Unable to properly diagnose my vehicle for multiple complaints, Jessup stated it would take multiple days to complete a diagnosis, forcing me to postpone most of my appt. I left my vehicle at dealer from 12p -5p, for thorough break inspection, service advisor couldn t give me details of what was completed so I asked for manager and he gave summary of what was done which was nothing since my breaks came back with no issues other than dirt. I picked up at 5:25p and test drove with manager. Shortly after leaving dealership my brakes were squeaking worse than before I dropped it off called multiple times of Friday for advisor and manager and still haven t received a call back. I need my truck looked at again.

The service representative, Stan, was fantastic to deal with. Had an injector failure on my Duramax. My wife and I were on our way to the San Clemente area from Phoenix. This was on a Saturday. Limped into the dealership about 1:00pm. Closing time is 2:00pm. Stan was able to diagnose the issue and get the pickup booked in for repair. Told me they would get to it Monday morning. Called me on Monday morning and explained exactly what the repair technician had found and what was required to fix the problem. I decided to also have a service done on the truck too at the same time. By Tuesday morning at 9:00am they had me on the road again. The whole experience was smooth. The communication was spot on throughout. Got call backs when I was supposed to and kept informed throughout the repair.This is the way it s supposed to done!!!Thanks a bunch to Stan and the Jessup service department

My experience was excellent across-the-board. The sales professional was very nice knowledgeable and helpful. The finance manager was outstanding and I would recommend anyone to purchase a car from your dealership.

Ron was beyond exceptional when finding answers to my questions prior to servicing my EVSUV 2024 Hummer with the 3 channel Dash Cam I purchased and Daniel provided above and beyond expected customer services as well as facilitating the service department technician with the task at hand. This dealership and Ron and Stan are awesome. I had taken my truck with 4 battery fails to another dealer and they never identified that the problem was with the infotainment system. Jessup service manager and team went above and beyond by implementing and update which caused the system to fail and lock up. They replaced the I infotainment system and everything seems fine so far. Hopefully by days of dead batteries are behind me.

On holidays, our 2019 Traverse was acting up, Jessup staff analysed it and replaced the torque converter under warranty. Something our dealer back home was reluctant to do.But the most outstanding person was Melly, she made sure we were taken care of, made sure our costs were minimized and kept us up to date. She gave outstanding service.

My account rep Melissa Miller did an outstanding job of advising me as to what this service check up entailed and kept me informed consistently throughout the day on the status of my car. I also love how they set upYour Lyft ride to and from work. Last but not least they always clean my car before they give it back. It s my first purchase from Jessup. I ve had my car an electric hybrid going on 10 months now. I ve done 4 regular service calls. Every time it s been easy. One last thing the actual purchase of my vehicle was straight forward and simple also. Truly the best experience in buying and having a car serviced I have ever had ever.

Jorge was excellent. Talked with him yesterday to arrange service. Made an appointment with ease. He was ready, friendly and prepared on arrival. Told me my car would be done just after noon. True to his word. Great service all around. Very pleased. Glad to have chosen Jessup.

The text/email was confusing for checking in the first time at your dealership. There were no greeters to take the car key as mentioned. I went inside and had to wait even though I had an appointment. You have a nice waiting area. That was greatly appreciated. The service took longer than estimated.

I think it was a busy day and they were behind. I wasn t initially greeted, when I came inside there was one person at the many desks, I was directed to another area and he said he was running behind. He eventually approached me and a woman named Michelle and asked if she could at least check me in for him. After a very brief awkward moment she said absolutely I can help her. And she did. She was informative and kept me in the loop. I chose to stay at the dealership because I didn t think I was going to be quite as long as I was but the waiting area across the way was comfortable and clean and has a great coffee machine and tv s.Melissa kept me posted via phone and had to get me involved to find my tire/wheel lock key. It was a long day of waiting but I did really appreciate Melissa level of humor and professionalism and human side.I ll definitely be back.*edited as I initially put Michelle instead of Melissa.

The service advisors are always super friendly, and the wait time isn't too bad. This one and the one on Frank lloyd Wright in Scottsdale are the two best service departments for Cadillac. I've been coming to this dealer for many years and I would highly recommend it. I had an incredible experience with this company when I bought my previous Cadillac from here.

