Big brand tire and service at Chatsworth repaired my tires recently. We usually used Costco Tire Center and used big brand tire this time due to flat tire. The supervisor Gil gave several choice of repair and compared the advantages and disadvantages of different choices. I picked up the best for my need. After there service I realized that there are several thing making me a future big brand client. 1. Price. Price is comparable or cheaper than Cost tires price. 2. More choice of tires brands. 3. No need to waiting for ordering the tires. 4. Free rotate tire every 5000 miles not 10000 mile. 5. Good quality service, especially Gil. I am very happy with this center and I will be back to use their service

These guys are great! I have a non tire related issue and they were able to assist me. I m not from this area and was driving on the freeway to work when my car started acting weird. I found them down from the 118 and were able to get me back on the road in no time! Thank you and Happy Holidays!

Gil helped me greatly in going through with selecting the tires on my car and getting an alignment to make sure I didn't damage my new tires. He made sure everything went smoothly. Professional work and comparable pricing

These guys this morning were absolutely awesome!!! "A" game for sure. Came in for my passenger rear tire for not holding air. They took the car in immediately and started to work on it. When it was done I was able to ask the guy who worked on my car what he found. Told me he was able to patch up two nails that I picked up and that I was good to go.Service was great and the guys were very nice. My family have been coming to this place since I was about 10 years old. They didn't disappoint than and they do not disappoint now. One of the best tire shops in Northridge for sure. I'll be coming back to them when I need new tires.

As a Chatsworth native, this has always proven to be a trustworthy and very recommendable place in the neighborhood. My whole family and I have been going for many years and this place is very consistent. Bob is a personal favorite, as he is just such a breath of fresh air, as well as knowledgeable and just the best.. genuinely. My only complaint is that the young guy that put my spare tire back, just had It in my trunk instead of underneath. Very annoying when coming home with groceries. But other than that, these guys are usually so on top of it, and all else was good..

Been coming here for ages.This last experience was above and beyond !!!Punctured tire on Monday - they filled it enough so I could come back on Tuesday.Made an appointment and they didn t have the tire I needed. Bob placed the order and I made an appointment Friday.But I needed to drive for work a fair distance and it wasn t wise with my tire in the condition it was so Bob made it happen and replaced my tire that day.He said how could I sleep knowing you were driving around and it wasn t safe ! Made me feel like I was part of the family

Fast service. Had a nail in my recently replaced tire. They graciously accommodated me coming in with no appointment. I was given an estimate time of 2 hrs with the number of vehicles ahead of me. They were finished in less than an hour. And service was at no cost! My family and I have been bringing our cars here for years and will continue to do so.

This place has always had the best customer service. The only place my family has bought tires for over 30 years now. I can t count how many freebies they have given me, and plenty of good advice. They carry a full range of tires starting with some obscure brands, but don t pressure up-sell you. Old school in the best way

Received top-notch professional service and excellent workmanship on one of our dully trucks. Bob went above and beyond to help us make an informed decision about the right tires for our flatbed tow truck. He special ordered different brand options for us to consider in person, pointing out differences (nothing like kicking the tires instead of just looking at specs and pictures). Installation on polished aluminum rims is very difficult as it requires special care not to scratch or damage them. Special thank you to Henry for doing a flawless job on installing our tires.On my way out, they helped me order additional custom tires for our other truck.Lastly, I got to mention the great vibe at this shop with countless, long-time customers, including several I met that have been coming here for over 40 years. Pleased to hang out and chat with such folks.

I've been going to Big Brand for approximately 7 years. I drive a Lexus Rx 350.I don't know if they've changed ownership or what's going on, but I went there the other day to get an oil change. When they finished, they told me that my two front tires were expired and needed replacement. Also, that my front struts needed replacement.I asked to match my rear tires, which are Firestone. They told me that Firestone discontinued them. They wrote me an estimate for two replacement comparable tires, added suspension, struts, and other charges. It was over ...,$2,000.00.After I left, I called Firestone Tires. They DO still make my tires. I took my car there for service. I got two new tires and an alignment for under $700 They said my struts were fine and the rest of my car was fine.I think Big Brand Tires totally tried to SCAM me. So, UNPROFESSIONAL and not cool.They definitely lost my business moving forward.

I ve been going there for at least 20 years. The prices are fair and the service is good. However, I mostly have kept coming back because of Bobby, he is priceless! Extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. As always, thank you Bobbyfor all you do.

Really awesome shop. They fixed my tire for free within a couple of hours and the tire they weren t able to fix, they recommended a work around that was easy to do on my own. Highly recommend if you re looking for honest people working on your vehicle!

My car had a slow leak and took it in for a flat repair. The service technicians were professional and courteous. The big surprise was there was no charge when I picked up the car since the repair was minimal. This was Chatsworth Tire and is now Big Brand Tire and Service. Definitely will use again!

These guys really helped me out when I was in a jam. I blew a tire and had to get my car towed there after closing. Called in the morning and he got me hooked up and back ready to go. Good people deserve your business
