We took the NV200 because someone stolen catalytic converter from the van so this our main dealership since we purchased here last year 2021 this place did a very good job, the service was totally awesome as soon the insurance company paid everything, service center called me that the van was done, I was like that wasn't bad, because we expected so much time waiting for the NV to be done... Honestly this totally a new level of service, don't remember the name of the guy was in charge, just we're really thankfully in general about the good job,for everything,all the hard work, doesn't matter how much wasn't,it matters the hard effort, once again thanks so much

Avoid doing business here. I bought a warranty for my car, and had the most challenging time receiving services outlined in the contract.Customer services for the service department is terrible. They need to retrain / hire an entirely new staff. They put you on hold without transferring, if you are transferred the person on the other line hangs up ect.People calling for these services have invested a lot of money in their warranty or will pay a lot for repairs on their cars. Reaching a front desk person and then an advisor on the phone isn t too much to ask.Management needs to look into all customer service for the service department immediately or risk loosing clients and business.

Worst experience ever. I've been a client for many years, bought my first car here and second car at Cerritos Nissan and never been this disappointed. I went to Cerritos Nissan Service department because I noticed that the engine cover was missing from my car, when I got there representative J. V. refer me to his Service Director J. M. Mr. M. said to me that I imagine that the cover was there, he mentioned another lady also imagine that too as many others. Mr. M. said that those parts were discontinued and that my Nissan Rogue 2021 never came with it. I told him if he's calling me a lier because when I bought my car my husband came with me and he saw it too. I told him that if they removed the parts to resale them or what. I was mad so I just left. I would never bring my car here. Don't recommend bringing your car here, or you also will have parts missing.

I took my car here 3 weeks ago because a sensor was continuing to come on took it to service department where they told me that my car braking sensor needed to be recalibrated originally paid almost 500 dollars through Sunbit for this service 2 days later why driving on the freeway in the rain the same sensor that they claimed was fixed and I paid for came back on spoke with management there about the issue all horrible they never took accountability for misdiagnosing my car on top of this they asked me to pay 500 more dollars to fix a mistake they made and acted like they did me a favor by only charging 500 to fix their mistake a second time when they misdiagnosed the issue originally I would not come back here for service ever again to my car the whole experience caused me to lose out on time at work and money horrible service from management on down to service providers horrible customer service no follow up or follow through had to call and go down there 3 weeks in a row horrible service

I was charged 500 for a service I now know was probably not needed and now the extended warranty that the car transmission was covered under back in Sept is over.I have a 2014 Nissan Sentra with a transmission that is done because it was built on faulty engineering that Nissan is aware of. Its April but I brought my car into the service dept last Sept to check the transmission because the car had been jerky and shaking. The service dept. diagnose was that transmission was all good and that I need to clean the gunk off the engine.My car died out on the street on a hot day when that should never had happened if the transmission was properly looked at and fixed back in Sept. I called the service dept and asked for a manager, I was told I needed to speak to finance but was transferred to a sales rep, I called back and asked for a manager again and was told I would receive a phone call back. I never got a call back. This is not good service. I now need another official transmission diagnoses for Nissan to see if they will help with repair so I've towed my car back to the service dept. :(Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Recomiendo ampliamente Cerritos Nissan collision, repararon mi camioneta Nissan Rogue 2022, fueron a traerla a la puerta d mi casa, hicieron un EXCELENTE TRABAJO! , mi camioneta quedo exactamente como la saque hace unos meses de dealer, GRACIAS al excelente equipo de trabajo y ademas garantizan cada parte que reparan, FELIZ con su trabajo, gracias!!!
