensuring the FCM arrived safely! I will be recommending MAK's to anyone with a 3rd gen Ram.

Excellent service. Item arrived quickly and was ready to install. It even came with relays and fuses already installed which saved me some time since my original tipm didn't have the correct size fuses installed. Will definitely recommend others to order from here.

We shipped off our TIPM back in November, understood that it could take a little longer due to holiday. Didn t receive it back until 1/5/24. Placed in Jeep and ran for 1 day fixed a few other issues such as new battery, oil change. Ran another day but this time the windshield wipers & lights began to flash. Sent it to the mechanic and he confirmed it was still the TIPM. He called this location and sent it back. Okay, then didn t get it back until end of Feb first of March. Took it to the mechanic he said it was doing fine & 5 minutes later the windshield wipers and light started doing the same thing. He explained that when we tapped the TIPM it would stop. Explained it s like they just wrapped it right back in the box and sent it back. Mind you we paid $500 for the rebuild and now paid $100 in shipping back and forth. Called 2x last week and got one phone call back. I missed the call due to time difference and I was not available that time but I called back not even 3 minutes later asked for BO. He was already on another call & would call me back. Never got a call back. Called 2 days after the first call and explained that I have been waiting. They reached out to BO and he said as soon as he got back from lunch he would call me. Never received a phone call. Our Jeep has now not being running since November & the piece was in their hands over 60 days of that. I called to ask for a refund or brand new, or a least a credit to our account. This is unprofessional and do not appreciate the lack of disrespect I ve received while on the phone. Dont recommend unless you have time or money to give up.

Great experience. Fair price. TIPM showed up already programmed to my VIN. Install video was thorough Easy install and worked perfectly. Was shipped quickly. Would be great if the did rebuilt ABS control moduals too.

Easy to order and easy to return core.TIPM works perfectly and was easy to install using the MAK's installation video. Took me about 20 minutes to install the TIPM. I waited over an hour to make sure the computer capacitors fully discharged.

Ghostbusters of the auto industry! 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK symptoms included dash warning lights (brake, abs, traction control), sporadic door locks going off by themselves and issues with the radio. Interestingly, all the fuses related to these three issues are clustered in the TIPM. After going through MAK's website, which is extremely well done, informative and organized, and after having a thorough technical discussion with one of MAK's techs, Amal, I ordered a rebuilt unit with a red lid (for fun). The unit arrived within 2 days. Packaging was solid and instructions on how to return the old core were very clear. Installation of the new TIPM resolved all problems. Bonus - all TIPMs from MAK's, whether rebuilt or new, have the solid state fuel pump relay. This solved my parasitic draw issue as well. Great company and glad there is a business that caters to this need.

New,rebuilt, TIPM DOES NOT WORK. Installed as per instructions. Attempted numerous soft reboots as per instructions. Still fails to work properly. Will tow vehicle, 2010 Dodge Ram , into Dodge dealer in hopes of resetting TIPM. If that fails I will request full return of my money. Very disappointed. I am an Engineer and have familiarity with solid state electronics.

I received my TIPM on time and installed it at home within the same day. My vehicle worked immediately after installation, and I was able to set up a payment plan with affirm, which made the whole situation much more affordable for me. We got 50 dollars back by sending in our old, broken TIPM as well. Couldn t be happier, really.

Great product. Was exactly as described. Shipped same day and was top notch quality and great service. Was a very good experience and solved my issues the main one being my windows not rolling up or down. Highly recommend and hope I never need a new one but if so I would definitely call MAKs 1st.

We ordered the part and it was here in the expected time. Kevin at MAKS was great and even called the dealer in California to check and make sure my VIN NO and the part no matched. I am having it installed now and should know in more in a couple of days. All in all so far it has been a great experience.

Easy ordering and it showed up way faster than I expected - 3 days after ordering. Got the new TIPM installed the same day and it works great and fixed my headlight problem.

Delivered the part faster than expected. There were a couple blown fuses in the received unit, but I was able to resolve that in short order. Made sure to flag the bad fuses on my return unit. All in all I'm happy with my purchase. MAK Rebuilders came through clutch on a part preventing me from operating my Jeep.

Well we had an issue with the 1st one and called them and they got me another quickly and the 2nd one worked perfectly!!!Will definitely use this product again if needed, we are automotive repair facility and this is not the first we got a part that didn t work properly but the they got it taken care of quickly.Thank you again !!!

Service was great. Had TIPM rebuit. Thought there would be more communication, but guess wasn't needed because job still done very professionally. Shipping took a little longer than what I thought, despite having a tracking number package was untraceable for a few days. Overall very satisfied with the service. Giving my van a little life again. 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee ecodiesel with voltage drain issue. Found out the TIPM was keep on the A/C circuit. Replaced the TIPM from MAK s TIPM (refurbished) and so far all my issues have gone away. I have only used the vehicle a couple of days. I will update if anything has popped up with the TIPM. If no update it is running and working like it should. I ordered it over the phone to pay for next day delivery. The staff was helpful and I received the TIPM the next day. Thank you for the quick service and a quality product.

I received my TIPM the worst thing ever invented for Jeeps. Your company Remanufactured it quite well. The only feedback I would have is you need more foam as my replacement had damaged tabs that I sent back with my core. I am happy with the TIPM from MAK s as stuff is not running while my key is off and engine off Thanks to the customer service team when the system put in two instead of just one you all rocked it.

The turn around time wasn't what I expected but they did me right. The tipm wasn't actually bad they tested it, cleaned it and shipped it back, told me there wasn't anything wrong with it and refunded me the difference between an inspection and the rebuild. Solid company will use again if the need arises.

I ve purchased a few TIPM s from this company, one for my truck and SUV (both dodge) and I ve been very happy with the purchases. I didn t install myself. I made appointments for the dealership to install and program to my vehicle and so far everything has been awesome and working properly as it should. I had to replace a few connectors on my headlights, cause they were loose. But other then that, everything works as it should.

Very helpful customer service. Rebuilt my TIPM. The part came back within a week looking new. Resolved both my issues - fuel pump and the vehicle not shutting off. Would recommend.

Go slow and careful. Luckily none of the connectors broke. Everything installed nicely. A couple odd new features now: parking lights flash maybe 8 times when unlocking doors. Not sure if front partking light are working but might just be burned out. Cold here now by car working good and fuel pump no longer intermittently running when car is turning off. That was the biggest problem and that's fixes. So I'm very happy with the repair.

Really easy. Ordered and received sooner than I thought it was way cheaper than the dealer considering I got a rebuilt one and everything works perfect. Was already programmed and all only paid 800 considering a dealer can get you out at 1800 that s for the part and programming I d say MAKS is a no brainer it s a easy install made easier by the guide and videos they give you to help install 10/10 would recommend to everyone
