We walked in looking to trade in our used 16 year old Highlander and purchase a smaller gas friendly vehicle for our 18 year old son. Upon entering the dealer, we were greeted and helped by Morris De Leon. He asked us what we were looking for and guided us to the inventory at the dealer. There was quite a selection of new and used vehicles. Morris showed us all of the inventory available (new and used) and we were able to narrow our selection to two used vehicles. With Morris's help we test drove and compared which of the two vehicles would work of us. We decided to choose a 2021 Toyota Corolla. After some back and forth during the negotiation process, we were able to reach an agreement that satisfied our budget. A fair trade in value and fair finance option was given so we agreed. Throughout the whole process Morris De Leon explained and assisted us so that we made a deal we were comfortable with. We did not feel pressured. We were able to purchase and take home the vehicle and trade in our old vehicle that same day. The great service from our salesman Morris De Leon was a very big factor in making our experience great.

From my first phone call inquiring about the availability of a vehicle to the time that I drove my vehicle off the lot, my experience with the staff at Toyota of the Desert was nothing but positive. There was great communication throughout and no pressure from those I worked with.Everything was ready when I arrived to sign final paperwork and was greeted courteously when I did.I highly recommend Toyota of the Desert as an auto dealership for their communication, courtesy, and no pressure environment.

I inquired about a vehicle they had and within minutes they called me and gave me information about it. Unfortunately at that time I wasn't wanting to go into their dealership to look at the vehicles. Within a couple days Ana called me and convinced us to go in and see the vehicle up close! Boy was she correct that the Prius is smaller than their previous models. We started looking at other vehicles they had on the lot and we definitely had an eye on one we liked. Ana was very nice and knowledgeable about each vehicle we saw. Ana made the whole paper work process easy. At the end we left with a hybrid vehicle which suited well for our family. We are very content with our purchase. Thank you Ana for your help. We really wouldn't have purchased a vehicle if it was for you.If you looking to purchase a vehicle I highly recommend Ana Oseguera.

I have a vacation place in the desert. As I was tired of renting a car every time I came down, I decided to purchase one. I wanted a Toyota Camry as they have a reputation for reliability. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Drew Linfield. He was extremely helpful and showed me many cars that fit the description of what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking for and never applied any pressure or "hard sell" technique. I was able to forge a deal with Drew, and his supervisor, Anthony. Throughout the process, both gentlemen were very patient and explained thoroughly all of their terms. Quite simply, both Drew and Anthony were a pleasure to do business with. Additionally, Oscar, in finance, was similarly pleasant and good to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending Toyota of the Desert to friends and family.Mike Mazon

Best place to take my Camry! The sales manager Robert Dumas always goes above and beyond to make sure my Camry is always taken care of. I ve been driving this Camry I bought from them for 4 years and it still rides perfect as if I just got it. Shout out to all the workers there always working hard, especially Ivan, Raul, and Jonathan up in the front. Thanks guys!!!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional sales experience I had at Toyota of the Desert, particularly with Drew and Anthony Caridi. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. What stood out the most was the lack of pressure during the entire process. Drew took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the available options without any hint of pushiness.Furthermore, I greatly appreciate Anthony Caridi efforts in securing an acceptable interest rate for my purchase. It's evident that they prioritize the satisfaction and financial well-being of their customers.Overall, my experience at Toyota of the Desert exceeded my expectations, thanks to Drew and Anthony's exemplary customer service. I will certainly recommend your dealership to friends and family in the future.Thank you once again for making my car-buying journey a pleasant one. Please extend my gratitude to Drew and Anthony for their outstanding assistance.

Recently had my oil changed and my brakes replaced. They overtorqued the oil filter so much that I had to get the housing replaced on my next oil change. Also, the brakes squeak louder than a freight train. Additionally, they always claim my air filters are dirty even after just changing them out myself. The dealer used to provide quality service. That's no longer the case.

I dropped off my 4Runner this morning. The service was not great. I was the a second person to arrive. Unfortunately the two people working attended to other people first, even after I asked. What should have taken 10 minutes did not. Hopefully the service is better than the check in.

I went in to buy an SUV and ended up buying a Crown Platinum, which we love. Our sales person, Geronimo Carpio, was super helpful and a pleasure to work with, even after we bought. Nate Boule in finance made a huge positive impact as well. Great advice. I'm buying my next car/truck from them.

The finance manager, Anthony, was horrible. He might be the worst finance manager I have ever encountered. He informed us that we weren t worth a phone call to his general manager unless we agreed on a specific deal. When we left, I informed him that we would have made the deal if he would have been nicer. WE WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR. He informed me that he didn t believe me and I needed to think about him wasting his time. His arrogance, unprofessionalism, and lack of customer service costs the sales rep a sale. I am certain Anthony treats others this way. Unacceptable.

