Be careful with these guys. Get a written estimate before turning your vehicle over to them. I went in for a simple install for parking sensors the owner told me it would be $450. I was quoted $150. at Best buy with my own parts but read the reviews and decided to try Luxurious, big mistake. I had my own parts. After an agonizing week of not able to contact them, he doesn't answer his phone and goes to voice mail I finally drove there (a 40 minute drive) only to discover they were closed on a Thursday morning . I go to pickup my vehicle after a job that takes 3 hours or less and get the surprise of changing the bill to $650. I was livid. Not only that they were to return the parts, only got half. It was hard for me to believe all the positive reviews. Just be careful and get everything in writing. They also damaged my vehicle and would do anything about it. If possible I would give them a Solid 0 stars

I went in to get some work on my car done because I trusted them since they been in the business for so long. Huge Mistake I honestly do not understand how they are still in business.The owner Art is extremely unprofessional he paints a picture of how things are going to get done and then when you go and pick up your car, he does something completely different and charges you added services that you did not ask for.Then when you start questioning things he becomes extremely hostile and starts threating you.I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Save your money and ask questions to different shops before coming to this one.

I had an amazing experience with Luxurious Customs!!! The guys were friendly and very professional. I dropped off my car with Art on a Monday morning and he had it finished by Thursday afternoon. I could not be more impressed with the work done. They not only fixed my car, but they gave it a great cleaning and did a touch up on the the nicked paint on my doors! The whole experience was such a smooth transition from dropping off my car and getting me into a rental (if needed). I chose not to go through my insurance company and he definitely had the fairest price in the valley. Thank you for getting my baby to look right again! You have gained another loyal customer.

Amazing experience here. High quality work. My car looks brand new. Customer service was exceptional. And the owner Art was so professional and accommodating. I would give 10 Stars if I could.

I had an excellent experience with Art and Luxurious Customs. Art is a genuine, fair, and helpful owner who has earned his great reputation. My car broke down on the freeway and AAA brought me to his shop. He was very helpful and covered a large portion of my rental car price while the car was being fixed as I had to go back to Los Angeles to work. I highly recommend this shop. Great costumer service and fair prices.

I just had my Yukon worked on by Luxurious. Extremely friendly people! Art was great. They fixed my ding- can t even tell it was there. The blending with the paint was perfect. They completely cleaned up the whole truck- my 2001 looks brand new! I would definitely go back and I will highly recommend them to all my friends.

I am so happy that I was referred to Luxurious Customs when my A/C went out. Art was very accommodating and helpful and not to mention the price was far better than any other bid I had received. They fixed my car very quickly and thanks to their good relationship with Enterprise rent a car I was never inconvenienced. I will highly recommend this shop to anyone I know.

AAA towed me to Luxurious Customs, where I met Art, the owner, just as the shop was closing. Art said he would call me the next day with an estimate. He was accurate with his estimate and stayed true to his quote. No surprises. He helped me find financing, as the cost was above my means. Art runs a clean professional shop. He was helpful, smart, honest and true to his word. He always took my calls and kept me up to date, as to the repairs. Luxurious Customs did both autobody and replaced my entire engine. It has been 2 weeks since the repairs and my car looks and runs great. I give Art a 5 star rating as he is tops in all areas. He even washed my car when the car was finished and gave me 2 free days of car rental. I assure you this is best shop in the Coachella Valley.

Dont waste your money with these scammers. They tell you one price and when you go to pick up your car its a different price you didnt agree on. Staff is rude after they work on your car. Wish i had done my research before. Dont bother with this place!!

Great service and very quick. Dropped my car off on a Monday for a mural and it was ready by Saturday afternoon. I couldn't be any more happier with this amazing work. Great shop and awesome people. Thank you Art & Seco y'all are amazing. Hit them up for your custom needs. Highly recommended!!!

My first time there and I was greeted by Art, he explained to me what sizes would and wouldn't work on my car. Art answered all my questions clearly and when my rims came in Art showed me that one of them was damaged but made sure it was replaced. I recommend Luxurious Customs to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

Coming from an automotive background myself, I quickly recognised the professionalism in this establishment. A jack-of-all-trades when it comes to vehicle customisations/repairs. The owner art and his management team are incredibly accommodating and wonderful to work with! Pricing is good and the quality, great!Thank you Luxurious Customs!

I took my Subaru WRX in today and had a great experience there. Very friendly staff and fair prices. jR the audio installer was extremely helpful to me and took his time going over everything with my backup camera and new system they put in for me. I d definitely recommend them and will for sure be a repeat customer..

Was very pleased with what they did looked at other reviews guess you can t please everyone lol but I sure was happy with the work and turn around time for myself like they say don t believe what you hear thank you art appreciate you and the rest of the guys

Very professional. They do great work.They have fix both my vehicles I won't go anywhere else we travel to come to this shop. ALWAYS 100% HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. I highly recommend them.

My name is Art Garcia owner of luxurious customs. I really would like to say to anyone reading this that I appreciate your business and support. It has come to my attention that we have some people writing negative reviews on our page that we have never served or even met or had contact with, Which makes the review false and childish, for those who have been to my place of buisness know that we take pride in our work and provide the best customer service to our customers. I ask anyone reading this that you ignore any bad comments or reviews and give us a try yourself, I highly recommend that you will not regret your decision. I have contacted google listing and unfortunately it s a free page for anyone to write a review. I would gladly accept criticism or make things right only if we actually had served you or your friends or family or your vehicle , but in this case it s just someone trying to defeat the competition or some sort of hatred. I wrote a previous review that was great because he had a great airbrush artist from chile that did a great job. Now that artist no longer comes to the USA so there is NO REASON to ever go to this shop. I thought because they looked so competent doing airbrush that it might be reasonable to try them for other light custom stuff. HUGE MISTAKE. These guys are the five stooges of custom work... I received thousands of dollars of damage to my rig becuase of their work. They wired my high amp spotlights with indoor speaker wire. A MAJOR FIRE HAZARD. They didnt even use RELAYS which might have helped a bit. They wired my undercarriage lights by crimping into old rotten brake light wire not even creating a new circuit. The lights were hung with tape and other nonpermanent means of attachment. Ghetto rigging at its best. They left the light on while working for days in my van killing all six deep cycle batteries resulting in a 1700.00 replacement cost. Multiple things they wired on the dash didnt work. They installed cigarette light adapters under the dash rather than wire a new circuit. They failed to return thousands of dollars of parts I brought, tried to keep them. I got most but not all back. No written estimate. NEVER GAVE ME A FINAL INVOICE LISTING CHARGES probably to try to prevent a court case. Virtually everything they wired or did had to be redone. The list is too long to list. One thing is for sure. If after reading this you decide still to go, you deserve everything bad thing youre gonna get from them. AVOID.

Art is a stand up guy.. he went above and beyond to take care of me from start to finish. I definitely say if you need something done with you car try LUXURIOUS first.. you most likely won't go anywhere else.

I have re-examined this custom shop and came back and had the work redone which was the installation of a musical horn and I also had a another part to my seat installed at no charge the service was excellent and I received an apology from the shop I would definitely recommend this place to have work done.

Iv gone 3 times in row after 9am cuz they state there open at 8am!! Door locked and when I ask one there employees they say o he stepped out or he will be back in 10 mins! Not cool when they false advertise there open

bad experience. agreed on a deal, i went on a 2 hr drive to their facility and when i arrived i was told the product was sold. i was very disappointed. never experienced anything like this.
