I just purchased a new Lexus here in the desert. The sales manager Greg and sales person Tony were fantastic! I appreciate their effort to make this a great experience in a timely fashion! Thanks to everyone involved!

Do not overpay! Shop around; as far as my research goes there are no laws preventing dealerships from charging any price someone is willing to pay. I purchased a $52,000+ vehichle from Lexus of Cerritos - with downpayment the car was $600.00 a month. Shottenkirk sales manager insisted same car and same terms would be $1000.00 a month. Stating that the other dealerships offering those terms are just trying to get you into their showroom and the price will not panout. Wrong, driving the car I wanted at a fair and honest price for my goal of $600.00 a month. This would have been a $12,000+ mistake. Please go outside the valley; or at least do your research no one is going to protect your interests - you have to be the one to do so.

I am an out-of-state buyer and completed the sales process of a used SC 430 online. What a great and easy process with Sean Marchese the sales manager. I obviously had to trust the dealership and the sales team because I only saw photos of the car. Sean was easy to deal with, promised me the car was clean and in great condition. We easily worked out a fair price, Sean recommended a shipping company and told me every car gets hand waxed before it leaves the dealership. The SC arrived in my driveway in great condition, hand waxed AND with a full tank of gas. I would highly recommend Sean and the Shottenkirk sales team for your next car purchase.

Poor communication, never followed up to alert me when ready as they were too busy doing paperwork , tried to over charge by $200 until I caught it, and didn t complete the job after showing up twice to pick up my car after they eventually called to tell me it was ready. This Lexus has a lot to do to improve. I have had three Lexus and this is the first time at Lexus Shottenkirk and this will be my last time going to this service department. Do your homework before thinking about using this location unless they really clean up their act and you are willing to take the leap.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

The worst auto dealership experience ever, the whole team, a sale rep and managers flat out lied about my co-signer's credit report to give us the highest rate possible. I stil haven't gotten back my deposit of $10,000 after my purchase cancelation which was 20th of Oct, 2022

The first time I went in person great service.The second time I called due to my car was in need f some bodywork. The service rep. Was very short with me as if he didn't have the time to speak to me. He gave me the info I needed but he just sounded put out.

I took my car in for an oil change and to have all fluids checked, Josh d'adviser did a great job ,he even explained to me all the work that had been done before I bought it.Thanks again Josh and the mechanic !!!!!!
