Very happy with my buying experience at this dealership. Steve was very helpful and even had the car washed and ready for me when I visited in person. The buying process was quick and easy.The pricing and customer service was also exceptional. I highly recommend going to Steve if you re in the market for a new car. I drove an hour to trade in my 2017 Dodge Durango for a 2020 Kia K900 VIP while on a time crunch and they had me on my way in less than an hour! Steve was very friendly and helpful, a real non-pressuring salesman with a good attitude that understood our needs. John, the finance manager, was also the best! Understanding that we needed to head out as soon as possible and catered to it by being extremely fast while explaining everything in our contract. I will be coming back and highly recommend Steve for anyone wanting the same experience!

Always an amazing experience at this Kia. From service to sales. I got my car in August of 2023. I have had no issues and even minor things such as an oil change have been done efficiently and easily. Every sales person I have dealt with has been amazing as have everyone I've dealt with in the service department.

Went to check out the Niro EV and see what the hype was about. Steve came out to talk to me about the cars on the lot. Very knowledgeable about the cars I saw, went on a test drive. Friendly, non-hostile and made car shopping much less stressful than what I m used to. Painless experience, which says a lot for the industry and the sales sharks that can be out at other dealerships.

Just leased a new Kia EV6 today from PS Kia. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING A CAR!. No games, no lying, no bait and switch. I found the car I wanted on their website, inquired if they would honor an advertised lease price on the web. They responded quickly with a yes- gave me the price I wanted - and completely honored it. Whole process when I walked in took less than 2 hours including processing my trade in, test driving the car , explaining features and answering my questions and signing paperwork. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND GREAT AND NOT PUSHY OR DECEIVING IN ANY WAY! Thank you to Freddy, Justin, Jack and Alejandro. I would buy another car here anytime, and probably will in the future. This is a real review from a real customer- I bought my car today 11/17/2023. Thanks again!

You know that if my wife and I were willing to drive all the way to Palm Springs to purchase our new vehicle, driving from Oceanside CA, the service must've been worthy! I'd like to thank Oscar who represented this dealership with outstanding customer service. After our recent total loss of our previous vehicle due to a DUI driver hitting us from the rear, we've been in need for a new vehicle. After tons of research, we chose to pursue the 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid. We visited local dealers in San Diego, like Kia in Kearny Mesa. Unfortunately our referral for a particular employee there wasn't as helpful as we had anticipated. After that discouraging interaction, we kept praying for the next call. Last Monday, I called KIA here in Palm Springs and explained our situation to Oscar, we really wanted the gray model that was FWD vs the black model available locally, because we didn't want another black colored car like our previous loss. I told him what we were approve for from our bank, and wanted to stay out the door for that price. Thank God for his manager's approval, we made the 2.5 hour drive to buy our new baby. Oscar's customer friendly customer service was well received, sincerity and honesty are important for my wife and I. I recommend KIA of Palm Springs any day versus local dealerships. Thank you again Oscar.

Jesus was simply amazing and made the entire car buying experience so easy. His superior customer service and above and beyond expertise was a breath of fresh air after visiting a few other local dealerships. I would highly recommend Kia of Palm Springs and working with Jesus and the team there to anyone looking for a car. They even delivered my car to my driveway in San Diego!

I bought a 2024 KIA Sorrento PHEV from here and it was a great experience. I worked with Juan and he was awesome. In fact, I live much closer to a different KIA dealership, but it was worth the two hour drive to be able to work him. I highly recommend this place and specifically Juan!

It was pleasant to visit this Kia place. David was very friendly and showed us exactly what we were looking for. He did listen our needs and showed cars and introduced with some new options. There was no pressure from his side to sell the car today like in other car dealerships which often pushed us too hard.Thank you for your excellent service and help. We will come back

My experience at this Kia dealership was the worst experience I've ever had when it came down to "negotiating." They did not even try to negotiate with me just because I was a first time buyer and they told me my credit score did not matter because I was a first time buyer. They even went as far as telling me that every dealership was going to tell me the same thing but they were wrong because I went to the Kia in Carlsbad and got the same car for an incredible price. There are dealerships out there that actually want to sell you a car, do not come here!

We came in to buy a car and Robert Livreri helped us out tremendously, he asked us what we were looking for and was happy to answer any questions, he was straight to the point. Jack Gibson done a great job explaining the contract and all it entailed. Palm Springs Kia is great a place to find a car thanks to the general manager Larry who went above and beyond to help us get the car we needed! My wife and I would like to say thank you to our sales man Freddy for working out such a great deal for us in such a fast and quick time to purchase this nice Forte for our daughter for her birthday. He did not waste his or our time with any sales pitches or playing games with numbers. It was quick and what we asked for. I recommend talking to Freddy if you visit KIA of Cathedral City. Awsome service. We will return for future purchases.

I am on my second KIa Soul and couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, the dealer that I purchased them from was not able to address my immediate service requirements. Palm Springs Kia not only got me in the next day, they not only addressed the immediate issue, but also corrected several issues that they found during the inspection. My thanks to Terri and the rest of the service team for their courteous and professional service. I will be looking to you for my service needs from now on.

Absolutely not. They don t know what they re doing do not service your car here if you care about it or care if you see it again. Quoted me $800 for a wastegate (optima SX) when I just needed the actuator replaced $80 part and a 40 minute job at best. Scam artists acted surprised when I told them I d be servicing my car elsewhere.

