I've been a customer of Bruce's for 15 yrs through 5 different cars. He is just the best BMW mechanic I have personally ever worked with. So knowledgeable, so much integrity, so transparent. What more can you ask for?

Honestly, I think his blood type is B.m.w too.He simply knows the ins and outs of every year and model. What I love about him is that he is Soo honest and would never try to rip you off or screw you over. An honest, trustworthy and hard working B.M.W mechanic.

I had a problem with the cooling fan on my e85 z4 and talked with bruce over the phone. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and outgoing. He had me come in for a consultation where he scanned my vehicle free of charge. He came up with 3 codes and since I do some of my own wrenching he recommended some things I could do to possibly fix the issue. I was pretty busy so I opted for him to fix the problem. I dropped off my car at 9am and got it back at 2pm the same day despite the shop being busy with other clients. Overall great shop, great owner, will be going back again to get my Ac Compressor replaced.

Bruce is amazing. I'm not your average BMW owner, as I don't have much money for repairs and maintenance. Bruce is a mechanic of the highest caliber, and is much in demand. Yet he squeezed me into his schedule, and not only did the necessary repair, he did it quickly enough for me to go on a roadtrip to visit my family. He showed true integrity and consideration to me.Thank you so much, Bruce.

Bruce is an awesome guy. He's super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. His work is top-notch, and can explain what needs to be done to the vehicle. He's helped out a bunch when I can't do something myself, whatever the circumstance, and is a trustworthy mechanic. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with any kind of BMW, classic or new. He even works on a couple race cars now and again, and it's cool to see what rolls into his shop.

My husband has been taking his BMW TO Bruce for years. He was recommended from a friend of ours who has been seeing Bruce for years as well. He does the best job and is very honest about what your car needs! My husband won't go anywhere else.

Wonderful shop for BMW's. Bruce knows his stuff inside and out, and performs an amazing job! The quality of work is rivaling that of the dealers, and the cost is extremely efficient! I would definitely take my BMW here any day!

Bruce provide very honest and great service. I brought him my BMW X5 because it rear break pads warring light was on. after examining the car he told me the breaks are in excellent shape and the problem was the sensor wire..saved me sevral hundred $.

I've taken my Bimmers to Barthel Motoren Werke for many years, since having my '84 533i. Without a doubt, he's one of the most knowledgeable and fair mechanics still in business. Bruce gets the job done. And he isn't irritated or intimidated if you show a bit of knowledge about your car, and what repair(s) may be needed. Imagine that. Once the repair is complete, he tells you exactly what was done, without any added puffery. That's stuff's worth a premium to me, and it should be to you. Cheers.
