Had a great experience with Diamond Auto Salon. Noah and Michael are excellent help and know thoroughly everything when it comes to this type of work and the materials you will be dealing with.My car was dropped off and completed over about a week's time.Some might think this is a long time for a wrap job, but the type of products being installed at Diamond Auto Salon takes meticulous care and handling but also proper technique to install.I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my car and will recommend this shop to anyone who asks me for any recommendations regarding wraps/tints/ceramic coatings.

To say that Diamond Auto Salon LA did an awesome job on my Tesla Model Y is an understatement. Not only did they take care of me, they provided a full 360 on literally everything; from the best customer service and responsiveness, to the much needed excruciating detail that is required for the art of PPF. Michael and Noah are the experts - period. They are the best in this space and trust me in that I have inquired other places to much disappointment. Their quality is bar none and the consistent 5 stars feedbacks speak the volume and vote of confidence! Just call Xpel and they will say the same: they have one of the highest volumes and this speaks for itself. Clients have spoken, just pure objective data. I will be going back to Diamond Auto Salon LA and have made many recommendations to family and colleagues. Kudos to them!

I must say, this was the best experience I could have had. This shop is professional. Michael walked me through all the different products and recommendations for my car. I ended up getting it all. He communicated everything with me along the way and responded to any concerns I had even after dropping off the vehicle. Noah broke everything down and explained what they ve done to the car. Firstly, from the initial phone call to inquire about getting my Cadillac Lyriq wrapped in PPF and window's tinted I knew I was going to do business with Diamond Auto Salon. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process and was able to get me in as soon as possible. Noah, who also assisted me was also extremely helpful and answered amy questions I had. When I picked up car Noah went over what they had done and answered the questions I had about maintenance. I couldn't ve more pleased with the service and the job they did on my Lyriq! I feel comfortable with the outcome and that is what is important to me and I feel that way because the ream ar Diamond Auto Salon made it a point to ensure that I felt important. Browsed around for other options a little including those referred by friends but ended up choosing Diamond Auto Salon. Although it is the most expensive of all, I chose quality over price mostly because of the nation-wide lifetime warranty and the amazing service the team gave me. Auri and Noah patiently walked me through my options. Clearly, they possess extensive product knowledge and unparalleled professionalism. With their expert advice, I made my choices and am happy with the results on my Model Y! No pressurized buying, no unwanted upselling, just clear explanations on the different auto-tinting options. I chose limo tint on all sides and roof and tinted my head & tail lights too. Thanks, guyz!

What a great experience! Casey walked me through the latest they had to offer in regards to tinting. He was very patient and very thorough. Then, when I got to the location itself, Michael couldn t have been kinder and helped me choose the correct shades. He went as far as taking me to different cars and letting me look through the windows, so I could be happy with my choice. Then to top it off, they started and finish the job perfectly on schedule. I ll definitely use them for any jobs coming up

After conducting extensive research, we chose to bring our car to Diamond Auto Salon for ceramic tint. Not only do they deliver the highest quality work, but their customer service is exceptional as well.You can anticipate a prompt response from Michael once you complete their contact form. He addressed all my questions through text, which is my preferred method of communication, and scheduled us for the very next day.During our visit, my husband and I had numerous inquiries about color wrapping our cars, and Michael took the time to thoroughly explain everything. He even provided a demonstration of their stealth/matte ppf on our car.We are giving them a solid 10/10 rating, and we will definitely return for future services.

This is the absolute best place if people want to take their cars to the next level.Let s start off first with the work place/environment. This is one of the most cleanest workplaces I have ever seen, with great lighting and space for work to be done on your car. Not to mention the supportive staff you find, especially Michael, who will be in-touch with you and offer support at almost any time of the day during the week on and off-duty.This place offers the highest quality paint protection film (PPF), ceramic tinting, car wraps, and slightly other services you can request from them.They have gloss finish PPF, colored PPF, matte-finished PPF, and offer a lifetime warranty for yellowing/bubbling of the film. The work done here is of high quality as well. They work via bulk installation so ensure every corner of the vehicle is covered with PPF.I brought in my A91-CF Supra for gloss-finish PPF and tinting. They covered all the painted surfaces of my car perfectly with PPF, and applied PPF on all the carbon fiber pieces as well (the front lip, side skirts, rear-diffuser, mirror caps, and spoiler). For my front lip, there were some scratches on the bottom that were visible if you stood at a certain distance from the front of the car, I requested Michael if he could clean it up for me before applying PPF and he went out of his way to do that. For tinting, they provided me with 98% heat rejection ceramic tint film for all windows. They also tinted out the headlights, taillights, and all reflectors.Overall, you can see the fantastic high quality work done by this facility and would definitely recommend to anyone who would want the same done on their vehicle. Bulk installation is key to remember since pre-cut installation kits don t fully cover all corners of the vehicle, and also depends on how good a job the team applying it does to ensure maximum coverage. Bulk installation with a high quality team such as this one ensures the best coverage you could get for your vehicle without a doubt.

