I finally found the Z I wanted online, but it was over 130 miles away in Palm Springs. Nevertheless, I reached out and immediately received a call from Lewis McDonald from their online department. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and way able to answer all of my questions, which made me decide to make the drive out there to see my Z. Seth Richardson greeted me as assigned for my appointment that very Saturday (yes they held the Z for me for 5 days!) and he was so calm, informative, funny and friendly. We had a blast of a time. I feel like I was hanging out more than buying a new vehicle. Great guy. So far I was impressed. Then Seth 2 steps in (Finance). He made the process SO easy and explained my various options which in turn gave me a deal I could afford and still have my dream Z car, which I got to drive home in less than 2 hours and enjoy her for the first 130 miles. So in love with this Z. SO IN LOVE WITH ALL THE GUYS AT PALMS SPRING NISSAN. Great smart knowledgeable group of guys. I highly recommend that anyone goes there for the best car buying experience they will ever have (and I have bought a lot of cars!). Thank you again for such a wonderful experience and for bringing me my new Z!

Bad service in Sales!It's such a shame that Maxwell and I couldn't work out a deal at palm springs nissan. My main issue for my case is that I was going thru a lemon law buyback and Maxwell the sales man found out how much I was getting back thru nissan corporate and wanted all of it down for deposit on a new car. It went from maxwell asking me 4k to 5k to asking me to put 6.5k down deposit. It made no sense to me and made me frustrated.Maxwell proceded to tell me "you don't make enough income a month to purchase a nissan sentra base model". I was shocked when he kept creating excuses on why I need to drop 6.5k down for deposit, so I walked away.When i walked away I then stepped next door to "Honda of the Desert" and they were more than happy to help me out in under one hr literally no playing games no egotistical sales man and gladly accepted my 2k down deposit. And I made enough income a month to finance me a Hrv sport edition but I couldn't get a sentra base model. I'm so happy they denied me cause I'm now a happy owner of a HR-V sport 24.Don't get me wrong they get have excellent repair maintenance service but when it comes up to sales. Do not do buisness with Maxwell.

Great car buying experience. MAXWELL, our sales person, was fantastic and went out of his way to make the process smooth. He took his time with us and made sure we knew about all the features of our new car. SETH in financing was very personable and made the paperwork process easy and worry free. Today I drove into the service department to see if i could get my back wiper replaced. I was greeted by friendly staff. Tim took the time to look up the part i needed and also noticed i had an oil change appointment for next week. He had the part in stock and i was able to come back this afternoon to get my wiper mechanism replaced and my oil changed at the same time! I was happy he suggested that. The time it took was exactly what Tim told me. I was able to enjoy a good cup of coffee while I was waiting. A great experience (as always) at my Nissan dealer!

Staff were courteous and timely. The technician, Shaun, handling my work order was very nice and professional. The text message system they use not only keeps you updated on the progress of the work being done, but also notifies you of any recommendations to consider. A very helpful tool!The location has a very comfortable waiting area with amenities such as clean restrooms, coffee bar, complimentary device charging station, refrigerated water bottles and comfy seating. My vehicle was out at least 30min early. Needless to say, the whole experience was satisfactory.

Thanks Seth Richardson for getting me out of my old 2019 Nissan Altima, into a new 2023 rogue. He is very patient and understanding. He will fight for what you want. You will not be stressed buying at palm springs Nissan. I recommend Seth to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks again!

I brought my car in pleading for an honest assessment, instead I got an estimate to replace my transmission that was $2400 over the actual $4500 price. They also tried to sell me a patch service for $1400 with no guarantee it would fix the issue. I went to Torre Nissan in LaQuinta and got the same service for substantially less. I would not recommend this service department.

My car was not driving as smoothly. I called Nissan Service and spoke with Mark. He scheduled me appointment the same day I called. My car needed a new transmission. Mark explained all the issues with my car and kept in contact with me until fixed. It took 3 days and I was offered a rental car. Fortunately my car was still under warranty. The Customer Service I received was excellent. I will continue to bring my car here as this team is so professional and friendly.

