I cant say enough about my experience! I needed to change my brakes and while they were doing them, they advised me that I needed new rotors too. But, they couldn't order the part until Monday because it was Saturday afternoon. They advised me that a parts store had the part I needed. They even let me use a car of theirs to pick up the part and bring it to them to install.Everything was done clean and well! Recommended!

My experience with Econo Lube N' Tune & Brakes was great from beginning to end. I can honestly say that out of all the repair facilities I ve ever gone to, they are by far the absolute best! Not only are they great with doing all repairs, but they are honest, provide superior customer service and go out of their way to try and save you money. This guys are rude and horrible. It says they close at 6 PM. I went there at 4:57 PM. And they refused the service. When I mentioned that; they were very rude and abusive. I am never coming back. Such a horrible customer service. Please stay away.

Jaun at Econo Lube N' Tune is the most talented and honest mechanic I have ever met! He has been working on cars since he was 10 years old. If you are looking for someone who can fix any kind of problem with your vehicle he is your guy! And his prices are great! Great customer service and good prices on synthetic oil. The guys that work here are honest working professionals. I told them on what i wanted to get done which would have costed me $280 but they told me I didn't need it and showed me why. I called ahead of time to make sure they had what it needs to perform Oil change on a diesel truck. They said YES . I brought my own filters, all i needed was the labor and oil . To my surprise they quote me wrong over the phone, expected. But to top it off the mechanic refused to replaced fuel filter. Why??? Because he said air gets in it and he wont want to deal with it. SMH

I went to get my oil change and arrived at 4:45 pm on 10/1/2021. The website and Google says they are open until 6pm Monday through Friday. When I arrived a lady approached my vehicle and told me that they close at 5pm. She informed me that they were already closing and had two cars ahead of me. I explained that the website and Google both say that they should be open until 5pm. She said sorry and turned me away. Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

We've originally made a deal with $59.99 for a full synthetic oil change, but they charge me extra $8 for oil filter and tax when I get my car back. When you say 'an oil change', people normally expect it to be all inclusive (part, labor and tax). Also they kept telling me that the engine oil color would be the same (dirty) if i don't get the engine oil flushing. After I hear that, I had to watch them if they use the new oil out of the box. 2 star just for the location being close to where I live.

Life Savers!!!!! Thank you, Thank you. We very much appreciated the pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Fast customer service, at a fair market price. I had been to two other places before I was referred to Econo Lube. The other shops stated what was wrong and about nine other things that I didn't need. I guess, that was to get additional money??? I don't remember the technician's name' But he told me exactly what was wrong, and fixed it right away and got my car running beautifully. Thank you Sir!!!

Came here to smog an older vehicle and the first rep was really nice but car failed due to timing issues. Took to have timing done and went back for a retest and the owner himself who is a very opportunistic man says your timing is still wrong and will not pass but, being a nice guy I will not charge you for the retest. He said the other person who did the original test would be back the next day and to come back. Went to mechanic and had rechecked and timing was fine, had my husband check it and timing was fine. When I went back next day, the other rep was not there and the person who was there told me that he was told by his boss the owner to charge us full price if we came back for a retest. Sound a little fishy to you? My recommendation is to find a reputable place to do business. Avoid this place like the plague. I am filing a complaint with consumer affairs as well. Does not allow No stars otherwise, that's what I rate them, they are awful!

They try to sell you unnecessary product. I was told that filter holder (not sure whats its name) could break while changing oil and i need to add additional 50$ for it but also they didnt want me to watch what they do so its quite weird and when i asked about that I got respond - you can leave!

Was cheated by their technicians...was told my car oil change wold take 20 minutes, less than five minutes, the dude told me my car oil change was done, ,I doubted if they really worked on my car because the only difference i noticed on my car was the check engine sign on my dashboard was cleared.will never go back to such an unprofessional place againthey are big cheats

The person in charge,npt respect customer,talk tje people with sarcasm and try to push not neccesary products.I not wan water in my winshield and he be rude.The guy put 5 quarts in my car and say need another quart (total 6),by owner manual the engine only use 5 quarts.This guys need to be farmers,not know nothing about cars.I long time customer of this place,I know Owner and his wife...But Sorry Mario i never coming back to your place is a piece of junk,now.Manny place nice and friendly.ByeJoseph "Cuban ".

FIRTS I WILL LIKE TO THANK "JUAN" HE WAS SO PROFRSIONAL ANDVERY ONEST AND WHY DO I SAY THIS BECAUSE THE WORK THAT I HAVE TO GET DONE IN MY CAR WAS GOING TO COST ME $ 425.00 WITH ALL THE PARTS AND LABER AND WHEN I PICKED UP MY CARHE SAID TO ME GOOD NEWS THE PARTS WERE CHEAPER AND THE TOTAL WHEN DOWN TO $ 331.00 THAT IS HONESTY.I WILL RECOMENED HIM 100%Service: Air conditioning

Came here for oil change ,I ask the guy how much he said he was going to check after 10 minute s he came back to give me price. He said 420dollars and some thing. For a 2006 Mercedes r350. Yes a oil change, went somewhere else oil charge me 120 dollar, with synthetic oil. Would never take any care here,

This place is only great at oil changes, but I would not recommend any major repairs be done there! Also if you want a business that stands behind their work, this is not the place.

Really great prices compared to everywhere else I've been. No wait. Try fixed an electrical issue with the brake lights that should have cost a lot more

Has been open for about 40 years. I have been going there pretty much that long. Great service. Clean. The Staff are always friendly and work is quality.