If you want your time wasted while trying to buy a new or used Toyota, this is the place. We called yesterday and asked to test drive a particular hybrid car and were told we could come in today at a specific time and drive one. We arrived and waited for a salesperson (not the guy who said he'd meet us there) who then showed us models we were not interested in. It was only after looking at cars without the features we wanted that we found out that they don't have any of the hybrids in this model. I'd heard that Toyota of the Desert was not good to deal with and it was confirmed. They'll waste your time. So rude.

This place just did me dirty yesterday. I had a noon appointment to checkout a Corolla se. I text the guy to tell him I was running late and that I would be there by 2pm cause I was coming from Hesperia. When I showed up right before 2pm. I show up to him pawning me off on another salesman and selling the car to someone else. The salesman coulda gave me a heads up saying it was pending sale and I coulda saved myself the trip and just turned around. Lesson learned though about driving outta the way for a deal .

10 years ago, the sales team stood firm and refused to negotiate. I've got a nice car elsewhere.10 years later, another sales team refused to barge. Thats a blessing in disgust(sp). I've got a better and cheaper deal... elsewhere again.Lessons learned. Don't give in/up. I have the upper hand/money.So are you.... There is a better car for you out there. It will serve me as a reminder in 10 years.

I saw a Jeep I wanted online and made an appointment to view the vehicle the following day. I arrived early and checked out the Jeep I was interested in purchasing. I was greeted and took the vehicle for a test ride. I decided at that moment I wanted the vehicle. I began the paperwork and the entire process time was 2.5 hours including test drive. I was impressed with the process and friendliness of the dealership. This vehicle was highly sought after and multiple people had made appointments to see it. My recommendation is this: make your appointment but if you see a vehicle that is in high demand, arrive at the time the dealership opens for business. Just because you have an appointment doesn't guarantee the dealership holding that vehicle for you. Early bird gets the worm and in my case a great Jeep.

Terrible service. Worst Toyota I have ever been to. Appointment only for whatever reason and still ended up sitting there for 4 hours for an oil change. Walk-ins at every location in San Diego would have been hours quicker. They were asking me things about my vehicle that could easily be looked up on my file. These service clowns have no idea what they are doing. Stay away.

The auto service in takers were look through a wagon filled with Girl Scout cookies and proceeded to take the order forms behind their desk, choosing which cookies they wanted to buy from the order form. Upon my arrival at Toyota of the Desert, I stood inside waiting for ten minutes with no Hello, or Welcome from the two Service center desk workers. (The two guys were finishing up with a customer) After several minutes the man on my right said, "be with you in a minute". Once finished with those two customers, they came around to the front of the desk looking through the wagon of Girl Scout cookies, and returned behind the desk filling out the order forms, I asked, "should I come back another day"? speaking at me with a aggressive tone, the man on the left, said, "no, I said one minute."Made it very clear that he would not be assisting me until he and the other man completed the form for the girl scout cookies. For many years, I have had my car serviced at this dealership and always have had a fantastic experience with the service repair center. Never failed in the past for someone to be at side at my car door when I arrived taking information needed for check in. This is obviously changed for the worst at Toyota of the Desert possibly because of bad management or just rude and uncaring service workers.I took photos of the workers rummaging through the girl Scout cookie filled wagon, as well as the service guys behind the counter, is leaned over the desk to fill to fill out their cookie order forms. I'd include their names in this review however, they were not wearing name tags..,of course, not. I did tell the one man that I had photos of it and then I would make a complaint he replied, "go ahead." I left the dealership service center without my appointment and car serving completed.

I had a wonderful experience with Christian at Toyota of the Desert! He really listened to what I was looking for in a family SUV and took the time to keep me updated on their inventory in the duration of my vehicle purchase. I ended up finding a vehicle elsewhere (also a toyota this market is tough!), but I am so appreciative of the service that Christian provided. He really listened to what I was looking for and kept me updated as they received new inventory. The only reason I went elsewhere was due to the fact that my vehicle was no longer running and I needed something quick!

