Look forward to a rude check in experience, a lot of skepticism and a loooong wait. I waited for exactly nothing to happen to my car! The person who could solve the problem wasn t there, despite the service center knowing the issue and setting the appointment time.Buy a car here, sure. Take it anywhere else for service. Honestly, they d be thrilled. It seems they d prefer no one ever.

Service staff is friendly, except for one of them, but maybe I caught her on an off day. Can take my car in and know I'll be out within a reasonable timeframe.

The sales person Jacob was really good, we didn't feel pressured to buy a car and were given real life comparisons to similar vehicles from other auto makers. Great place to buy a car. Above all the honesty from him was what set the tone.

Great experience with Walter at PS Subaru. For buying a car, we got in and out fairly quick, and no shady sales techniques were used. Straightforward, courteous professionals.

friendly service-took longer to fix the car. would have given 5 stars, if it didnt take 2.5 hours, not the 45 mins they state. their show room was super clean. offered coffee and bottled water. they really try here to please you. offer excellent service.

I went to test drive a Subaru, (they had an ad stating you would receive a $35 Visa card just for test driving). The salesman was not very friendly, would not work with me on getting a car, so did not buy from them. I also have not received my Visa card for test driving, which has been almost a month. UPDATE: I spoke to the General Manager of Subaru, he told me the salesman I had is no longer there, plus he apologized, and sent me my Visa card. I changed my rating to 4 stars from 3. Very nice GM, Larry. Thanks Subaru, wish I had a different salesman, I would be driving a Subaru today!! Lol.

We came down from Reno to see the professional tennis tournament...we went to start our Subaru Forester...it was dead...had the tow truck jump start the battery...this was 8pm on Tuesday...Wednesday we took the car to the Subaru Dealership...they jump right on...figured it was the battery..replaced under warranty...even wash our very dirty car.. took an hour to do this...away we go..back to the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament...Thank you....Mary and Sam

No matter how much the Diller is, the mechanics there are of no use, I took my car for a code PO 303 AND THEY TELL ME THAT THE ENGINE IS NO WORK, I TOOK IT TO A NORMAL WORKSHOP AND THEY FIX IT AND ALSO THEY LEFT A THREADED SPARK PLUG IN REALITY THEY DO NOT DESERVE A STAR BUT THEY CHARGED ME 150 DOLLARS AND THEY COULD NOT FIX IT.Por mas que sea el diller los mecanicos de ahi no sirven llevo mi carro por un codigo PO 303 Y ME SALEN QUE EL MOTOR NO SIRVE LO LLEVO A UN TALLER NORMAL Y LO AREGLAN Y ADEMAS DEJARON UNA BUJIA TRASROSCADA EN REALIDAD NI UNA ESTRELLA SE MERECEN PERO ESO SI 150 DOLLARES ME COBRARON Y NO LO PUDIERON ARREGLAR.
