I highly recommend you get your auto parts needs here at this store. What amazing customer service. Mr. Sebastian was a perfectly polite and professional employee that needs to be acknowledged for his actions and ability to be a good human. I needed a battery for my Nissan and I received the best possible service there was to receive. Thank you for employing this quality of a skilled human. He not only sold me the perfect battery, he also installed it and had me on my way again within 10 minutes. He ensured I will remain safe while out in the road and I cannot thank you enough for this.Easy to locate off the Main Street in Ceres. PLENTY of safe and free parking

They told the air flow censor was the reason for the check engine light. I purchased the air flow sensor and reset the check engine light. Shortly thereafter, the check engine came on again. Long story short, it appears the air flow sensor is not the problem. The manager at AutoZone refused to refund me my money for the air flow sensor. Now I m out $200 and still have the same issue. If they would have initially explained to me the air flow sensor MIGHT be the problem and that I would NOT be able to return it, no way would I have purchased it.

If I could leave no stars, I would.I came in needing a connector piece for my battery terminal. I didn't remember the exact word for it, so the female (dark hair, short, thin) looked up my car and walked over to her manager. Walked back over and said they offered the whole wiring cable from starter to battery, but had several different lengths, so I needed to find a way to get the length. I asked if someone could come take a look, to which I got avoided by all staff. I asked for a tape measure, and walked to my car. Made a phone call for help for the part name, full of frustration. One male (tall and thin with facial hair) walked out, looked at my engine compartment for a second, said nothing and walked back in, completely ignoring me.I got the part name and walked back in with their tape measure, set it on their counter and told them they were of no help and O'Reilly's across the street would probably be more willing to make my sale, with competent help.As a small business owner, I was super disappointed and won't be back. Manager was a middle aged male, stocky build and facial hair. He never said a word and avoided eye contact. If management acts that way, no wonder the employees do to. Save yourself hassle and go across the street. They did a fantastic job at helping me.

Still a great store but they're hiring more and more unexperienced people who have no idea what they're doing other than what the computer screen tells them place you used to have experience mechanics and great at troubleshooting now they're just store clerks

I am just leaving store #3719. I was so worried when my car nearly lost power when passing through this town. Everyone was extremelmly helpful and didn't make me feel like an idiot. There was a young lady and two gentlemen there. Thank you so much for a job well done and the peace of mind for the remainder of my travel. The messages are gone after adding oil also. Now I am in the wind. But driving slowly as recommended.

Gerardo and Jose helped us they deserve to get 20 stars . The customer service is excellent! I came in for a car battery. Gerardo and Jose/Jesus were really friendly, professional, and helpful. I will definitely come back. I recommend it!

From when I walked in the door nobody greeted me said anything to me offered to help me and there was it but one person in the store customer wise and there were multiple employees nobody offered to help me while I'm looking for the pain I'm looking for and when I approached the counter to get help the lady who was there who is extremely rude didn't even try to help and just told me to go to the dealer I will never ever come to the store again horrible customer service time visited location was approximately 11:40am

This AutoZone is one of the best I've been to. Their always willing to help, and are very knowledgeable. They have a huge selection, even some of the harder to find items. Definitely recommend this store.

I went in to buy a battery 10-14-22.They charged me $3.49 for some felt gasket things that I didn t know about. I returned the battery installation kit and got my $3.49 back. Then I see that they only refunded $13.34 for the core charge. Not the whole $22.00. I called and the young girl told me to wait a couple days even though it is completed in my bank. I m not sure what s going on with this AutoZone but they are messing up. I would not recommend until they get new managers or something. I know I won t go back there.