I recently took my Audi eTron GT to Diamond Auto Salon for some customization work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The shop did an exceptional job on various modifications, including tinting the windows, applying a PPF film, powder coating the wheels, painting the calipers, and tinting the tail lights.First and foremost, the finished look is absolutely stunning. The Stek matte PPF film looks great, effectively protecting my car's paint from potential damage. What can I say? The team at Diamond Auto Salon are car guys and it shows. I took my brand new 2022 Mustang Shelby GT500 Heritage Edition to DAS for some paint correction that happened while on display at the dealership and a full, clear wrap with STek and they did a brilliant job! I am completely satisfied. There are no seams, and everything is completely covered, including all the carbon fiber bits, the front lights and windshield. They originally estimated the delivery to happen in about 2 weeks, but they were able to complete the job in 1 week from start to finish. I'm so happy I got my baby back in good time and her paint job is completely protected from the elements. The pictures don't do it justice. I will definitely go to them again when I need my future "super car" or old school classic wrapped. Thank you so much, Michael, Ari and team!

Both Michael and Noah went above and beyond. I first went in to get our 2023 VW Atlas tinted. While there, I added the front windshield. I noticed the great looking wraps and decided to get the Atlas wrapped and blacked out including the rims. When we picked up the Atlas, we were blown away with the difference in it's appearance. Their attention to detail floored us.Our Atlas will look great for years to come and it is one of a kind.Everyone should get their tinting and wraps done @ Diamond.Keep up the great work!! We'll be back again!

Had an amazing experience here as a customer with (Michael) and (Noah). They were very professional and would assist you in any questions you may need.I got full PPF (paint protective film) installed on my car. Michael took his time to explained the benefits to why it would be worth investing into saving the vehicles paint.Overall I will be coming back for future vehicles and would recommend anyone to this shop who want top notch quality and service for the cars you love.

I brought my new Model S in for full paint protection film and ceramic window tint. Michael got back to me quickly and was able to get me in earlier than planned and also got the whole job finished 1 day early. Daniel was also helpful with questions I had upon pickup.Super happy with the end result and will definitely be back in the future!

I had the pleasure to work on this project with Auri, Zach, both teams at Chatsworth and Westlake. I received the full body Stealth- PPF Matte/Clear. Diamond Auto Salon will walk you through what they offer based on your needs just like they did for me. I have done my extensive research and I chose this company over the rest because they are very proficient at what they do. In addition, their follow through and effective communication to get the project done successfully and on time was great. They do exactly what they say. It was fun to work on this project and I am looking forward to working with them in the future. They are very resourceful with body work and other car needs you may have, including aftermarket parts. I ve been going to Diamond Auto Salon for several years now at their Westlake Village Location. I was making a trip from beverly hills strictly because of their prompt communication from the very beginning and high ratings. They modified my Lamborghini Urus with a full Vorsteiner carbon body kit and purple vinyl wrap. I was so impressed, I brought my rolls royces next for a blue full color change vinyl wrap and new vossen forged wheels. Aurian has been such a pleasure to work with. This Chatsworth location was finally my saving grace as the drives were becoming time consuming (although worth every minute). I brought by my new G63 Mercedes and did a full black out chrome delete and ceramic window tints. This location is incredible. It should be a movie studio- Not a Car shop! Auri makes suggestions and he doesn t pressure. Thats what I love. He guides me in honest directions based on my plans with the vehicle and only sells things he would want his shop represented for. No hassle, no over pressure sales, great service, quality job. Get in touch with them and have one phone call. Thats all you ll need to realize this is your shop for life!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!If you're on the fence, just pull the trigger with Diamond Auto Salon.I worked with Michael who is one of the most professional and patient salespersons I have ever worked with (I myself am in sales). I had tons of questions, and changed my mind many times, and Michael never got frustrated with me.As for the work performed, GEORGEOUS PERFECTION. I am very impressed by the quality this place provided. Everything from booking an appointment to having the car serviced was extremely quick, easy, and professionally done. The finish was amazing, I didn't see a single air bubble around the entire car. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking to have your car tinted.

I am so happy that Ari and Diamond Salon have opened a shop in the Valley. I've been taking my cars to Ari in Thousand Oaks for years but the drive and drive back to my house was quite the ordeal. Now, they are closer and that means I get to customize my cars as much as I want. I recently took my new 2022 GMC Sierra. It was a plain vanilla touch and needed Diamond's touch to make it "me." I got a great deal on Stek PPF and they blacked out the entire truck for me. It looks amazing! Thank You Michael for all your help and as always, Thank You Ari!

My experience with Diamond Auto Salon was EXCEPTIONAL! My car was looking rough, clear coat gone, scratches from tumbleweeds, so I decided to get PPF and now it looks amazing! I took in my Model Y to Diamond Auto Salon for full front PPF and ceramic coating treatment for the rest of the car. What 1st caught my attention upon arriving at their new facility was how clean and shiny the vehicle was. Upon close inspection it is extremely hard to notice that the panels have PPF on them. Shout out to Hector for his professional installation skills. Also would like to acknowledge the exceptional service advise from Michael who explained to me in detail what materials were going to used and the post care steps I had to take in order to extend the life of the products. I'm a very happy customer and will returning with another vehicle.

I live in Woodland Hills which as you know can get very hot especially in the summer! I just got a new Tesla Model Y and I needed to get my windows tinted. I also wanted to stand out so I curious how to wrap my car as well.After coming across Diamond Auto Salon I had to check them out. They were super professional and helpful answering all of my questions. After checking out 5 other auto salons it was clear that Diamond Auto Salon was the best choice. I decided to get a custom matte wrap with paint protection, window tint from head to toe, and the sickest rims I ve ever seen! After getting my car back I was beyond happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend checking them out whether you re wrapping your car or tinting your windows.
