Had a great experience. Went in needing a new car and drove out in a new Subaru! We were in an accident and my prior car was totaled, I really appreciated the focus on safety of the Subaru and the attention Ed paid to making sure that we knew all of the safety features and could feel confident and comfortable driving with our children in the car.Very grateful that it was quick and easy to get everything set up! Thank you!

Great service! My car suddenly wouldn t start, and the day I brought it in, they weren t able to guarantee they could fix it right away due to how busy they were. However, they were awesome and diagnosed it as a battery issue a few hours after I dropped it off, and I was able to get my car back the very next day! Thanks guys, I will definitely be back.

I feel well taken care of at the Palm Springs Subaru location. I had a very subtle rattle / vibration in my break and they were able to take care of it. They have three separate waiting areas, with coffee water and often snacks provided. My oil changes and servicing are usually done under 90 minutes.

From the moment I walked onto the Palm Springs Subaru lot Gilbert stepped up to give me his total attention. I test drove at multiple lots, but this felt different. Gilbert s extensive knowledge of every vehicle I asked about was impressive. There was never a point of a high pressure salesman. He made every step of the buying process effortless. Kymberly in finance answered every question I could think of, and made the buying process stress free. I can t tell you how happy I am with my purchase! Palm Springs Subaru will get all of my future business!

I brought my car in for another regular service and (like every time before) it was a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is clean and well stocked with snacks and drinks (hot & cold), and it is a comfortable place to wait while they work on my car. The evaluation they gave me after the service was completed let me know what to expect in the coming months for my car's next service milestone.

After a very negative experience with a different Subaru dealer in the area coming hear was like a weight off my shoulders. Knowing that my issues were resolved and made a priority was comforting. Went in to ask a question about an unusual sound coming from the car. They were able to get us right in for a diagnosis and then repair. They took care to listen and provide options. When it was clear the technician would not be able to finish the work that day, we were given a loaner. The repair was completed early the next morning. Alyssa was able to give us a coupon that saved us some money which was fantastic!

We've had our Subaru Outback in at Palm Springs Subaru several times for maintenance and small repairs. The dealership operates with a strong customer service policyThe staff treats us very well with great communication, a very pleasant waiting area, and expedited service. We're very pleased with the quality of service and the attention to customers. I give Palm Springs Subaru 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

We are on our second Subaru Outback. We always turn to our salesman John! He is the best! Our service experience last week was outstanding. Juan was our service advisor and he kept us in the loop as the mechanics were checking our car! The waiting area is spacious and comfy! Thank you, Palm Springs Subaru!!

I had taken a road trip to Palm Springs and needed an oil change and inspection on my car. Juan Diaz was the advisor that helped me and he was very helpful, communicative, efficient and even made sure my car also got washed very well! It looked and ran like a new car when I picked it up! I felt confident about their services and I will for sure use this dealership and advisor whenever I am in Palm Springs!

When we experienced a sudden oil leak, Subaru of Palm Springs got us in that day. Their loaner car saved the day, as we had out-of-town company. They prove themselves to be trustworthy, competent, reasonably priced, and personal. We were very impressed. Special kudos to Sarah and Jane.

I ve had work done here many times over the years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and from small repairs to major ones, they ve done excellent work every time.No matter what service I come in for, I leave knowing more about the overall state of my vehicle. Lived in PS when I first started going, but now I m about an hour away and it s still worth it to me to make the trek.Thank you all for your help.

Went in to revise my battery that kept leaving me stranded, but was due for service.So in a very timely way they did a check on all my car have several things I need to do (4tires included)and will do those in stages.Very well explained what was more urgent, they were fast and knowledgeable.My battery was still under warranty so that got changed together with an oil change !!That s what I call excellent service

I went here for regular routine service on my car. Oil change + tire rotation and the multi-point inspection took about 1.5 hours on a busy holiday morning. I appreciated how the staff kept me up to date with the status of my car, and gave me a call when everything was ready. At this location, you pull up and get out of your car to check in for service. At other Subaru service places they come outside and meet you when you pull up to do your odometer reading and initial inspection.

Great experience buying my very first Subaru at Palm Springs Subaru. John Jackson, my salesperson, was the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly with me. He never once made me feel pressured, thus making the experience as stress free as possible. Financing was fast and I got a good price with a great interest rate for my beautiful Outback Touring XT. Highly recommend Palm Springs Subaru and John Jackson.

Very pleasant experience. Amazed at how hi-tech they are. Got notified my car was ready, by text while in the waiting room. Pulled up the invoice and paid before walking up to the desk and getting my fob to a nice clean Outback.

We just bought our first Subaru--a 2024 Outback--at Palm Springs Subaru and had a fantastic experience. We did our research and knew what we wanted, and from the first email to the final handshake, Ed, our Sales Consultant, was just the best. He walked us through every step, answered all our questions, and was warm and kind in all his communications. We got a great price for the car, were introduced to the service team, and felt like we are part of the Subaru family now. Thanks Ed, Juan, and Palm Springs Subaru for making this such a wonderful experience. We can't wait for all the adventures that lie ahead in our new Subi, and we are excited to partner with you to keep him in top shape through all of them.

Palm Springs Subaru has amazing customer service. Ed was helpful and friendly. This is our first Subaru and we were impressed with the quality, safety and affordability of the vehicle. We spent all day in Palm Springs looking at SUVs and visited almost all the dealerships in the area and the Subaru dealership and their staff were by far the best!

Buy your Subaru here! A conscientious honest bunch of people who listen actually listen to what it is that you want and do their best to give you exactly that. Buying a car is usually a hideous experience but this time it just was as smooth as glass. I want to thank the people at the dealership for their attention to detail and quick turnaround time.

Working with subaru palm springs has been so easy and so hassle free. I worked with John to get my WRX and at no point in time did i feel pressured in any way, nor did i feel like i was being upsold. I knew what i wanted and John made it happen.The service department is amazing. Ive had to visit the service department twice nothing to do with the vehicle engine or anything along those lines got unlucky and punctured a couple of tires- but the point being THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS AMAZING. I ve never spent longer than about an hour. They re fast, friendly and like the sales staff- they communicate so well.When my spouse is ready to move into a new vehicle - it ll be a 2nd subaru we ll be parking in the garage.

Great Dealership! John Jackson and Ed Mulnick were great to talk too and they don t pressure you into buying a car. They operate with honesty and integrity and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking into purchasing a Subaru!

I typically refrain from leaving reviews, but my recent encounter was extremely disappointing. The salesperson seemed more concerned about my financial capability rather than genuinely assisting me in purchasing a car. Moreover, they resorted to speaking negatively about other brands, which I found unprofessional. Perhaps my attire or the timing of my visit during lunch influenced their behavior. Overall, I didn't feel any inclination from them to actually sell me a car.
