Was having an issue with my nissan armada, I spoke with Justin who got me in the same day. Even though they couldnt duplicate the problem they still replaced the part for me due to my late term pregnancy and living in twnetynine palms. They listened and really did their best to make car reliable once again.Thank you guys!

This is my second review because I had to. These guys are great, I deal mainly with Shaun, Justin and Edgar and they NEVER EVER have let me down. Text up dates, accommodating my schedule, rides back to my office, and ALWAYS on the UP and UP with me about my cars' needs (have three Nissans and bought them all here as well). It's been a while since I bought these cars so I can't say anything about the sales dept since I dont have any recent experience but the service dept ROCKS. You should go there for service and maybe just buy a car to service here, I wish I could given them 7 stars instead of five.

They cannot fix my 2-year old Kicks. Had two transmission changes, and took the car in 6 times because of a faulty collision sensor which makes the car stop withoutany warning. They are reluctant to provide you with a rental car and will not mind if you wait over an hour to get you one, when the right person can make it happen in 5 minutes. This was the third time I was told they don't have a rental until I spoke with the manager. Noticable drop in gasoline level after repairs suggested about 60 miles of driving, yet the paperwork says 5 minutes of test drive. Spent the past two months worrying sick of driving this car and they cannot fix it, will not buy it back, nor will they consider to exchange it. Very disappointed in this particular service station.

The staff is awesome, they helped me get a new car after my accident back in 2019. Now it was time for the lease on that car to be over, and Hector Medina the salesman put me in a new 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport! So very happy .

Ugh! Vehicle needed a part, had to go through too much red tape to pay for the part on the phone. Went to another dealer, got the part without all the red tape for paperwork .

Buying a car from Palm Springs Nissan has never been so easy and I thank Eduardo Murillo for that. He was so professional and very knowledgeable on the car we bought. He left a really good impression on me. I m definitely going to pass on his contact info to my friends and family so they visit Eduardo and the Palm Springs Nissan staff. Such a great a experience overall.

I met Maxwell Asika who was very patient with me and my husband. He explained a lot to us even while we changed our minds and asked several questions. He took our concerns seriously and did what he could to give us a good deal. I left feeling very comfortable with the purchase.

Very bad service.Service Advisor Justin really needs to look at corporate to get some training on how to take care of customers.Had me running all over the place and honestly it turned out that the shoddy work that they did was the cause of it all.I'm not used to receiving bad service from a dealership. I appreciate when people are straight shooters. I would never again visit this location.Definitely, will not recommend anyone to work with Justin.The work that I was charged $900 plus two more estimates of $5k and $600. But it turn out to be a $600 total. How do I get from 6k plus to just a $600 fix???...Once again Justin Service Advisor. That shouldn't even be his title.Over tightened Broken spark plugs were the problem.

a service that should have been only 4 hrs. with dia. and replace of part. is still ongoing 6 hr. later. I think the technician should not get distracted. other people were waiting shorter times but were not happy with the service.
