Richie is the Man!! I just had new tires put on my 2012 Camry at Costco, and when I was picking it up the mechanic suggested I take it in for an alignment soon so my my new tires don't get all jacked up. It's always a good idea to get an alignment when you buy new tires, but honestly, I never do. I just got the car a few months back, so I don't know if the previous owner was jumping curbs, etc. You just never know. So this time I thought I'd actually have an alignment done... Did some research online and Bob's Wheel Alignment got good reviews (It used to be owned by Bob, but Richie is now the new owner). Anyway, boy am I glad I had him do the job! The car now rolls much more freely, accelerates a little better, the handling is sharper, and the steering wheel is straight and even when I'm driving in a straight line... Richie said that yes, if fact, it was way out of alignment! AND to top it all off, his prices are VERY reasonable! Richie is such a cool guy, and he didn't try to upsell me at all. So let's recap... He's honest, he does great work, and he's a super cool guy! Yup, it doesn't get any better than that, my friends!Service: Wheel alignment

I've been bringing my cars to Rich for years now, this guy is the real deal.Rich takes the time to explain what needs to be done and then he fixes it right for a fair price.The shop is always busy, and so many ridiculously cool cars come here, you never know what you will see. after lifting my truck several years ago it never really drove straight, took it to Bob's alignment and Richie was able to not only align it and set the steering wheel straight but also recommend replacing a worn out track bar. in the future will take all my cars/trucks here.

Brought my Evo X for an alignment after i got new tires. He stripped my rear camber bolts. Bob also told me that he could not adjust the front because the car has frame damage, then tried to sell me a front kit for $60. He still charged me for a full service after working on it for 20 mins. Also was extremely rude. I had to buy new bolts from the dealer. Brought my car to Valley Pacific to get everything installed and aligned without any problem like Bob stated.

So glad I was referred to Bob. Took great and honest care of me and my truck. Simi Dodge my truck will not be back to you ever again. Saved me over 4,400.00 going to see Bob. He is my go to man

had Bob fix front end, returned 3 times as problem was not fixed, took to another repair shop only to find they did not locate the problem, had it fixed correctly replacing the $1000.00 work Bob did as it wore those parts out due to the problem not being fixed by Bob. Stay as far away from these frauds as possible. Plan and simple this guy does not know what he is doing.

Oh boy. where do i start. Already a complete waste of time. Incompetent people! As soon as you ask A legitimate question they become rude, especially Bob. They just need sheep for customers so they can push them around any way they want!!! I grew up in cars, they need a female customer that doesn't understand anything about cars so they can sell them headlight fluid with the tire service. Crooks!

Bobs No longer the Owner , as of June 2019 the New Owner is Richies Custom Haus ,he s the man, he aligned my 2 Mercedes Benz - 2004 CLK 55 & 2015 E550 will be telling my friend to take there cars to him