I came to the lot on the day after Christmas 12/26/2023 as it opened. I told the sales person ( really nice guy) I was interested in the used Tacoma 4x4 double cabs. I saw them online and told him I was buying it today, if the price is right. If not, I would go elsewhere. I was a check/cash in hand buyer (no financing). After test driving two, I narrowed it down specifically to the Toyota Tacoma 4WD SR5 Double Cab 4WD, Stock: 248786A; VIN: 3TMCZ5AN1MM448115. It was listed at $33,600.00, with 43k miles. My first offer was 5k off the sticker price. After two rounds of offers under 30k, each time, they came back with a breakdown of the FULL price with taxes and fees. It would cost 38k out the door.We were at a standstill. Suddenly, an older grey goatee and hair (must have been the general manager), came out and began to explain why he cannot go below 30k. Stating based on the internet search of similar Tacomas, it is competitively priced and remained firm at the list price of $33,600.00.I told him, I would like the sticker price to be 30k and no more, excluding taxes and fees. I felt that was reasonable and fair. I told him, he should consider that it's a 2021, will continue to depreciate and he needs the lot space for the 2024 inventory. He disagreed and told me I was wrong and began to lecture me about the car business. Keep in mind I had been there for two hours. I said, I don't want to pay more than 30k on the sticker price. I then asked if he would give any reasonable counter. He refused. At that point, I got up, we shook hands, exchanged good byes and he let me walk away.So....I was at 30k and he was at 33,600.00 and he couldn't meet in the middle??!?!? What a great salesman. Really can close the deal. Screwed your sales person out of a commission too, but who cares... go ahead and hold on to that 2021. It's still there, depreciating as I speak.I went across the street and bought a Lexus SUV. List price was less than 34k. I asked if I can pay 30k total out the door on my first offer and it was approved. Dealerships generally like to get rid of their older used cars. Its good business all around. Next time I have $30-50k to blow on a vehicle, probably won't be at Toyota of the Desert.Could've had a repeat customer. Now you get this review. And that old manager, what an out of touch crank. I'm sure he's well liked by his fellow employees. Some people need to retire.I wouldn't have wrote this, but I was contacted by someone from the dealership on Saturday, 12/30/2023. They asked if I was still interested in the Tacoma!!!???!?!? What a joke. I told them I was buying that day. Why didn't you give me any reasonable counter? I was ready to buy. Shame on you.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was impressed by how quickly and seamless the team of Victor / Natalie in sales and Steve in finance were able to make this sale happen. I began searching while I was still in Park City Utah via their website and found the vehicle I was interested in. I spoke with Victor and Natale on the phone the day before I flew back to Palm Springs landed in Palm Springs on a Friday afternoon around 5 PM and drove the car off the lot that evening around 8 PM. Thanks for everything.

Disappointed, I was looking for a used Toyota highlander, Santini insisted there were lots of cars on the lot in my price range which I told him was a firm "out the door price" i drove out there only to finde there was nothing in my price range. I dont appreciate having my time and fule wasted.on the other hand Gerry the salesman was very polite and apologized for there being nothing for me there and got authorization to put $20 of fule in my car.

Let me just start off by saying how I really do not enjoy going into a ANY kind of dealership. I had a 2015 Toyota Prius. I decided to bring it in because I wanted to see what kind of deal they had. I honestly went in there not even thinking I was going to buy another car. I did however have my eye on the Red 2017 plug-in Toyota Prius Prime- Premium ( which is the mid model) once I was looking around the lot. Sean Cunningham approached us while we were looking at cars and I thought to myself "oh here we go". It's not any strike against him. I'm just not really big on sales people. His approach was awesome. He was talking to me like a bro instead of those car people that linger over you.I will have to say that Sean Cunningham ( our salesman ) who sold us this car and also the finance manager that helped us with our back and forth sales figures, really were AWESOME. I admit I was quite standoffish mainly because I'm really not fan of this entire process. After ALOT back-and-forth between whether I should get the Prius prime or the regular Prius, I finally decided on getting the The Red 2017 Plug-In Prius Prime. I am so glad that I decided to pay a little extra to get the car that I really wanted. This car is absolutely insane ( in a good way) The plush leather interior, The 11.5 inch monster display. The fact that it has amazing gas mileage is a huge asset for me because I drive a lot. 25 miles on a single charge on EV mode (without touching the gasoline) once the PLUG IN battery is depleted, the gas/electric engine kicks in. 58 MPG I'm getting on Hybrid mode.It has an AC button on the keyless key module that you press and hold it. It starts the AC up ( not the circulating fans) The AC before you get in the car?? Whaaaat?? How AWSOME!! And so needed since we live in the desert.I really appreciate their patience with my indecisiveness. They made the sale go really smooth. I was quite nervous and they just help me through every step of the way. I drove this bad boy off the lot, and haven't looked back. Thank you Toyota of the Desert! David Gregory and Alan McMahonPS. Take my advice! If you are thinking about getting another car, time to hit Toyota of the Desert.