I rarely write these, but this time I will. STAY AWAY if you can. Crooks from the start till the end. I purchased my car there. Promises when purchasing (3 times full tank) never happened. Maintanance is the main problem. They are understaffed, unprofessional and incompetant to say the least.I drove my car there several times with an issue. Each time, they could not figure out what it was. They charged me over 5,000 AND still have not figured out the issue. I caught them lying. Once they told me they replaced a part (which I photographed, since I already had my suspicion), and of course charged me for it and the part was not replaced. Promised to give me a good rate, and charged me several hours, while the car was fixed only for under an hour (you can sometimes see how long the car repair takes, when you peak in and time it). The service rate is $220/hour. The service manager is the worst. Truly the worst man I encountered - Ron...full of lies, very bad customer service, giving you no information and in the end stopped replying to my calls and Emails. STAY AWAY, there are other car companies / service providers. I owned all sorts of brands before. Never did I encounter such shotty product / company and service. Never.

My son and I were in Palm Springs on our way home to Vancouver Canada and our C5 corvette shifter cable disengaged from the transmission on a Friday night. I called Jessup Auto and they gave me a good tow company and said to have it brought over. Typically they did not have a technician in on Saturday to do such however, they made it work and also checked and had a cable in stock ( common issue at some point ) They said it would be ready by 1pm and it was ready for 11 am and the final cost was less than quoted . We were on our way again with one night delay vs 3-4 from other repair shops! Thanks Jessup team! great job!

2nd time i have taken my car in to Jessup and both times they couldn't tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. One common problem is communication, both times i was the one that constantly needed to reach out to get updates on my vehicle. This time i even called the supervisor due to lack of communication and i got company talk, I got no responses to VM or text and if I did get a response it was hours later. I dropped off my car at 7 A.M. and it wasnt seen till 3:30 seven hours later. Throughout my life i have used numerous other auto repair shops whether they were stand alone shops or other dealerships and I have never encountered such problems. Why have appointment's if the policy is "we will get to it when we get to it". I paid $380 to get my car not fixed, you had my car for over a week and couldn't fix it. Between what i paid you and the rental i was forced to get i paid close to $1000 and my car still isn't fixed. The crazy thing is I was quoted a $3100 to fix what could be the problem, I of course declined service as I didn't trust the "maybe" diagnosis, turns out that wasn't the problem, so what did i pay for i don't know. I will never do business with you again and I will tell anyone who asks to avoid your dealership. If i could rate you worse than POOR I would.

They have no respect for the time of their customers. I spent 10 minutes booking the appointment online and five minutes checking in online the day of the visit. When I arrived I was told that the only person who could check me in was the one on the phone. I waited another 10 minutes while she manually entered all of the information that I had already provided. When I went to pick up the car, I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be delivered from the car wash. It was unwashed. The first time that I took my car there, they were unable to look at it that day, despite the appointment. I picked it up 5 hours later, untouched. Not realizing that I had picked it up already, they called me to tell me that they were not done.

For an apparently very busy operation it ran like clockwork. I witnessed the end of a team meeting and everyone went to their posts. The service manager assigned me to Daniel, my service provider who was professional, knowledgeable and honest. There was a comfortable lounge to wait in, which I did. I was offerered a shuttle service to and from the rv park I was staying at which was >40 minutes away. For economy of time, I chose to wait as we needed to be out of that rv park asap. From checkin at 7 am till completion of service including a vehicle wash I was at the dealership for just over 4 hours. If travelling through the area again I would use their services again and would be happy to recommend them.

My battery died and I was towed to Jessup late on a Saturday. I have my car back promptly Monday morning with a new battery, rotated and inflated tires, an oil change, a a fresh wash. All was well. The service was prompt, friendly and professional! Sean was a great representative.

2023 was a tough year and I was dreading the end of my lease this March. My partner had passed the year b4 and my credit was in the tank. As I suspected, when I went to my original leasing dealership, they looked at my credit and turned their back.As luck would have it, I saw that Jessup Auto Plaza had a 2024 TrailBlazer I was interested in. I contacted Jessup and the salesman, David Anderson took the call. Come on in and get behind the wheel he ssid. We met David who was a very great guy...easy to talk to, down to earth and not at all pushy. He became the friendly face, the calm voice and the get er done attitude. After sharing my info, David went to work with finance and they came out and told me the facts...just the way it is. The interest and monthly cost would not be favorable. I thanked them and was ready for them to say we can't help you. But, they asked if I'd be interested in my current lease trade in. I mumbled yeah but I can't afford that either. Well,they went to work for me and got the monthly payment in the ballpark I could handle. Through it all finance and especially David were considerste,non-judgemental and made the months I had dreaded returning my Equinox all melt away. If you're in the market for a new Chevy, I'd highly recommend David Anderson. He is the face of Jessup...friendly, calm and a winning smile and positive attitude. Thank David n Thanks Jessup!
