My son in I walked in to this Dealer without an appointment. We were greeted by an amazing sales person. She walked us through everything and brought out her manager to make sure we were all on the same page. Everyone was great from the first person we spoke with to the last person we encountered. It s a highly stressful purchase and it makes it that much easier when you encounter professionals that treat you with respect and are honest from the second you walk in. Thank you Kia of Cerritos I highly recommend your team.

Our salesman Andres was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our needs and what we were comfortable paying and worked very hard to achieve this. We never felt pressured by him or the finance gentleman, also named Andres. I would definitely recommend Kia Cerritos and would purchase from them again!

Danny and Estela are absolutely amazing they worked so hard to make sure I was taken care of WITHOUT an appointment too! they even loved my babies that came which was helpful not having to find a sitter, they went above and beyond and couldn t be happier with Danny and Estela as well as how quickly they work they are the best and can t be thankful enough they really know their work and amazing customer service but best of all they really care about their clients coming in!Estela even helped me take my belongings out of my old car and into my new one they both deserve the best! Thank you!

Took my Kia Optima in for service. Was greeted by a friendly face named Travis. Let Travis know my concerns and why I had scheduled a service visit. He explained to me what the techs would be running a diagnostic. He d reach out to me with any repair information before beginning the maintains that would be require.Kia paid for 13 miles of my lift ride home. That was Wonderful as I didn t want to sit in the lobby at the dealer for 4 hrs at 7am.Received a phone call a few hours later that the vehicle would actually have to be kept for a few day. I explain my situation to Travis and amazingly enough he was able to speak with the tech that was serving my vehicle who by the way ended up working after hours to ensure I could pick up the vehicle the next day at 8:30am.Long store sort Travis was amazing and explained everything to me with no surprise. I don t know the name of the tech that actually perform the maintenance on my vehicle but THANK YOU BOTH AND THANK YOU KIA.Friendly amazing staff and your techs are top of the line in their craft.Thank you again.

We recently purchased a car from Kia Cerritos Service Center and had an amazing experience! We worked with Jonathan who was very responsive and helped us through the process. We've been looking for a car for months, but after the first call with Jonathan we had a great feeling and ended up purchasing a car and finalizing all paperwork within a few days. They gave us the best and fairest price and were very straightforward. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience bringing my car in for service thanks to my service advisor Eddie! He was really nice with great communication. I was initially bringing my car in for just an oil change but he recommended I do the 30k maintenance that my vehicle was due for. (He wasn t pushy about it). I was concerned on how long it was going to take and he assured me I d be out of there quick. We were out quicker than expected, I really appreciate it, I had my 3yr old with me. Hopefully next time I ll get Eddie as my advisor again!

Shauna Way was my service advisor she was amazing. I was helped out right away, was super friendly and helpful. Offered transportation to the mall. Gave me free car wash. My service was done quick and explained to me everything that was done to my car. Definitely requesting her next visit!

I always like the experience but last service was really long just for the basic service. Instead of 2 hr was 4hr and just because I requested an update. Looks like they forgot about it and when they delivered the car it was wet. Time matters this time because I let them know I was waiting in the dealership for my car. Hope next time is better.

My experience with Kia Cerritos was amazing. The crew was very professional, and polite all the time. The communication skills, and how they approached to helped me, just show how ethical and well prepared they are to assist you. Buying a car can be hard, but not my case with Kia Cerritos, the crew made everything so easy, and accessible for me in order to get my new car.

I appreciate their thorough service. They did a great job on my car finding and repairing things that were needed to keep me safe including a tire I hadn t realized had been damaged. i love the option for a ride service and that they do a complimentary car wash. Only slight annoyance was that my appointment was at 8am and I didn t get out of there until 12noon, but I know things take time and that s just part of the process.

Appreciate the honest and friendly service of Will. He was not pushy with the additional services for my vehicle and allowed me to make those decisions on my own. He made me aware of easy payment plans to cover the additional services I chose to do which also made paying easier on my bank account! He knew exactly what my car needed to get done based on my description of the problems I was having with it. Thanks Again!

Just want to give a massive shoutout to Kia of Cerritos for making my car buying experience one the best I ve ever had. I know working with a dealership can be hit or miss, but my experience with Ross Helman (Sales Manager) and Sean (salesman I worked with) was phenomenal.Before going to Cerritos I looked at the same K5 at Citrus Kia in Ontario and my experience was awful. The salesman was rude and condescending.Ross and Sean at Cerritos Kia were respectful, fair in their negotiation, and made the whole process a breeze which is why I drove off in a beautiful K5!I can t recommend this dealership enough, if you re looking for a great place to buy a Kia, Kia of Cerritos should be at the top of your list.

