Update 3/15/2024Andrew Drew Steffin who operates Drew s Automotive is a coward who steals from his customers. I sued him in court and won. He even hired an attorney and still lost. There was no way they could beat the substantial amount of evidence presented against him. Now he is playing games and refusing to pay a court judgment. I even offered a payment plan and he hasn t bothered to respond to it. If he ever does you wrong, make sure to report him to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. People like him should not be in business. It s unfair to people who work hard for their money only to be ripped off. After you file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. They will conduct an investigation and you can take it from there.Do not take your car to his shop. He is dishonest and unprofessional. He'll talk you up beautifully to try to close you in but will hold you car for weeks and even months. I took my 2001 Toyota Tacoma and he took the responsibility of rebuilding the transmission. He subcontracted some "transmission expert" named"Johnny". He held my truck for a solid two months before he even bothered to tear it down and rebuild it. The point is that after a few months the check engine light came on and it had to do something with the transmission solenoids. Drew replaced the transmission solenoids but the check engine light would still show. I gave him multiple chances to fix my transmission and he couldn't do it. I got sick and tired of wasting time so i took it to a transmission shop. They had to disassemble the transmission and upon their discover they found missing parts. Now, Drew does not want to accept responsibility. I have no choice but to sue him. I would like to warn others not to trust this person with their vehicles. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.Service: Transmission repair

Super professional and knowledgeable mechanic! He beat the best quote I was offered. He repaired more than what was agreed to on the invoice.
