Take your time doing your research. For a luxury car and first time buyer, you would expect them to disclose there s no way to open the trunk from the inside or even on the key fob! (UX 2023 model) Something so necessary should be told at the point of sale. Even the manual that comes with the car says it should! Don t make the same mistake I did.Update: I called the number provided in the response to this review and asked to speak to the GM. Been two weeks no call back, no response to emails. Once you drive off the lot with the car, they don t care!

I had a very good experience with the service and especially with Alex Cruz who helped me. He is very knowledgeable, and polite. He took the time to explain to me the services for that day and for my next scheduled maintenance. Having that information takes the guess work and anxiety off of me for my next service. I trust his recommendations. If the rest of your service team is like Alex, you have a good team. I would definitely send my friends and family to see Alex for their car needs.

Had been in contact with Roy Lee, I shared my interest in the Lexus IS350 F sport and a week later I took the car of my dreams home. I purchased a 2023 Kia Soul from Lexus of Cerritos a few weeks ago and they were so fantastic. Chris Li was amazing. Super responsive but not a hard seller which I hate. The finance team was also wonderful. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We had a great experience purchasing a Lexus RX 350 luxury with Chris with Costco with Sonny with the fleet department did an outstanding job of explaining everything through the process of buying the car. We re very very please we re actually in the process of trying to buy another one and RX 350 premium plus I m sure that s gonna work out fine for us to I highly recommend Cerritos Lexus to everyone

OK, straight to the point, Lexus is a known product and Toyota is a trusted name. Basically, the product sells itself. With that said, I purchased a used vehicle, and from the beginning, as I walked through the doors it was not a welcoming one, 6 hour total time ) since I was not purchasing an expensive vehicle.. one would think that a customer is a customer but that s not the case. My purchasing experience with my used car was do you want it or not? the car had only one key fob and regardless, how I asked it was a simple do you want it or not? interest rate was astronomical ! ( i have 780 score) thank God, Lexus Financial, saw my perfect credit score and corrected it. I purchased it with the mentality of just paying it off, so it didn t matter. The product sells itself. Number two on my way home the TPMS sensor tripped. With less than 100 miles into it I called my sales associate to see if there s anything they can do for me and the response was the same in a polite way you re on your own and do you want it or not. so again the product itself after replacing a $300 key fob and $600 in TPMS sensors I decided to get the car inspected. I notice the air filter and the cabin filter were disgustingly filthy all of which was stated that they were replaced. I went with them because they are a big dealership, and my expectation were high. I paid more for this vehicle than what market bears for that fact, however, It does not give you peace of mind that when a dealer says they did something and it s not done, you are naturally prone to wonder what else didn t they do. luckily I had the car, fully inspected and other than these mishaps and $1000 in parts I believe I came out ahead again because the products sold itself. Would I recommend this dealer as a trustworthy dealer that does what they say and stands behind their product, NO . At least this was my take. would I buy another Lexus yes but not from these guys do your research and make sure that what you buy is what you want if you do wind up at this dealership. once you make it home, you re on your own.

They were the only lot with the exact color/feature combo NX 350 I wanted. They offered a very good price, well below MSRP. (Maybe because non-hybrid aren t as in demand as hybrid.) They gave me a fair price for my trade-in. (Matched CarMax.) They tried to slip some paint/dent protection into the deal, and at first insisted it was required, but then admitted it was optional and took it off when I asked them to. (Typical AutoNation chain car dealership stuff). They also tried to pitch me several different completely optional added warranty/protections at signing, but allowed me to politely decline.The process took waaaaaay longer than I wanted (arrived for a scheduled test drive at 11:30 am and left with the car at 5 pm) because I had to wait a very long time to meet with the financial guy and then another very long time to have the car cleaned (it was very dirty when I got there, it had clearly been sitting outdoors on the lot through the weird recent LA weather). Luckily the place itself was clean and comfortable so I just spent hours drinking free coffee and playing games on my phone.In the end, I got the exact car I wanted at a fair price, and Edgar himself was super cool.Pros: Selection, value, sales staff.Cons: Upselling, slow service.

Last week my car was totaled in an accident and I had to begin the search for a replacement. Jordan at Lexus of Cerritos made this process so positive and stress-free. Jordan was professional, personable and not your typical used car salesman - other dealerships the salespeople were hovering like sharks and trying to figure out if I was worth their time. Jordan understood I was looking for a replacement car with several unknowns- insurance payout, timeline, etc but he took the time to test drive with me and keep in touch over next couple days once I knew my car was totaled. I love the dealerships no haggle pricing on used cars- I saw the same car across the street for much more. I was dreading the negotiations process. I am loving my 2020 Hyundai Tucson and I highly recommend Lexus of Cerritos!

