The finance, sales representative and sales manager Brian at VW Palm Springs all an amazing team. I actually drove 2 1/2 hours from LA to get the perfect pure grey color atlas sport with all the extra detail.Brian was straight to the point with making a deal. ( no wasted time going back-and-forth on pricing.)All the paperwork was ready to go once I arrived. We were in & out within an hour!Extremely satisfied with the Service!

Great experience when we bought the car but could never get a return call regarding a question we had. We left messages and text for 4 departments over three days. My last call was to the service department to see if they could help. Alan answered the phone and went to the sales manager (whom I had left a message) for the answer. Thanks Alan for such great customer service!

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from these jokers. Purchased a truck on 9/4/2023 and has had nothing but problems. CEO came down and left Albert the Automotive manager in charge told him make sure they are taken care of and Albert has FAILED. Here it is April 2024 and truck still not fixed. They claim they changed oil and emptied all the oil out and didn't replace it. I spoke to where they were supposed to take care to get fixed and was told Albert declined all work. We have yet to get any paperwork showing what was done to the truck. At this point I'm contacting a lawyer to see what can be done.

This was a pleasant and no-hassle car-buying experience. My wife and I visited VW of Palm Springs to shop for a new car. The staff responded quickly to our initial contact through their web site, and we were greeted promptly upon arrival The salesman, Dave, was helpful and knowledgable, and we were able to look at and test drive the vehicles we were interested in without pressure. We explained we were still at the initial shopping stage and would be evaluating other cars over the next week or two. The sales staff checked back with us periodically during this time. Once we had identified our shortlist of candidate cars, we visited again for another test drive, after which Dave and others explained additional aspects of the car, again with no pressure. Our subsequent purchase negations were respectful, and we agreed on satisfactory sales terms. Upon delivery, Dave gave us a practical orientation to the car's many features, and he invited us to come back if we needed further help with any setup or operation. Overall, the process was easy, and I can strongly recommend this dealership, Dave, and the rest of the sales and business staff.

The service department did an excellent job of setting up my appointment and kept me up to date on the progress. They reached out to me when it was time to pick up my car. I was happy to see that it was washed.

Recently, I read a customer's review of Volkswagen of Palm Springs Automotive Repair. It suggested, "Stay away from this place. Don't trust the technicians or the service managers. The never ending, unnecessary repairs and deceptive practices of overcharging is very concerning." I bought my car at that dealership, brand new in 2014, and from day one of maintenance, that is the only place that I've taken it to. After years of being a loyal customer, I began to feel the same way about the questionable service and their labor costs, which to me, is not reasonable. This, by no means, have a negative reflection on the outstanding customer service that Manny Pimentel has provided.

I am giving 5 stars to my service rep Manny. He was kind polite and professional and my car was returned to me in the time estimated.I will say 2 negative things not related to him. The first is immediately I was up sold from the quote I was given for my service on the phone. That always comes across as less than honest. Had I been given a range ahead of time I would have been receptive.I plan to give the dealership some of the business for the estimate I received after the inspection, but others I found to be very expensive or overpriced. I would very much like to continue a relationship with dealership as I do intend to purchase a car next year, but would want to feel more comfortable knowing I can take it in for service at more fair rate.

They sell a $77k Porsche but can t even provide basic information like window sticker, specifics with extended warranties. Smug demeanor so doesn t really exude confidence enough to earn my business.

Everyone was very helpful, and the recall work was completed successfully. However, the music playback issue is not resolved. Although they were able to make it work at the store, I haven't been able to use it since. I'll make a further appointment to have them recheck it.
