Such good service! They staff was helpful picking out wiper blades, but the best part was Chris showing us how to remove and replace the wiper blades on the car itself.

The manager of this store lacks professionalism. He needs to stop being rude, trying to look and act like Sons of Anarchy and needs to learn how to groom himself along with proper hygiene. Needs to stop looking dirty pre-homeless and get a haircut and shave off or properly groom his beard and not wear the same stinky clothing. Autozone should get someone new in my opinion.

I had a great experience with customer service when I got my wiper blades. William was so helpful-he looked up which ones I needed, helped me choose them, then went outside to double check that they were the right ones. After I purchased them he surprised me by coming outside to put them on! A big thank you to William at AutoZone!

I'm sorry to even right this. I had the bad experience in this auto zone. One of the cashier did want to help my friend out just because there was a language barrier and the no one didn't want to help us. Even one of them told me to get out of the store and didn't want my money. No customer service at all. Just yelling at me to leave that store

I was just in the store to get a tool a rental tool and pecteco help me out he made sure I knew how to use a towel right and sent me on my way very good customer service

My car battery died and I came by in the evening to get some help. Pacheco was super kind and took the time to help me replace it, even though his shift was just about up! His customer service was top tier!

Had to get a new battery and Alejandro, aka Alex, was so great. He made sure we got the right battery and gave me quick rundown with the specs and price. He got me in and out within 10 min with installation. Excellent service, super professional and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone for car assistance, especially battery replacement.

While in line at the Mason and Devonshire location, a mother and son entered the store. They asked the employee behind the counter where they could locate headlight bulbs. The answer could have been lane 2 or 3 but the response they received was see the line with the people standing, wait there I work with the public and understand how tiring it can be, however that response was beyond insulting. As far as I know, they were paying for the item like the other countless customers and did not deserve such a rude and lazy answer.Thank you for letting me know that this is my last visit.

I'm giving 5 STARS, because I can't go any higher! I received great service this morning from manager Angel M. at the Mason/Chatsworth location. My battery was failing and he picked out the best battery that would best suit my vehicle. He changed out the battery with ease and got me on my way very quickly. Just wanted to say thank you and give props when due. Have a Blessed Day, AutoZone staff. They also, honor the Military for a discount too!Thank you,Mr. D.US. NAVY VETERAN

I don t really enjoy going to auto stores. However, I needed to purchase a battery for my SUV and had the best experience and service with the Branch Manager Felicity. Above and beyond service from purchasing the correct size, installing it for me and making sure that she completed the necessary task in making it safe and thorough. Every company should have a Felicity on their team. I will definitely come to AutoZone more frequently to purchase all my automotive needs. Thanks for the awesome experience and service Felicity.

I bought a wiper at Auto Zone in Mason. The female sales person named Felicity helped me to install my wiper. She was very helpful and courteous. I tried to give her a tip for helping me but she wouldn't accept. I asked her name so I can put in a good word for her excellent customer service.

I came in because I needed new headlights. I got rung up by Matthew I believe, who was very helpful in finding the right headlights. Then Alex B put them in for me, he was super nice and fast! Def a great auto zone location!

Alright hear me out... THIS Autozone is by far the best in the valley (maybe even California). Every time i walk in im being helped almost immediately, treated with respect and kept up to date on any offers/specials they have going on upon checkout. Felicity (woman with purple hair) has helped me numerous times with my cars and is very well trusted. She goes above and beyond to make sure things are operating smoothly in that store and it shows. I always leave the store satisfied. Can't see it getting any better than that.

Young dude with the cargo pants from Amazon provided the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. He was knowledgable, professional, effective and manager material. If he isn't one already, he deserves a promotion. Purchased a battery for my MBZ key fob.

Very nice lady at this autozone with glasses helped me see if my battery still had warranty and she had my new battery already ready to go for me when I had arrived. There s a new employee there who just started, u didn t get a chance to ask for his name but he is the tallest one in the room! Absolutely an amazing friendly personality, I really appreciate this autozone and the positive vibes I always get from coming here! Not to mention their head manager is very nice and funny as well. This is the best autozone to come for, thank you again to all of you for being an amazing crew and for helping me with my battery issue

Jesus C is an awesome agent. He definitely went the extra mile for me trying to help me with my issue. They didn't carry the part I needed for my car so he looked up other sites where I could find what I needed. Turns out it is only a dealer part but I wouldn't know this without his help. Just a great agent and person!
