Used to go here not sure what happened to there honesty...because I haven't been getting it...Chuys auto repair treated me better down the street with honesty and details of the repair. Truth be told

Great place and friendly staff. They are also part of the Technet program which offers you a nationwide warranty. I ll never go anywhere besides a Technet shop.

I had a air conditioning late they tried to fix it but it didn't work but then I went back and they put in some new hoses and now it's working I also had them fix a purge valve recommended for sure

Great place for basic mechanic work. Baruc is very capable and knowledgeable with my American (GM) Saturn and have replaced brakes, oil changes and recently diagnosed an AC problem that cost hundreds less than a dealer and needed no where near the array of parts the dealer wanted to replace. I have been coming here for a year now and will continue to go to this honest mechanic.

On January 20th we visited this place to ask if they were able to align the front end on my Jeep . We asked for service and waited 45-55 minutes watching multiple customers drive up and get service immediately while we continued to wait . Finally there mechanic came over and looked at my Jeep then asked to drive to see what it does. Not knowing that he had (covid) I let him drive my vehicle to get an answer on if they could align it or not ( If so I would run right down the street to Charlie's tires real quik to put brand new tires on the Jeep before they aligned it upon coming back and letting them know we were there to get the front end aligned we sat and waited almost another hour watching multiple customers pull up and get services while we continued to wait eventually we left after watching them help customer after customer while we wait . That same day we became very sick and tested positive for covid . Keep in mind at the tire store I drove my vehicle and out of there shop. So only person to drive my vehicle that day was the Rolax mechanic. Steer clear of this place there customer service is absolutely horrible

Had my daughters car worked on here took over a month for the first transmission had it a week transmission blew out again took it back had it another month said they replaced the flywheel because it was the issue so spent $1300+ to have the repair done took it back due to front right wheel loose and moving in and out (not normal) owner did not want to come out for me to show him what the issue was they said it was the breaks and no it s not the rotors and breaks took it to another shop and they agreed it s not the breaks it s something they didn t tighten and that is what it went back in for. Had to get the cathedral city police involved so I could retain my daughters car back . The owner is very disrespectful and un honest I would never recommend this shop to anyone if I was not injured and able to do the work I would have because I am a mechanic myself I would refer you to go somewhere else this guy is a scam and the work is very poor . I have a video of the wheel being looked at by another shop saying it is wrong and they left something loose and they will take care of the issue for me so do not use this shop unless you want to be taken advantage of also I will be reaching out to the California bureau of automotive repair to have them look into this shop and how the cheat customers out of money

WAY TOOO OVER PRICED! GOOD SERVICES.I PERSONALLY LIKE CHUCK'S AUTO!!! I GET ALL MY MECHANICAL NEEDS DONE BY OSCAR! HE'S A VERY HONEST&FRIENDLY TOP NOTCH MECHANIC!!! VERY THOROUGH&PROFESSIONAL!!! OSCAR'S AWESOME WITH HIS PRICES,ABSOLUTELY NOT LIKE ALL OTHER SHOPS THAT TEND TO CHARGE WAY TOOO MUCH!!! I WENT IN FOR CAMBER KIT INSTALLATION&ALIGNMENT!,TOTAL OUT THE DOOR HE CHARGED ME $170.! I'VE GOTTEN 5 OTHER QUOTES FROM NEARBY SHOPS THAT WANTED $200+ JUST TO INSTALL CAMBER KIT&ANOTHER $180+FOR ALIGNMENT!!! WHAT A RIPOFF!!! I TRULY TRUST OSCAR! HIS SHOP IS IN BACK SECTION OF CHUCK'S AUTOMOTIVE IN CATHEDRAL CITY OFF RAMON RD. 3 BLOCKS EAST OF DATE PALM.

Great service and clean waiting area and restrooms service is great definitely recommend I took my car to get the rotors and brakes done and I came out there really happy my car running like brand-new back in the road yeah safe

no le recomiendo a nadie fui por una alineacion me alineo el toe pero no el camber aun asi a sido la alineacion mas cara que jamas eh pagado 190.00 dlls por media alineacion desde que se retiro rolax no hacen mas que robar con precios y trabajo no son honestos entre la hija de rolax y el yerno quieren hacerce ricos muy pronto lo que no se dan cuenta es que estan perdiendo la clientela que rolax les dejo no le recomiendo a nadie este lugarService: Wheel alignment