I brought my car in because I found transmission oil drops in my garage. My car is only 4 years old and the Lexus team inspected the issue immediately. I reached out to the dealership regarding a brand new ES for an out of state purchase. Immediately, the sales person Yoojin and a day later the sales manager Gilberto responded both confirming their Autonation advertised price. Their game started when I asked for detailed total pricing. In the next 4 weeks or so that I went back and forth with them, they sent 4 different pricing. In the first one, they had not honored their advertised price. In the next one, they offered the advertised price, but they added bunch of add-on package this and package that for thousands of dollars. Finally, the sales manager agreed to take those packages off, but the next pricing they sent they doubled the shipping cost and added several hundreds for notary that brought the total price same as before. They asked for a copy of my driver's license and a credit card and an online credit application. After I provided all those sensitive information that included my DOB, SS#, credit card, driver's license, home address, etc., they went silent and did not respond for days until I contacted them. They responded, but with a new pricing. Despite all their ballooned pricing, I agreed to move ahead with the purchase, because no local dealership had the spec I was interested in. That was 10 days ago. Since then, they have not responded to my email and have not returned the voice message I left them. WHAT A GAME. I could have expected that from a used car dealer and their used car sales people down the street, but not from a Lexus dealership. It seemed like they were only trying to get me to provide my personal sensitive information without intending to sell the vehicle with their advertised price in the first place. Had it not been a Lexus dealership I would have not provided all those sensitive information, but now that worries me a lot as what their intentions were and what they are going to do with my personal information. I have also filed a report with Lexus and they have asked for all the email communications with the dealership.

This Lexus dealership was one of the best dealership experiences I had! Linda Jeon particularly was great to work with, honest, and personable. She was not pushy and answered any questions we had. I got a Lexus from here and received a very fair deal. I also sold my vehicle to this location and they gave me a great deal! Monique was great to work with in getting my car sold! I will be back to this dealership if I ever am in the market for a Lexus.

I own a 2012 Lexus ISF and knew it was time for me to bring her in to receive some fresh new oil. Now, when it comes to servicing and maintaining my car I am very picky on what I put in my car and who gets to service it. Luckily through word of mouth, I heard great things about Edgar, Eli, and Sal down at Lexus of Cerritos. Even though it was a 25-minute drive, I decided to bring my ISF in and was immediately greeted and welcomed by Edgar, Eli, and Sal which made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. From the moment I dropped off my ISF to the moment I picked it up I have to say their customer service was remarkable. They were very professional and friendly. Lastly, they really surprised me with a phenomenal detail that made my 12-year-old ISF look like it just came out of the showroom floor. I definitely will be coming back with my Lexus ISF and recommend my friends who also own an ISF or any other Lexus for their service needs.

I had a great experience with Lexus of Cerritos. The sales and finance process was quick, and the deal was honest and transparent. I have no doubt that I will come back again. Highly recommend it. I recently brought my car to Lexus of Cerritos when my check engine light came on. I was helped by my service advisor Lara who was so great throughout the whole experience. She was warm and courteous and honest about the work that needed to be done. She made sure that I was updated at all stages of the process. Everything was perfect.He kept updating me on my work ability and all work processes.They took a detailed video of my car's condition inside the repair shop and sent it to me with an explanation.My contact Ms. Thanks to Lala and the repair shop staff for their service, my image of Lexus has improved so much that I plan to get Lexus repairs for my next car. Working with Jinny Chang (client advisor) and Tiananmen George (finance manager) was an absolute pleasure! Jinny was extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, knowledgeable - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my 2024 Lexus ES 300H luxury took about 6-weeks. The best part Jinny stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more an absolute pleasure! This is my first time to go to Cerritos Lexus for maintenance and it was the best experience I ve had in the auto shop. Everything is smooth from dropping off my car to payment process to pick my car. The staff there is friendly and nicely transparent. They did a good job for my car maintenance and inspection. As well as giving me and my husband a good deal when another dealership we visited was not so kind to us. I received a great deal and walked away a perfectly happy costumer. Great service, just purchased our new vehicle. Valentin was our sales associate, very helpful and friendly. Told him what we were looking for and he took the time to show us what they had in stock, even drove us to their off site location. Also, the gentlemen that did our paper work was very helpful, thorough making sure everything was in order. I definitely recommend Cerritos Lexus.
