If you re not of their racial preference, don t go there, unless you want the management team dropping F bombs behind you back thinking you do not speak English, F there s people is the greeting we got. Willing to be the better people we purchased the car through our own bank. Poor service on behalf of the management team, the salesman apologized for them. Once we took the car, it had severe mechanical issues, we called to see what could be done to help out, they bluntly said we will not do anything for you . Do not buy from this place, spend your well earned money somewhere else, get the respect that everyone deserves despite color or race.

First, let me say, I absolutely hate going to car dealerships but.....our lease was up and I had to. We had owned Volvo's in the past and they were really good cars so we went to the Jessup Volvo Store in Cathedral City. I was pleasantly surprised with all the cars they had in stock and easily found the one I wanted. Here came the salesman (Greg Rittemiller). He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and easy to deal with (not your typical car salesman). I had done some research on the price and explained the deal I thought was fair. Here is where the sales managers came in and I thought "Here we go". Surprisily, they were both very very nice and they were actually fun to talk to. We knew several of the same people and it was like "Ole Home Week". We settled on a deal and I took home a new Volvo. I have a much different opinion of car salesman now after this experience. Greg, Robert and Pippo were outstanding and I got a real good deal. Thanks gentlemen!

Worst experience ever took my Volvo in almost 2mos ago for the wiring harness to be repaired only to be told that I. Needed a new steering wheel column to then be told they could not do it ... They proceeded to tell us that they removed the parts in the car they had worked on and would only charge us for the diagnostic... Mind you we been paying for a rental car since this has taken place it's completely ridiculous that it's took themnearly going on 2 mos to say they couldn't do anything and to make matters worse they left my Volvo taken apart telling Us that this is how we brought it in to them ... It looks like a tweeker worked on it ... We had to pay for tow of our Volvo to and from the dealership which wasn't cheap ... Been shelling out all this money to end up with our car worse than we took it in... I don't even know what to do at this point... Do not take your cars in for repair here ... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP

We were greeted upon arrival at the dealership by our salesperson , Greg, .who spent the time to review all of our purchase options. Our purchase was very low key with no pressure to buy or lease. Initially we had previewed the small SUV models for BMW and Mercedes of which one dealer would not even greet us and the latter had no cars to test drive. We choose the Volvo XC40 and are very happy with our choice. Also very pleased with the delivery specialist, Stephanie, who spent the time linking our phones and reviewing the operating system for us. Thanks

Very good experience at Volvo. Tony was very helpful and professional. My tune up went smoothly. I was very satisfied. My hope is that this dealership will stay at this end of the valley and not move to La Quinta sooo far away.

We just got into a 2024 XC40 Recharge and the team at Volvo was fantastic! David and his manager really took care of us. They made the deal work for us and the car itself is amazing. So happy to be in a new Volvo!

I have taken my 4 year old Volvo xc60 to Palm Springs Volvo a couple of times for service now and each time the experience is very good. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. My service manager seemed young but he was the best Dealer based service man I have had. I spent years with Toyotas and Audi s with tons of service appointments and I would rate this at the top. Keep up the good work PS Volvo! Dan K

had a really great experience with david! initially setup an appointment to view a car they had on the lot, and i loved it immediately and decided to take it. david was very personable and hospitable! when it came time to sign paperwork and financing options, erik was a great help in breaking down all the numbers and made buying the car a smooth and simple process compared to my last dealership experience which was elsewhere. would recommend this location to anyone!

Yikes! What a terrible experience so far! Worked with Marissa Cruz to lease a new C40. The deal was that they would deliver the car to my house in San Diego. I was so excited to learn that they want to deliver it on Saturday verses Monday as was originally negotiated. This delivery was a nightmare. It took them over 8 hours to drive from Palm Springs to San Diego. Throughout the drive the delivery point of contact had issues charging the car. Called me at one point and asked if 5% battery charge would be sufficient when they were in Escondido. I had a previous EV and know that letting the battery go to zero is harmful. I told the delivery drivers to charge it to 80%. The delivery was scheduled to arrive at 5:00 p.m. We didn t get it until almost midnight. We were concerned about why it took 2hrs to go from 5% charge to 13%. The response from the delivery drivers was intimidating and aggressive. They demanded that we sign the paperwork so they could leave. They demanded that we sign credit card agreements that we didn t agree with. My children were present and we were frearful that the situation would escalate badly in my living room. In the morning we were astonished at the amount of wind/sand damage to the car. The windshield, front of the car and lights had visible irreversible damage. There was sand in the front trunk! I called the sales associate and while she confirmed that the drivers called her in route and that she could barely hear them because of the high winds- she took no action to prevent the damage. I told her I was not going to purchase a new $60k car with that kind of damage. Her response was that they have no control of the weather and that we would have to keep a damaged car. I could not believe this response. The contract of delivery is between the delivery company and dealership not me. Why would you deliver a brand new car in a high wind situation with no protection? Additionally, they could have waited until another day when the winds would not cause that amount of damage. I am so furious! Note I have not yet talked to the manager so I am hopeful they will just pick up this damaged car and return my deposit!!!

