We had a great experience purchasing our new XT4 Cadillac at Jessup s Auto Plaza! Starting with Erin contacting us to let us know new inventory was in, to Carlos our salesperson extraordinaire! He was amazing! Making sure we saw all of the cars available, then putting them side by side to further help our decision. Showing all the features and how they worked. And once our purchase was made he was so helpful in getting all of those features set and ready to use! A big deal, especially when dealing with people who are not the best at all the apps and other on line features. We can t thank him enough! It was all very easy and just the best of people! They made a usually stressful thing for us into a great day!

I just leased my 3rd car (a beautiful 2024 Buick Envista) at Jessup and I could not be happier with my decision! Braulio and his sales team are always so professional, kind and they always look out for my best interest. They re clear, communicative and honest. The service department is wonderful as well. Sean has always made sure all my vehicles are taken care of in a timely manner. I literally have never gone elsewhere & don t need to! This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Ramiro Magana was our sales person and he went out of his way to take care of us, communicate with us, and oversaw the detailing so that he could deliver a perfect new vehicle. In addition to Ramiro, I must also say that Fernando Valenzuela made the financing part of our deal a pleasure and Braulio Rodriguez was available any time we had questions or concerns. This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I took my car in to have a turn signal light repaired and my wind shield washer fluid needed to be filled or repaired. They did not have the replacement part for the washer. They charged me $215 to replace the turn signal light to include $200 for labor. Avoid the dealership at all costs. Is it possible to give no stars?

I have homes in both Palm Springs and San Diego So I wanted to establish a relationship with Jessup Cadillac in Cathedral city. The electronics on my 2017 Cadillac XTwere all messed up. Normally The Cadillac dealership would run a series of diagnostics But, in this case, my ama service adviser Jorge Miramonte suggested just changing the battery and running a quick diagnostic check. This solved the problem and saved me hundreds of dollars. This is the kind of relationship I expect from a great dealer. I highly recommend Jessup auto center for your service needs.

The service advisor, Daniel Mejia was great! This was my first visit to the dealership and the lounge was nicer than most dealerships. I took off 1 star because an oil change and tire rotation took 2 1/2 hours. Also, they gave me an estimate of over $600 to replace 2 tires.

Worst experience at a dealership in my life!! They have it rigged so you PAY to have it evaluated BEFORE they do any work! Then the work is NO LESS than 10x any other shop would charge!! If you value your finances, find another place to take your CADILLAC!!

The moment I arrived, I was treated with great respect and kindness. As a first time buyer for a vehicle, I was nervous and anxious about being scammed or forced to buy a vehicle they told me due to a terrible experience I had at Kia, but with the help of Austin, Cesar and Nelson Noguera, I felt comfortable and they answered every question I had with no hesitation. A great team works here with great patience for both returning customers and new customers.

I took my 2015 Silverado for service and was surprised with the friendly and efficient service I received from all the staff. While I waited and browse around the new inventory and was greeted by a very professional salesman. Carlos Rodr�guez was very courteous and knowledgeable of all the new trims. I will definitely go back and trade my 2015 for a new 2024 Cadillac XT6.