I think autozone just needs more employees. It does have its days where it can get busy and you just have to buy interior wipes or car wash shampoo and the lines out the door or everyone s busy, but butThey are helpful if you need parts and they take the time to help you as a Customer rather then rushing you to help the next customer. Only thing that kinda interrupts our conversation is when the phones ringing off the hook and nobody in the back answers it, so the person helping me answers it and instead helps the person on the phone lol it s all good. But butAll the parts I get are flawless and if they don t work. Autzone helps you in solving the problem. I m here because I had a battery exchanged under warranty and I paid the difference for a better battery and I am back on the road safely again!!Visited again 8/2022 and guys priced matched my oil and gave me the oil and filter bundle. I visited other 2 Autozones and 1 said they couldn't do the bundle and the other store said they "couldn't price match Walmart" this is my home store and they always take care of me so I'll come here from now on...New update; I came here 6/8/23 and 6/10/23And I went to 2 other Autozone stores and had issues with their "incorrect priced inventory " that was unorganized and had 1 manager visually see an item on the shelf that was in the wrong spot. Yes I get it, when items are on the wrong spot but 3 items total incorrectly in the wrong spot? I called this store and he said to come In and help me out and he did! Next few days I arrived for a ball joint and they helped me immediately and I moved out of town, but I will always drive over here for superb "Autozone Customer Service"!

I called to check on information and pricing and while I was speaking with the female who took the customer service call she did not listen to what I was saying she could not help me and when I was trying to explain the engine size had not yet been confirmed but we wanted a rough estimate so we could ensure we would have enough cash on hand and then this same agent gets the old age hearing stating she couldn't hear me after repeating the license plate twice to her she deliberately hung up on me and all I needed was rough estimate maybe I should have called napa or O'Reilly's because they have people skiils whereas your store seems to be lacking.Thank you for your assistance in communication and assistance in trying to help employees to better help in the future.Samantha hodge

An employee quickly assisted me with my free battery test and walked me through what I needed. He then pointed me to what I needed and showed me the best deal for my money, it was all fast and quick and no problems at all. Definitely will come back for future car parts!

Please train your employees on being a good sales person when applying their skills on customers vehicles. The Ceres Store needs to train or fire employees that have no training on automotive repairs or installing batteries on customers vehicles.I had a person installing my battery and caught him placing my battery 180 degree off the holder mount and he was ready to install the PLUS HOT side terminal to the NEGATIVE side of the battery post. This is on my NEW truck and he would have bought me a new truck by distroying my whole PCU module box and what other computers on board the truck.Do not have them touch your vehicles if they say they know how too. Who hires this persons if they have no knowledge in the auto industry ?

I went to go get parts for my car 3 weeks ago, and was there for 47 minutes. They were training a new girl (which I understand will take a few extra minutes) but she kept making mistakes and they wouldn't help har. . So today I go in to return a part and purchase a few other items, again the clerk helping me had to pass me over to the same girl that helped me last time. And after being there for an extra 10 minutes. I was anxious to leave and they didn't credit me for my returned item!. Shoot then I have to go all the way back! Very frustrating!!!!

Great store and great staff. Great prices. Eager to help and assist with any of my vehicle needs. They have given me the wrong parts on a couple of occasions but were quick and friendly about rectifying the situation so it was ok. Thank You AUTO ZONERS. Keep up the good work. Keep !

When I entered the store there was no employees at the counter. There appeared to be no one in the store. I waited 10 minutes before an employee came from the back of the store. This is not a way to run a store. He got my part for me but the employees need to be more attentive to customers.

They checked to see whymy engine light came on for free and printed the issues my car may have!! It's a blessing because other places charge a lot for it!! Thank God it's something very small and inexpensive! Thank you AZ

Although they didn't have everything I was looking for they were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They even recommend another place that might have the last item on my list. Highly recommend.

Guy broke my alternator wiring clip and said it was my fault for having him test it no it his fault cause he didnt know what he was doing.he was rude. They need to get some better employees not just anyone i think his name was rodrigo or something so be carefull that guy is a joke ill never shop there again i hope he gets fired

I like Autozone because a lot of their parts are life time guaranteed. They carry the Acdelco brand which is the brand I buy for my Chevy silverado with a life time warranty on them also. No receipts necessary, they have your info on the computer and can look it up no matter what Autozone your in.