never take your Volvo here for repairs. It s a Volvo dealership that doesn t know how to repair Volvos. Also when you ask for service to be done, they will decide whether or not your service should be done. Also charge you for their expertise and deciding whether or not, you should have the work done that you ve asked them to do.I have never in my life ever asked someone to do a job and have them decide for me whether or not that job should be done. I had a broken mirror that needed to be replaced, and I set an appointment to replace the mirror. They decided to wait until I arrived to decide whether or not my mirror was broken and if it actually needed to be replaced or not. Also, at that point, they decided that. And they do not have the part. I am sorry for the waste of your time, but I can t fix your broken mirror that you told me was broken at the Volvo dealership where the Volvo parts for the Volvo car that I own should be.I also had a tail light malfunction. There was a Short in the wiring so that occasionally there would be a. Warning signal that said that I should replace my tail light, but the bulb was not. So clearly, there was a short in the wiring in the wiring harness should be replaced. So I also put in my request for my visit to have the wiring harness replaced for my tail light on my Volvo at the Volvo dealership where they have Volvo parts. so they check that too at a cost of $250 to tell me whether or not I replaced. I showed up on time and they were unable to do either of these things and were clearly just befuddled at the fact that I asked them to do these things and I was upset that they couldn t do themI m

Jill and your Service Crew are Fantastic. I had a flat on my V90 up in the high desert; they waited for me to get down to Palm Springs Volvo Service late afternoon on a Friday and they all pitched in to get me 4 new tires and a Scheduled Service! My service advisor Tony Bradley, was fine. Unfortunately the service itself left a lot to be desired. In addition to the routine service, I needed a new tire. At 10:30 they said it was coming from Redlands, about an hour west, and that it would be there at 1-1:30. I drove out of the dealership after 4 PM! While I was in the lobby I checked the tire availability locally and they had it at two locations within 30 minutes drive of the service center. When I got home I noticed that they had not reset my onboard service scheduler so i had to return to the dealership the next day. Not a happy camper.

Tony and Youhanna run a straightforward, communicative, and extremely professional operation. I purchased a pre-owned optioned-out volvo, and they meticulously detailed the vehicle, replaced things that I would not have thought needed replacing, and were very upfront about all the costs involved in financing. Highly recommend doing business with them.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my new Volvo S90 Momentum. Starting with David Hower who walked me gently through the buying process and working with his manager to get me a perfect deal. The finance office was great to work with both Ruth snd Yuseli. It was very smooth and they explained everything very clearly and again I was well taken care of.Mike in the service department was also really great to work with. I took my older Volvo in to be serviced and ended up trading it in for my new Volvo.I have always serviced my Volvos at Palm Springs and been much more than satisfied with the 5 Star treatment I receive. Five Stars right back to everyone there who treat me like a king. I LOVE my new car and thanks to all of. You who made it such a great experience!Joe

My wife and I were looking for a hard to find model. After locating one in Palm Springs I was able to make the purchase online with Stephany. A quick flight to sign the papers and a fun drive home in the new car. Easy to deal with and highly recommended. Every dealer should make it this easy!

This is the first high end luxury car that I have owned. I traded in my XC40 and have to say the staff is exceptional and incredibly helpful. What a great team. Both sales women, Melissa Cruz and Sthepany Gutierrez are both knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. They walked me through the cars functions, loaded my phone, added the new auto to my app. Youhanna Shahan the pre-owned director and manager was very generous with his time and bent over backwards to get me a good deal on the new car, to make my dream a reality. I love my new 2022 XC 60 recharge. It has all the bells and whistles, drives like a dream. The new car comes with an extended battery, so it makes it very efficient driving in the valley. I just wish I had known the cars mileage is not great when it is in recharge/hybrid mode. I did not understand that when I was test driving, I was under the impression that it did much better, but that is my lack of homework before making the purchase.Thank you to everyone at the dealership, including Greg, and Eric Nielsen in financing.LOVE my new car!!!

All good, I came in looking to see the larger Volvo SV, the 90 model, and was surprised to learn about the 60 Polestar in the great Thunder Gray color. Tony met me when we arrived and was super helpful in explaining the lay of the land with Volvo hybrid vehicles.I think the entire process was pretty efficient and clearly successful, I will be in again to get a bit more training on the technology from Tony.Having gotten a quote from another dealer, I would think your shop could make things more transparent by using the software that breaks out the various features and their respective costs, as at least for me, everything about Volvo is new, and many of the options are not at all things someone would already be aware of or understand.

The 2017 Volvo SC90 was purchased from them. I am so pleased with the service department and friendliness of the staff. The mechanics have always performed well by fixing anything. No one works on the car but Volvo of Palm Springs. Recently, I had the dash cover come loose. Since it was out of warranty, I expected to cover the entire cost, about $9,000. I talked to Michael, service rep., and requested him to talk to Volvo and the extended warranty people to help me reduce the cost. Jim, Michael, and Rob helped me. Because of their efforts, there was no cost to me. Wow! I can recommend purchasing a Volvo vehicle and allowing the service department to care for the car. I am beyond happy and pleased.

Worked with Lewis over the last month as we were considering replacing our Mercedes. Lewis answered all the questions and provided some valuable insight to the Volvo line. Lewis showed great patience in this long process and I never felt pressured. When we finally made the drive out to Volvo Cars Palm Springs we discovered that the same excellent customer service and the inventory had plenty to choose from. Color, Options Etc..We originally were interested in the XC90 but drove off in the V90, Blistering Blue R Design. Truly one of a kind thanks to how it was ordered by the General Manager. They were fair on the price and finance was able to meet terms. I cant say enough on how we were treated and what a great buying experience it was. The only thing that could top this is driving the V90 everyday.Thanks to everyone at Volvo Cars Palm Springs.

I am not happy about leaving this review, but I've had a horrible experience at Volvo Palm Springs. I came with AC problem, been charged $450 for a part, and left with exactly same problem. AC performing the same as before. They told me I have to change AC valve which causes leak and that's why ac is not working properly. I agreed, it cost me $450 but it did not fix anything. My ac is still not working how it supposed to. I did ask them to take the part out and refund my money but James, the service manager refused.The var, Volvo S40 is my son's car, and he still needs to drive with broken ac on 115 degrees.Ned Mulahusejnovic
