I absolutely love. Ok ing to this auto body shop!! They do such an amazing job and they do it at a great pace. Paul the manager is BEYOND AMAZING!!! He s very communicative and keeps you updated on the process of your vehicle! I have came here 3 times and each time I receive amazing service. I definitely recommend this place to EVERYONE that needs to get their car fixed or have any questions. If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would. The before and after pictures. The work on my side door was done really great and fast. But someone fiddled around with the settings in my dash! I had to spend 1/2 hr to reset them to how They were before! Granted its a new Hyundai Ioniq5 electric car n to play with what it can do is alluring. So I forgive them for their curiosity:)

I had an incredible experience from start to finish at Fix Auto in Chatsworth!Paul was extremely kind and took the time to explain everything to me when I brought my car in. He made sure to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs, which I really appreciated.My car looks amazing. I am so happy and grateful that I went to Fix Auto in Chatsworth, even though it's not so close to where I live. So worth it.I highly recommend this fantastic place, especially because of Paul's exceptional service. Thank you so much!Take your car here! You'll be glad you did!

I have a 2015 Kia Optima in white and was rear ended - I will add before and after photos to show what a beautiful job Fix Auto Chatsworth did! Paul always kept me well informed every step of the way. Progressive was the ins co of the person that hit me and they had me take numerous photos and a video of the damages so they could make their initial estimate I chose Fix it that was highly recommended by my son-in-law and his recommendation was spot on. After I dropped off my car they assessed the damages and let me know the estimate from progressive was way under which I knew bc photos could not show how the trunk was shifted from position - they contacted progressive immediately and progressive had to send their agent to take pics of the damages once the trunk was removed and to approve and add the unforeseen damages to their original estimate once progressive approved Fix It Auto Chatsworth was able to get started on what they do, and I can t express enough how good they are at what they do. Again Paul always kept me informed and updated every step of the process. I never had to contact him. When I picked up my car it looked brand new, not only did they do an amazing job fixing the damage and making it look like damage never occurred, but they also cleaned and detailed my car and tires to make it look shiny and new. Everyone at Fix It very friendly, attentive and professional. Also want to mention that my driver window was having issues before I dropped it off over the past year I have had problems getting it back up and even had the battery replaced a month before which did not remedy the problem but to my surprise after I drove off from Fix It Auto Chatsworth my window worked again like it never had issues - not sure what they did but they fixed it and I m so very grateful. I highly recommend Paul at Fix It Auto Chatsworth, they are amazing!!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We recently used Fix Auto for the first time. Our car door was keyed and had to be repainted The price was reasonable and the estimate was the same as the final price. The work was done sooner than promised, and the work looks perfect. Great job. Paul, the owner, and Charlie, were very communicative and let me know when it would be done earlier in the day, so I could arrange for a pick up in advance.

This 5-star review is for Paul the Head-Hauncho of FixAuto. I would give him 10 Stars if I could! He's an excellent manager + upstanding guy.He is knowledgeable, honest, professional and really cares about his customers.I got rear-ended causing damage to both ends of my car. Didn't know where to go till' my friend recommended FixAuto. Paul knew straight away what to do and helped me out quickly. He worked w/ me patiently as well as the insurance company at fault. Him and his team made all the necessary repairs in a good amount of time. He made sure my car was fixed and ran smoothly when it was out the door. He went above and beyond my expectations. I am truly thankful I found Paul + his team.Thank you Paul for giving me excellent service and going the extra mile for me. You are amazing! Fix Auto Chatsworth did a fabulous job fixing my car after someone smashed into the driver s side of my car. The damage was extensive but Fix Auto repaired it all and matched the color perfectly. Personnel were cheerful, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I recommend them enthusiastically!

I got my Mercedes fixed here through my auto insurance and they were so efficient in communicating, my car was clean like new when I picked it up like you could eat off of the hood clean, and they finished my repairs a day before they said hey would. Over all great experience I highly recommend , Paul was a great help as well

Hello! They repaired my car and it was like "The Accident Never Happened!" Paul was extremely nice and professional, as is the work they do. It was the rear bumper and everything lined up extremely well. It wasn't just a bumper replacement they checked everything. All I know is that if I need anymore repairs this is where I'm coming!EDIT: 11/24/2020: Hit a Port-A-Potty on the 10 while going to work. They fixed it again and now its BETTER THAN NEW! Please note we got this car sometime ago and I noted that many of the panels wheren't aligned right... But Fix Auto Chatsworth made it better than new. I give them my HIGHEST Recommendations!06/24/2021: 1 day and one month after getting the 2021 Hyundai Sonata got barely side swiped and again Paul and his team did their job! Cant tell anything happened!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

IMPECCABLE SERVICE!!!!!!I met Paul (the owner) at a Birthday Party and thought he was such a cool guy. I asked for his card in case I ever needed body work done. Fast forward almost a year later, and I did need body work done.He got it done super fast, was amazing to deal with and went above and beyond what was needed in repairs. The car looks fantastic and the inside looks like it was professionally detailed. I am truly blown away.I can't recommend Paul and his services enough. WOW!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Finally after forty-eight years dealing with auto repairs shops found the one who deliver waht they promised.Most importantly my car was ready exactly in the same day they promise and loos like a brand new.Secondly they directly delad with insurance company and I do not have to make even one phone call to them.Something that surprises me I left the car rental in their shop and left,Their system connected to car rental companies to notify them I drop their car and returning the car to them.That's call 21st century Auto Repair shops.Thank you from bottom of my heart.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

Charlie and Paul are so professional and they try to help you out the best they can. I really appreciate how respectful they both are as well. Turned my car in and a week later is was ready for pick up. Not only that but they washed my car inside and the outside which I was so happy about. I do recommend this auto body shop. No job is too large or too small for Fix Auto Chatsworth, about 2 years ago I hit a deer and it really smashed up my front end. They got me back on the road quickly and looking like new. Unfortunately, scrapped up my driver side fender. They took in no problem and had turned around in a couple of days. Again looking like new. They are professional, kind and helpful. What a great auto shop and a dedicated staff that provided the best customer service as well These guys produced above-excellent repairs on my Mercedes SLK after being damaged by a person who appeared to be driving impaired. I was shocked and amazed to see how great my car looked after all the repair work was completed! It now looks better than new! the rims and tires too!! Fix Auto is a fabulous auto body shop. Paul, the owner, is honest and looks out for your best interest. He uses genuine parts and makes sure your insurance company is approving all that needs to be done. They finished the repairs on my car early- no blaming the supply chain. I decided to use FixAuto Chatsworth after seeing the good reviews. Called Paul who responded even after open hours. The body repair work took a few days in which Paul kept me fully informed of the progress. The work was completed as promised. I found Fix Auto had done an excellent job and I was very pleased with the result.FixAuto appears a well managed place, kept neat and organized. The guys at Fix Auto in Chatsworth went above and beyond. I was in a fender bender and needed my rear bumper repaired. I called and asked when they could see me for an estimate, and they saw me later that same day, Paul and Charlie helped me a ton in person and over the phone. Paul walked me through the whole car and went through everything that was wrong and how long it would probably take, took care of all the insurance stuff and kept me in the loop periodically throughout the week, with phone calls. When I went to pick up my car they even helped with the rental car return, and they detailed the inside and outside of my car, giving it back to me in better condition that I gave it to them in.
