2004 RSX, Gas leaks bottom mid section. Took 1 wk. to get a call back, stated need a new gas pump advised after market. Bill was $955 part & labor. (was afraid to drive too far, heat may cause fire)Talk to regular mechanic, said if gas pump didn't work won't pump gas out & leaks., it's just $2 O-ring!!!Opinion to myself is not to go to dealer after out of warranty.

Allen Kim Is a mazing associate. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and understanding with type of cars that we were interested. Allen Kim is always going extra mile to assist us. We purchased a mdx Aspec and we have a great experience with Allen Kim. I ve been custom serviced for 25 years and I have to say s is hard to find a sale person like Allen Kim! His the best!!!

Service on May 18, 2023 , was frustrated , my appointments was at 11 got there before, the advisor, IMRA MURRILLO, was very rude , I was there for a very long time more than 3 hours for a oil change & and with a baby , he didn t care he took his sweet time and didn t care about giving my car back wouldn t Recomend this place anymore . Every one there are super RUDE AND CARELESSPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD GIVE THEN 0Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning, Oil change

Got some warranty work done with Don. He was 5 star service. Thats all I come for. Coming to Acura to be charged $150 for an oil change with no car wash when it's $49 at Honda, with no coupon, just doesn't work for me.

I recently brought my car in for an estimate, I was assisted by Alfred. Left my car in for a full diagnose due to my car not performing well. I was given an inaccurate diagnose; which would cost me almost $1,000. I was charged almost $200 for the diagnose. I decided to get my car fixed a private shop. My mechanic did not do anything else asides from what the dealership had diagnosed on my car. A day later I got my car fixed the same issue I previously had came back. Same engine light was on. I called the dealership because I felt I was given a false diagnose. I left my car there almost the entire morning. I was told there nothing wrong with my car. I then, asked to speak to the Glenda and then she passed me to the main manager of the service department. He was not very professional, he had a very disrespectful tone and towards the end of the conversation he said period to me. Like if he was lecturing me or looking down to me. I said I wanted my money back for the diagnose or I would then to check for a shortage or for the v-tech solenoid. I have read that that could be what it was causing the issue with my car. Mark (I believe that is the name of the department manager) didn t even take that into consideration and said that I could whatever I want with my car and take wherever I can. My money would not be refund and nothing else can be done.It is very sad and disappointed that the same place where I have been given my business had treated me very poorly and disrespectfully. I would not make business with Cerritos Acura ever. Service department is the worse !!!Service: General repairs & maintenance