I had a bad experience turned into an amazing one. Eddie Murillo did a brilliant and exemplary job in helping me go from a I ll signed lease to a purchase. I love the car, I appreciate how he went the extra mile to get me an offer & monthly payment that was reasonable especially in this market with the cost of living on the rise. I took my truck in for two recalls and was told it would be an all day job. I asked if a rental was provided since it was Nissan's defective part for which I was there in the first place and was told that one would not be provided. But was told I could pay $60 a day for one. Well, I decided against the rental which I feel should have been provided just for the inconvenience of being without my truck for the entire day due to their recall. I was happy that it was going be taken care of so I didn't push the issue. When I returned to the dealership at the end of the day I was told that my truck wouldn't be ready until the next day due to them receiving the wrong part. Well, I was very disappointed of course that the work hadn't been performed and my day was wasted due to no transportation. I needed my truck back that day not tomorrow so they had to put it back together. My service agent was nice and all but he failed at getting the job done and that's what really matters. Time is money and my time was wasted.

Hi, Everyone ***Nissan Palm Springs, is the place to go for your total car services. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Our Nissan service advisor JUSTIN did all that he could to get our car taken care of properly. Our car is now running great and he checked our car to see that my car seat needed to be fixed because the motor on the driver's side seat was bad and made aloud noise. After service I noticed that my gear shift lights work again and the back up camera is very clear. It runs more smoothly when driving and going up hills it seems to glide when before it seemed like it didn't want to change gears easily. We have a Rogue SUV and this car is very very comfortable.We were given a white Altima for a rental car and this car was very nice buy it was low to the ground and for us it was very uncomfortable and hard to get in and out of. FYI: For people buying a NEW CAR I would not recommend a low to the ground kind of car for older people like us, and people with body aches that have difficulty walking and moving around. We greatly appreciate the NISSAN EMPLOYEES and the time they spend to help their customers. They even provide coffee, tea and hot chocolate while you are waiting for your car work to be done. I am so happy and thankful for all the excellent work performed on our car by the skilled professional NISSAN workers. Please send me a reminder about renewing my extended warranty. Until we see you again take care and be BLESSED**************************

Mark Saenz provided top-notch customer care when I brought our Frontier in to have some recalled parts replaced! He was so helpful in getting me a rental car to drive in the interim, and was transparent about the additional service recommendations that were made for the truck!Anthony was listed as the technician who worked on my truck - thank you for getting everything taken care of!Everyone I spoke with was so friendly, I would definitely come back here.

I saw Eddie at Nissan Palm Springs to get a new car. I purchased the Nissan Rogue 2023 after a difficult experience at a different Dealership previously. I walked in wary of the process and Eddie was FANTASTIC throughout the entire experience. He didn't pressure me into anything, he helped me along the way, made me feel comfortable, showed me everything with my car, gave me different options for me to choose from and that is very important to me. Showing me and giving me the option rather than giving me one option and making me feel as though that was the only option I had.

Great experience! Service was hassle free and without issues. I liked the fact PS Nissan sent me an updated online service quote asking me to approve or deny additional services required after finishing their multi point inspection.

Would give negative 5 stars if I could. I was promised certain things and none of the promises were met. Timothy marsh and another service advisor named Sean were very unprofessional. The service manager Edgar offered to knock my price down because he knew he and his employees were wrong but eventually charged me full price. Worst experience at any dealership I ve ever been to. Would never recommend to go here maybe La Quinta

I asked several times about the high interest rate. I stated in the past Nissan purchases I paid 1.9% and they were telling me that the rate was 4.9% on my 2023 new Rogue. 3 days after my purchase there is there were television adds promoting 1.9% interest. This is the 6th new car I've purchased from Palm Springs Nissan since 2013, one of which was just six months ago. This has made me determined the next time I will shop other vehicles at dealerships and not expect any loyalty perks.

Took my truck in to get the tires rotated and oil changed. Like always, these guys are spot on. Mark is the guy to deal with! 100% honest and knowledgeable. Let me know exactly the recommendations for some services, but never pressured me into getting any of it. These guys are friendly, professional, and always reassuring that they are there to assist in anyway they can. No regrets purchasing with this dealership.

Eddie Murillo was my salesman, with whom I communicated online before the purchase and in person. As I had never leased a car before, he took his time and explained how it worked. We both reviewed information in the Nissan website. He was very cordial, friendly and obviously very knowledgeable.

My Nissan experience was excellent, very clear on what needed to be done and why. We arrived past closing time due to mix up on the hours shown online and their actual closing hours. They still allowed us to pay and get my car after closing time which was greatly appreciated.