The one star is for the poor service I just received. I recently bought a car from them. It went real smooth. They were friendly. I referred a family member over who also bought a car from them. Then I referred my sister-in-law over, who was interested in a forte.. I made some phone calls for her to the dealership. We talked about some numbers. I spoke to a manager directly. I let them know that her credit score may not be that high, because she is just re establishing. They came back with a very high payment at a 20% interest rate, wow! I told them that a $599 payment for a forte was very high. That the math did not work out in my head Tony the salesman went into the managers office and had conversations with them. We went back-and-forth a little bit. Then Tony rudely said to me, the Manager wants to know what kind of Calculator I m using!! wow from my good experience to being treated extremely poorly.. I believe it s because my sister-in-law had challenge credit so they were being judgmental. I will not refer anybody else over to this dealership again.

Came here to try narrow down what models I was interested in purchasing. I worked with Glen and he was the absolute perfect sales person. Extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles I looked at. Took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle. Allowed me to test drive multiple models. Very eager to assist me with any questions I had. Management take not this guy is a rockstar employee. Very customer service focused. I would go back and buy a Kia from him. If you in the market for a Kia go to this dealership and ask for Glen. He's a great guy.

Kia has great cars and great customer service.I have been driving one for ten years, and I just bought my third car from them. The dealership in Palm Springs is very well organized and the staff provides very helpful information.Salesman, Steve Cazares, is friendly and well informed - providing excellent Kia customer care.

I just purchased my vehicle about a week ago totally in love with it and I had a wonderful experience kia in Palm Springs. From the moment I walked in told the moment I left with my the new car. My salesman was Sergio Rivera highly recommended. Very kind very nice and a very patient sales person. We stay there very late. Finishing up my paperwork and everything. Never complain once about staying there late financing the contract very patient with me the whole time he even help me install the Kia Access app in my phone to be able to set up with my car and Splane to me all about it. I highly recommend Kia. They are a great team and their sales mans are very polite especially Sergio Rivera couldn t be more happy beyond grateful for my vehicle in my experience.

Big shoutout to Freddy Flores for facilitating the most efficient, painless, and hassle-free car sale I have ever experienced in my life. I m not local to Palm Springs. Came all the way out from Orange County bc PS Kia was the only dealer in this state or neighboring ones that had the trim and color combo I wanted.Freddy and I did all the communication and negotiation by text. He immediately grasped that I knew exactly what I wanted and didn t waste my time with anything I didn t want or ask for. Freddy was prompt and responsive via text, and clear/upfront about all the numbers for the financing. When I arrived to pick up the car, he sat me down and gave the most complete rundown of how to use all the car s features, mechanical and electronic. Easily the most knowledgable car salesperson on his own product I ve dealt with. I wish they were all like Freddy.From the time I arrived to the dealer, I had keys in hand and off the lot in less than an hour. It would have been even quicker if the finance guy was available to sign me out right away.

I give 5 stars to salesman Oscar! 1 star to sales manager Hany I was deciding between a Camry and a k5. Test drove the k5 and really loved it!Oscar did an excellent job going over details and cost of the car. When it came down to negotiating a price with a payment I was comfortable with, sales manager Hany Badir was very firm with a payment of almost $800 a month. He showed ZERO interest in getting me into a new car. When I got up to leave he said, "if we can't help you, no one can." Feeling discouraged, I went across the street to the Toyota dealership and drove off with a beautiful brand new fully loaded Camry! They worked with me and my trade-in and was able to get tier 1 financing with a payment I was comfortable with! Thank you Toyota of The Desert!

Great experience here with Juan! Was going out to the outlets with my mom after Christmas and had been looking to trade in my lease since it had good value on it so figured I d see if they had what I wanted and they did! Did an internet query (I live in SD) and Juan reached out via text (preferred method which I so appreciate). Told him what I was willing to pay (did a ton of research about what a fair price would be) and to my surprise they agreed to it immediately. Drove out that day and they didn t screw us around or try to upsell us to something we didn t want. Juan was so polite, soft spoken, and helpful - highly recommend working with him!Also I was ready to take whatever they d give me for the trade in bc otherwise I d just have to turn it back in at Hyundai and would likely owe them for some scratches and such (the sales manager knew this so he low balled me, which given the lack of frustration about the new lease price I wasn t going to throw a fit about) but then the general manager came out said he appreciated us coming all the way out and didn t want to be unfair about it so he knocked $20 of the monthly!! Like what??? That never happens!!Well worth the trip! Do your research and then go here if you don t want to haggle all day.

Best Customer Service Experience!!I bought the new 2023 Kia Niro PHEV from Palm Springs Kia and it was the best experience buying a new car. The product specialist dealing with Mr. Justin Lusk was very knowledgeable and humble person. Answered all the questions promptly and was very professional all the way without any pressure or pushing for a sale. It really helped in gaining my confidence with the team and his supervisors had the same traits. Overall experience was very good and highly recommend Palm Springs Kia for your new/lease car purchase.

The dealership said that the car would be ready to take on 12/2/23. Upon arrival on that morning, the dealership said the car wasn't ready. A gentleman offered to drop off the car to me when it was ready, and with a full tank of gas.Neither one of those happened. Upon driving back to the dealership, it was at least another 20 - 30 minutes before anyone could find out whether the car could be released, and they were looking for the gentleman who made the offers of drop-off to my home and a full tank of gas. It should be noted that this gentleman himself called to say the car was ready and to come back.I live at least 20 minutes away from the dealership, so there was plenty of time to get the gas he offered to put into the car before my arrival. When the lady at the front desk asked a tech where this gentleman was, it sounded like the tech said he was "hiding". I'm not sure if that was a joke, but I didn't find it funny at all.The car was finally released despite no one finding the gentleman. It was only when we had already driven off the lot that the gentleman called my phone offering to fill the gas tank if we wanted to turn around (at this point I'm closer to my home than the dealership). During that phone call the gas tank warning light came on. My car had more than a quarter tank when the car went in for the original service.Communications between staff could use much more improvement.
