Ozzy this guy is so helpfulHe takes care of my entire fleet for the Jeeter vehicles. He's always professional and on time and very convenient as he will come to you.He's fixed everything from small cracks in my windows to replacement. He also handles head light restoration which comes out looking brand new and last a lot longer with a 1 year back up.Try out Intact and Glass repair.

An AMAZING company. So accommodating! I needed my window fixed after a break in and NO ONE had my window before Monday. Not only did he quote me the best price, but drove to riverside from cathedral city the next morning to make sure I could work the weekend driving UBER. Above and beyond his call of duty. Ozzy is the best and so personable and friendly. I'd say the best customer service I've ever experienced and I've been on this planet 42 years. Just sayen. I'm sharing my experience on Facebook for sure.

Great experience. My headlights looked amazing after Ozy worked on them. I couldn't believe how clear they looked. He fixed a ding in my windshield and can hardly see it now. Highly recommend.

I was able to hire Ozy and his services for a chipped windshield and to restore my headlight. Boy was I pleased! The chip was something I knew he would be able to accomplish, tho my headlights looked as if they weren t going to be able to be saved. He proved me wrong abs they look brand new again! The close up pictures are the after result. He was professional and quick with his job. I would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.Service: Auto windshield repair

Ozy is the BEST! I called him at 11:42am told him I need a fresh crack repaired in my windshield. He was at my job by 2pm. Can't even tell a rock hit the window....and they are reasonable. I recommend this company.

Almost afraid to write a review of Intact and Ozy, too many people will start using him and it will be harder to get the excellent service he provided me. I had a really poor experience at another service that I won't mention, but sounds like Safelite, and was not going back to them. Heard about Intact and gave them a call.Ozy was quick to respond, was out the next business day and fixed a stone chip for me. His fee was very reasonable, and Ozy was a pleasure to do business with. I am going to have him work on by headlights next, cleaning the oxidation.In fixing the chip, it is obvious that Ozy actually cares about his work, takes pride in it and knows what he's doing.Service: Auto windshield repair

What can we say about intact Other then five stars are just not enough, we have had the work done with him twice within the last year and each time we have given him little to no notice and he always carries himself so profession. Ozzy is incredible, I needed a new windshield piece of glass for my 2005 Honda Civic & Ozzy had it ordered & installed in less than 24 hours. He was phenomenal & his customer service is that of rare, you don't see customer service like this anymore, you don't see caring like this anymore. I will forever now only trust Ozzy at Intact to service any vehicle my family or myself needs work on. When others wants $375 just for glass Ozzy did it for way less than half, his job & customer service is A1. He is incredibly skilled at what he does & beyond that he makes you feel like family. He really is a phenomenal guy. Thank you so very much Ozzy, you saved me more trouble than you know & I can't thank you enough. Ozy could not be a nicer guy. He is very responsive and does a great job. I've had 2 windshield chip repairs; the first time he came the same day, the second time he came the next day. OZY was so efficient. He came over and in 30 minutes he fixed the chip in our Porsche 911SC.Really good job, can t see anything. I would definitely recommend him. A really friendly person. Plus he was much cheaper than Safelite Glass and best thing was we didn t leave our garage. I ve passed on his cards to friends.

Ozy s response time was quick after I inquired about a replacement. On top of working mobile in front of my home in this 110 degree heat, he was efficient and professional. He did an amazing job replacing my windshield and I will definitely refer him to anyone looking. Oh and he buffed out my headlights so I can see better at night! Within about a week, my aunts car was vandalized and my wife's car was parked and hit by driver with an illegal wide load. Couldn't get instant service like so many big companies advertise. Couldn't get my old glass guy to call me back. I called Ozy. He answered the phone, gave me honest, straightforward answers. Got the job done. A week after buying my new car, I got a rock chip in the passenger side of my windshield. Looking around the internet, I saw that Intact Windshield and Glass repair had great reviews.
