Mo was extremely friendly and welcoming. His knowledge and anticipatory service parked with his professionalism made the service experience memorable. I highly recommend Norm Reeves Hyundai Service Center if you live in southern California. Make the drive, it'll be worth it.

Worse ever customer service manager's response. They don't help you scheduling your vehicle although you have a vehicle leased from them. I did not get any calls or reminder for vehicle maintanace and I called in for maintanace and the manager said the free maintanace is expired and for customers they can;t even put an eception under the lease programs?

The customer service is AMAZING here - 10/10! I initially came in to purchase a Fiat 500e, which unfortunately didn't work out due to my lifestyle (it had nothing to do with the condition of the car). Rome, who was sales advisor throughout the process, went above and beyond customer service. He was honest, attentive, SUPER helpful and guided me throughout the car buying process. When I realized the Fiat wasn't for me, he handled the situation with ease and helped me exchange it for another at the dealership. He was literally there through out every step of the process - any questions I had, he answered, and concerns I expressed, he dealt with RIGHT AWAY (literally, a second later). Like many, I'm weary of car dealerships, but this one is truly an exception. It was my first real car purchase and I'm happy I came here. Brandon (in Finance) is awesome too! They took care of my car needs and wanted to make I was happy. Thank you to Rome and of course Brandon for being so professional and attentive and working with me to make the best car decision for my lifestyle.- Athena

It had been a while since i last needed major service and the dealer is the best place for that. It has been a few years that they relocated a little further away from the freeway entrances/exits. Great service and I was in and out. They were able to find the problem, fix it, and I had some other services that were needed, considering the mileage. I thought the prices were going to be sky high, but considering everything, it was fairly priced. I am surprised to say, I would recommend them.

Check engine light came on, requested to take my car in and have them work on it when they could today. Lady on the phone told me nothing til July 21st and to go to a different hyundai... Gladly. Hyundai in Tustin has no problem taking my car in even tho they're scheduling weeks out as well.

I purchased a 2014 Elantra last Thursday 1-19-23. Sales person Mike Monji was very helpful and efficient. Got through the whole process painlessly. Finance person Brandon was quick which I appreciated. Drove off the lot around noon and went straight to work. Being that it gets dark around 5-5:30 ish when I left work I was pulling out and noticed my tail lights weren't on when I saw in the rear view against my company's front windows. I got out and sure enough, the tail lights were not functioning. Left and right brake lights were but also the high center brake light in the windshield was not working.Frustrated I called Mike and he said to bring it in the following morning, 1-20-23 which I did. After UBERing to a nearby restaurant to wait it out, I finally got a call roughly an hour later from Brenda Valdez saying that they needed to order a part and that it wouldn't be in till next Tues or Wed. Being that I really cant drive my car at night I asked for a loaner or rental. I was picked up and driven to Enterprise which had no cars available. Another frustration adding to an already frustrating experience. I waited and finally got a rental and went back to work.After speaking with Brenda I head back over, drop off the rental and get to the dealership. I drive off but before I leave the lot I check the tail lights and they are in working order but later I notice that now the right brake light is not working so it's back to the dealership on Thursday. It's now been a full week since I purchased the vehicle and I have missed a bunch of work and dealt with a lot of frustration but I take it back and Brenda, who is amazing btw, put up with my frustrations and was nothing but friendly and professional and took my car back to service.This time it only took about half hour and Brenda told me it was done. She brought the car around and was nice enough to help me check the brake lights. Everything was finally working!! YES!! lol...In summation, this isn't my first vehicle purchased at Norm Reeves Hyundai, my last three vehicles were purchased there and they have been accommodating in ways other dealerships have not been over the years and have earned my business and respect.Give Brenda and Mike raises! They made a really maddening experience seem not so bad.

A couple of months ago I got stranded in Palm Springs. I was a 110 miles away from home in the middle of the night. I was towed to Moreno Valley. I stayed the night at family's and my car was towed again to Cerritos the next evening after service hours. Everything happened at a bad time because that next day I was flying out of state. There was some complications with the delivery of my car which is no reflection of Hyundai at all. The tow truck driver dropped my car off at Kia instead of Hyundai and all though they are next door to each other It was stressful because neither could locate my car at the time when I called. Thankfully, Paul Phan, texted me to ensure me that my car was at Hyundai in great hands and they would try to do a diagnostic test at their earliest convenience, and to enjoy my trip. Monday afternoon Paul text me and said he would have an update soon. And he did, he called me and let me know that my transmission had blown and it needed to be replaced. As a courtesy he offered me a loner car because it would take days to get the part in and then another few days to get the part installed into my car. He immediately had a Lift driver at my home and I was taken to Hyundai. I received my car back and it sounded good and ran good. My overall experience with the entire Hyundai family Was great. We ran into some other issues but Paul was right there helping me to make the best decisions for my car and my financial needs. Big shot out to Paul, for his patience and understanding. I know I made him work hard to answer all the questions, concerns and research I had him doing lolol. I know he pulled some strings to get me the results I wanted and I am forever appreciative. Also, I wanted to give a great big thank you to Hemanshu aka "Heman". I truly appreciate your help with all of my car needs and for accommodating me when I had no clue what to do. I will always recommend Hyundai Cerritos to all I know for the great customer service and care I experienced. I have been coming here for years but this is the first time I wrote a review. If you are hesitant about taking your car places like how I am you will be in safe hands here. Best wishes to all!!!

Trash place. Had a confirmed appointment for a recall service, got a text a couple of hours earlier to confirm my appointment which I did, I get to the service center and they tell me they ran out of the part and of course in a manner of deal with it Disregarding any type of arrangements that we have to do and juggle our days to fit these appointments in our work days. It is no wonder how car dealerships and service centers are the number one hated business and every interaction with them only solidifies this.

Norm Reeves Hyundai was one of the worst dealerships I have ever been to. I came in with my little brother with a reserved deposit on a Genesis GV60 and they required you to buy $4,000 worth of add-ons. We were met with the salesman Jake Weber who was a nice fellow who showed us the car. When my brother tried to negotiate the price down, the sales manager Sayid or Saheed (I don t know how you would spell it as he did not even care enough to wear a name-tag) lost his temper, aggressively raised his voice, and shouted at my little brother. He then yelled for us to leave immediately and we will get our deposit back. All this because we did not want to pay for $4,000 in add-ons we never asked for and they never even refunded us our deposit yet.

My bride showed up for her appointment right on time and they were ready for her and fixed the clock spring in her steering wheel and then had her car washed exterior and because I was sick Lyft home again with a smile

The worst customer service I ever experienced and my last 1 that is for sure..staring with sales person..finance mgr Brandon..and the other finance wannabe smart person giving us wrong warranty inf..all they care about is take $$ from customers. After I bought my car they never answer nor return my calls..buying a car supost to be fun not a nightmare..enjoy your commi$$ion you all !!

Came here for oil service at 15,000 miles for my Hyundai ioniq plug in I called to tell them that the oil level is higher than the full line and that it s ok to be over the full level. Gary said it s normal to have the oil level over the full line. I explained it s at least a quart over he says it s fine.Made a second call today hopefully they can at least offer to look at the oil level before saying it s fine. Will update.Service: Oil change

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago to have my Tuscon checked out at 9am this morning. Drove 40 minutes to get there and was told they aren't doing any diagnostic appointments. Basically was told "sorry, can't do anything for you". Super frustrating.