Great service. An appointment means just that and they will take you right when you get there on time and not have you waiting. Truly appreciate that from this service dept. Very professional. Service took a couple hours and got a text letting me know as soon as my car was ready for pick up. And got car wash as well. Highly recommend this Kia Cerritos. Thank you for making this process easy and convenient.

Update: I finally was seen and the fixed the message and showed me my oil was fine.This place is a joke! Took my car in Monday and it needed an intermediate service. I was told they would text once the service was completed. I finally reached and they said it has been done for hours. They said they texted the wrong number yet my number was accurate on the paperwork. When I started my car later that day the needs only change message appeared. Went in on Friday been waiting for over an hour for someone to turn the message off. As I sit here I am thinking I paid $300.00 for this service, but how do I really know the car was serviced. It s very frustrating. Then I see a banner that says #1 in service satisfactioni I just laugh. This has been anything but satisfactory.

I ve never had a bad experience with Kia Cerritos, and this time is no exception. My service advisor Marilynn made sure I understood what exact services I needed for my car so that I wouldn t be surprised with any charges. The service even ended up finishing quicker than I expected, which is always a plus!

Everyone dreads buying a car, but Kia of Cerritos made our experience wonderful. Will our salesman Gabby our online sales rep and Frank the manager went above and beyond to give us the very best service and made sure our needs were met and that we were happy. This was the most stress free car buying experience. We will definitely be back in Dec 2025 to deal with our trade in and purchase another car. This is how car buying should be, no haggling no pressure just friendly knowledgeable people that give you excellent service.

I Rate Kia with a 5 star I'm on my second lease and the service has been awesome. It's always successful when you get what you ask for and more. Didn't take all day as some dealers can have you leaving exhausted and hungry. I left as a satisfied customer. As of now I will be in the Kia family for life!

I brought my car in to get serviced and was helped quickly by knowledgeable staff. Dropping off my car and reviewing the services to be done was fast, and they gave me a complimentary Lyft ride home. Pickup was pretty quick and everything looked good on my vehicle with regard to what had been worked on. Shout out to William Cooper for taking the time to break down and explain the services!

If you want good people, service someone to let you know how Kia Cars are you need to go to the Kia Car Dealer in the Cerritos, I have been there and brought 5 cars from them oh nothing was wrong with them I just kept upgrading my cars. Everyone nice a will make you feel like family. I have sent many people to this dealer you will have no problems.

Wow!!! They went above and beyond. Exceptional customer service. I bought and service my car here since 2020. My experience working with all the service agents and the sales people has been excellent.Shout out to Andres Gonzalez my service agent for going above and beyond to help me. I am so happy with my replaced and upgraded Bose Radio Monitor and oil change. My car was washed and ready before anticipated.Sunshine Daye

My initial service my experience was not the best. I didn t feel comfortable that my car was in good hands. I felt I had to be guarded and ask a lot of questions. The second time around Aldo helped me out and he answered my questions and felt welcomed. I didn t feel like I was rushed and he was patient. I hope moving forward it continues this way. I expect to be in good hands and confident where I m taking my car in service.

My experience at Cerritos Kia was awesome. Kia provided a Lyft car to take me wherever I wanted to go while my car was being serviced. I went and had a wonderful breakfast. When I returned my car was serviced and washed.My adviser was very knowledgeable. He told me about a service I didn't even know I was entitled to.Thank you, for a job well done!!!!

Took advantage of an elderly person when they didn't need an oil change when the car is new. This is shameful way of getting money even did the Carfax to see what happened and they really did an oil change with only 2,000 miles on the car. Telling them the oil gets bad and we have to get it done, why do that? Especially if they oil doesn't get old and you just want 120.00. Please go elsewhere love the people at Honda and Toyota just straight honest people who really help you out.

5 stars the lovely lady that assists me. She is the reason why I still choose to come here and will definitely take her considerations highly. There s a much older woman there too but the younger one with dark hair reminds you that it s ALL ABOUT YOU. She values your time! Most of the male workers cannot fake it and show attitude if you say no to additional services or questioning why it s taking so long to get something minor fixed. Other than that, they are improving so waiting time is usually 30 minutes less than what they tell you.
