This is our 3rd VW GTI we have purchased from this dealership . Everytime we have any issues or concerns the service dept addresses ALL our concerns with a smile , Manny,Allen & Gabby are superb - Eddie in Service is so knowledgeable & always sees the job through to ensure we are satisfied .Christina the General Manager has been so helpful & catering , she has followed up with us to ensure our issues were addressed - excellent !I would certainly be inclined to purchased our next vehicle here in the future .Keep up the great work guys - Thank you

Manny is my service guy and hi is amazing. Always super kind, helpful and incredibly professional. The whole service dept is great. They always get my car done in less time than I plan I sitting and waiting for it. And if I need any extra help or a ride to grab a snack they are there to accommodate. I happily return for all my car issues.I had a dent that I needed to fix and I am so happy that I asked. They don t do body work but the lady that was there (I forgot her name right now, sorry) gave me a fantastic referral. Thank you VW.

I was really hoping for a great experience with the Service Department here. Unfortunately that was not the case. I dropped my vehicle off for a service appointment I made at 9am on Monday morning. Having heard nothing from them by Tuesday afternoon I reached out via message and was informed my vehicle was hoping to be looked at soon, as there was 2 vehicles still ahead of mine. By Wednesday afternoon I still had not heard anything from them in regards to my vehicle. I went to the service department in person to then be told they did have an opportunity check my vehicle and it would need a valve replacement and new battery for $1,000. I told them based on having my vehicle 3 days with no communication or any repairs I would take my business elsewhere. I asked why if I had an appointment my car was not looked at for 3 days. They told me that an appointment was to get in line for service and no guarantee they would be able to get to it. They charged me a diagnostic fee of $99 which they refused to waive. I took their diagnostic review to another dealership and was told there was nothing wrong with the battery or valve. Please be aware if you are looking for a professional level of service, this may not be the place for you.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

The people are great! Friendly and welcoming. Only down side is they did not wash the vehicle before returning to me or top it off with a charge (ID4). Minor details and I will certainly return in the future!

This was our first visit to the dealership and we were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived to check in our vehicle to making the payment for service, it was excellent. Manny took great care of us and explained everything thoroughly from what our service would entail to explaining the details of the cost for the work that was done. Great experience.

I don t have any issues with the quality of the work, but am very disappointed in the follow-up from the service department. Dropped my car off first thing in the morning on Tuesday. Didn t hear anything so contacted them mid-afternoon to see what the status was. Within a minute I suddenly received the service recommendation. Either I was psychic or they d forgotten to send it. Needed parts they had to order, was told Thursday, Friday at the latest. Fine. Asked they keep me updated. Heard nothing. Friday came and went. Contacted them Monday morning inquiring about the status. Received no response. Called in the afternoon and they told me the car was ready. When I picked it up the receipt showed the work order had actually been closed on Friday, so again they apparently forgot to contact me. Much of the interaction is through their automated texting system so there really is no excuse for such poor communication.

Brought in my recent purchase from a vehicle auction for a multi-point inspection and safety check. They were great about completing high ticket items that were discovered, but poor on checking out some of the issues I wanted to look at for increased comfort in driving the vehicle. Had to replace my request about those issues and still didn't appear to get any service on them.

My most recent experience was wonderful. The shuttle home while I wait ones was excellent. Thank you Manny for keeping me informed. The service manager has become the on site GM. I went to get an offer on my car. They kept me waiting over an hour and then gave me a low ball offer. The lowest of four that I received. I can't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Everything was fine except that it took way too long. Volkwagen's warranty department was slow to approve the tires replacement. It took three hours to send the approval, and then another two hours to get the tires changed.My visit was on a Saturday, and PS VW was my only option because the other dealer's service dept was closed.The dealer service representative was professional and courteous. 5-1/2 hours to change two tires. So much for my Saturday! Oh well. I was happy to get two tires free of charge. Thanks VW of PS!

Like to say they are very professional they're very caring and considerate about being punctual with the date and time and they do an impeccable works men on the engine and oil changes and any of my needs and even go the extra mile to maybe clean my mats and give me a vacuum or wash my car I'm very very pleased with Palm Springs Volkswagen and I'll never go anywhere else thank you.

The people we have encountered so far have been Mike Cota, Eddie Silva, Allen Elsken, Manuel Pimentel, Stuart Watson and Gabby Gonzales. The service staff is always so friendly and helpful. They are quick to let me know the status of my repair and I appreciate the accurate estimate of costs up front. My last experience was a fairly easy replacement but made a little more challenging by the fact that I needed my car by the next morning. Allen and the team there kept me apprised of the situation and confirmed that my car would be ready by the time a I needed it. And it was, as expected.Service: Body & Trim

Very professional and courteous. Easy check in. Recall for a/c sensor problem plus couple of other minor issues.
