Very nice and great to do business with. My vehicle wasn't able to be tested do to a issues with a the vehicle. He explained to me the reason why. And what my options were to get it fixed. Definitely a great experience! Will definitely be doing business with him again.

I have been here twice over the past couple of years, with two different cars. My experience the 1st time was so good that I waited until I was able to make an appointment at Value Smog rather than get in somewhere else. I don't recall the proprietors name, but he is friendly, professional, and honest.

Well I went in there and the owner of the store was there I believe his name is Joe he was wonderful and sweet and in like not even 15 minutes about I was done and I was out and he was very kind very sweet and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to be treated equal and not just because you're a woman and need to get ripped off because he definitely did not do that other places because I'm a girl they want to rip me off but he was not like that he was very fair and I do appreciate all of his service that he did for me

I saw the reviews and stopped by to schedule a smog check. They were super friendly and were able to do it right away and I was in and out within 15 mins. The price seemed very reasonable as well. I will definitely go back

They're nice and good and do really reasonable price for They're work went to them for a smoke and they titan my battery for me and let me know that it was loose and that they had titan it for me. I really appreciate it and the work was fast and reasonable and very helpful to I recommend them to anyone

I called in the morning and they had an appointment and I was in and out literally in like 10 minutes. The gentleman that helped me was super helpful and even helped with an unrelated problem! Went there on a Saturday 45 mins before work. No wait. Got me right in. Out in 15 minutes. Under $50. Was to work on time. Super friendly man named Joe took care of me. He was AWESOME! HIGHLY recommend!

Outstanding! Friendly, got my appt same day and was in and out in less than 30 mins. They have a coupon that made it a great deal too. This will be my future go-to for smog, and possibly other repairs.

Quick and professional. And they were kind to tell me that my car was going to fail due to a torn hose which they told me is typically covered under warranty. Sure enough it was, and I got it fixed and came back another day and passed the smog check.

Quick and easy. Open Saturday. Check out their online coupon to save a few bucks.Small little shop in the middle of the block on Date Palm with a vacant lot next door. Small office space and 2 or 3 workshop bays. But very efficient and quick - total time maybe 20 minutes? Under 40-bucks total.I'll be back..!

Fast, efficient service with competitive pricing (I did use an online coupon). They were very health conscience, requiring masks for both customers and employees, and not entering your automobile to move it etc. You were asked to position the car just inside the garage and then move it when they were finished I appreciate their safety during this time of COVID. Great customer service.

Absolutely the BEST experience I've ever had getting my car smogged! Mr. Ayub, the technician who did my test, was very friendly and very helpful! I was in and out in about 15 minutes! If there were a 6th star I could have given Jason, I would give it.Super polite, informative, easy going and honest as all get out.They got in there and found out there was a tear around the edge of the old rubber air intake (mind you my car is a 2003) so all that flexing to replace air filters and vibrations made it split where the oversized hose clamp connected it to the engine.Can you imagine with all the dust storms lately if that would have gone unrepaired much longer the damage it could have caused. They refused any more for the diagnostic and told me Amazon had a good price and other customers had told them the whole manifold was on about $25.00 so not to panic and just bring it back when I get it fixed.I do my own work when I can so one day later Amazon delivered it for about $27.00 and I installed it along with a new air filter.DON'T get clever and clean the batter terminals while you are in there!I thought as long as I was in there, and the terminals right next to the air filter, I would make sure the system was getting full battery power...so it took off the terminals and cleaned them all nice and spiffy. (Turns out this re-sets your cars computer)So I proudly return with the new air manifold installed, and shinny terminals the day after. The poor guy goes out and wastes more of his time trying to finish my smog test, comes back in and says "you didn't disconnect the battery for any reason did you?". Well of course I did and he lets me know it usually takes around 100 or so miles of driving to get the computer to store all it's system tests so their computer and talk to it and show all systems are working right.I was down to the wire with the DMV for renewal without penalty charges. He let me know I can still go to the DMV or AAA and pay the registration and not be late while I am waiting to get the miles back on the computer and not have to go out wasting gas money trying to bump the millage up. Which I did that day.I finally got the mileage up to 200 so I felt confident not to waist any more of their time. It breezed through no problem!I felt so guilty that I had printed out the extra discount on their website. I come from the service field and time is money. They went WAY beyond with information, and working with me to get this taken care of at the very least amount of expense as possible. I am a senior on fixed income and it was so appreciated!You owe it to yourself and your care to give this shop your business. It is clean and well air conditioned inside and they know their stuff! And treat you like family.Service: Smog certification

The best place to go for smog test in Cathedral City. Very professional and fast. Father and son team up to make getting a smog test flawless.Highly recommend.

Great fast service. I take all my cars here and they have me in and out in no time. Usually no wait. Unfortunately they do still charge you even if your car doesn t pass but aside from that everything is great. Make sure to show them the online coupon and it will save you some cash.

Small, a bit scruffy, and 100% professional. Both gentlemen who served me were notably polite and friendly. In and out in about 20 minutes on a Saturday morning at 8:30am. Seamless and simple. Give these guys a try.

I've been going here for years. They're always able to fit me in and take care of me. It's a family business and that's what I like. They're able to get you on and out really quick. I'll never go anywhere else as long as they're around.

Hands down the best Smog Check station in The Valley!I started coming to this place as a reference from a friend that swore to me that the Smog Check price was under $50... at first, I was hesitant to believe them but the moment I called and was treated with the most professional and courteous over the phone conversation, I was sold... and was pleasantly surprised that the Smog Check was in-fact less than $50.Every single time I have to come in, I am usually in and out within 15 minutes. Walk-in or appointment... you will not be turned away. I send all my friends and colleagues here and happy to hear their positive experiences. I been coming here and referencing people for about 5 years and plan to come back every single time I need a check.Highly recommend.
