Purchased my truck from here.Good atmosphere was chill no pressure.Everything is clean and organized.You can walk around and look at the vehicles with ease.

Can be better. From A to Z. And stop screwing people on fixing their vehicles after they bought it from here. Like my transmission that they said they fix picked it up took it out and had to return it to the same day less than an hour because the transmission kept coming out of gear and they try to get the insurance company to pay for it again and they are laughed at and had to go to Ford motor company to pay for it. AC unit turn on both units front and back were not working they said nothing was wrong with them it's a big vehicle that takes time to cool down. took it back after the one went out and then after that the front one went out and then they tried to tell me I had to pay for it after I had two insurance policies from bumper to bumper had to go in and have the finance lady come out and tell him that I shouldn't be paying nothing except the deductible times for the unit. And then that's what they found a pinhole in the front compressor area. And then I just had my transmission worked on this to have a overhauled a year ago and I found out they did not replace the magnet in the transmission belly to collect the fragments but he said it still looks good even if they tried to screw me on that but wait they did have to pay multiple deductibles every time I took it in. Just like when they're supposed to check for oil burning they marked it where they filled it up but when I checked it it was way above the line that they put down that they filled it to.

Cerritos Dodge had impeccable customer service! They made us feel welcomed, not pressured to make a decision. Will definitely return as a customer. Cherry on top of the icing, we found this beauty at such a great price!

A very large auto mall with various dealers. I have shopped here for a few cars in past several years. The prices are competitive as the dealers are large dealers with large inventory.

Just stay away from Infiniti/Nissan. Some of their reps will say anything to sell you a car. Hidden things wrong with the used cars that you find out about a lot sooner than later. They indirectly taught me that anything sold "as is," no matter what promises they make, has issues. Read their reviews on YELP before purchasing a car. I purchased my first infiniti from them when they had their own store (before they merged with Nissan). This was years ago. This new generation of salesmen they have? Smh. Just looking to make a quick dollar. As soon as I can get rid of this SUV it's gone.

Fast and friendly customer service. Pretty good so far. On my way to pick up my car. When I went to get my car the Dodge dealership and repairs lied to me about the money that they promised for volunteering to get my recalled car being fixed. I initially declined but they offered me $50 and Lou told me no. And they wanted to up-sell me. Then the valet service was very slow. The agent told me I should give him a high mark on his survey. Don't promise me anything and then dismiss me.

Cerritos auto square is easy to find, right off of the freeway. There s plenty of parking, it s not a crazy busy street which is helpful. It doesn t put too much pressure on the unfamiliar driver when looking for the specific dealership driveway.It s intimidating for me to visit a dealership to look around because of all the salesman stories I ve heard but it wasn t a nightmare at all! The gentleman that helped me wasn t pushy, he didn t rush me or try to push a car on me. He took his time, was thorough in answering all my questions and didn t makeMe feel like I was inconveniencing him. I visited the Toyota dealership and was seeing what they had for used cars. He even suggested that I go to the other deanships in order to be certain I was happy with whatever it was that I chose. I appreciate how on the windows of the far was all the information about the vehicle, including an easy to use QR code that connected me directly to the carfax report.

Excellent service, excellent mechanical/maintenance work. Thanks to Spencer(Service customer rep) and Joe (Car technician). Spencer is always willing to help. Updates me as my maintenance is being done. Joe leaves my car feeling like new. Great job !!!!!!!! I have gone to other VW facilities. McKenna Volkswagen of Cerritos is by far the BEST! McKenna Volkswagen of Cerritos is who I trust for all my car needs.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. We were there for an hour and a half to get new remote keys that took about 5 minutes to program. Travis was very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing that made this not 5 stars was, not being able to come to our location and program a new key. We were literally around the corner from them. We had to have our car towed to them for this to happen.

If you go on a Saturday, know that it is best to have an appointment. People arrive before six am, to make sure that the diagnostic work will be completed. Staff who do the diagnosing on Saturday, sometimes only work until 12pm.You may have to return for parts to be ordered, and to schedule the work to be done on another day. During the week, if you arrive after 11am, staff predict that they will not get to diagnose the problem. I have a lot of confidence in the staff, who truly do excellent work!!!

Great tomfoolery at cars but Honda dealership had a disrespectful Salesrep , I won't go there again Asian guy very insulting , walked out immediately HES BAD FOR HONDA BUSINESS

Bought our third Kia here. Our sales rep. Fred was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the Sportage we were interested in. The whole buying process went well and easy. He answered all our questions and gave us a great deal. We may come back for the EV6 next. I would definitely recommend you buy your next car here, you will not regret it.

Purchased a 2021 truck in one month I was at the dealer because it started having mechanical issues. I was really upset because I was offered a truck that was supposed to be in great conditions with 8000 miles. I guess when they checked it they didn t realize a hose was loose and all the coolant came out car over heated and I was stuck in the freeway with my kids than I took it to get one hose back in place and was there for 5hrs I m really disappointed with the sales person and the mechanics for not doing there jobs come on man it s a 2021

I'm not sure if I just picked a good day to go on a Wednesday midday, but the service was excellent! I went for a oil change and they told me it was going to be about 1hr 1/2. I requested a shuttle and they immediately got me shuttle for me and my two kids. They keep me informed at all times with text messaging about my car.. I really loved the service

This place is amazing. Very friendly and treated us very well. Our sales man and finance guy were amazing. Everyone should shop here when they want to buy a new or used car. Ours went so well.. thanks everyone there.
