I am so grateful for Infiniti Palm Springs. I have always been treated like family. I absolutely LOVE Jill as she is so knowledgeable and truthful. She s helpful as well. The waiting room is nice to have a snack and drink if you wait. The car wash was good. Finally, if I can t repeat myself any further, Jill is the only person I trust 100% with my car. I just wish the cost wouldn t be so much but I understand I m getting quality service.

Mr Dan Jessup (owner),I cant begin to express our gratitude and wanted you to know that we rave about YOUR EMPLOYEE Jill Houska in service. We bought our Certified Infiniti in Escondido, Ca and were under the impression that we were good to go. Unfortunately after only 3 months (due to human error) that was not the case. When I called them to see what we could do to rectify the situation (Infiniti Escondido) gave me the run around and hung up on me stating "you bought the car, there's nothing we can do now".I took my car to your location for service and the entire staff including Mr. Pippo (sales manager) was kind, welcoming, and empathetic. Miss Jill went above and beyond to help our family. She took the time to explain our warranty, explain pricing outside of warranty, she provided updates, and got me in a loner car in time to pick up my children from Daycare.When my car was ready I explained to Miss Jill what her hard work meant to our family. Unbeknownst to her the day I dropped off my car had already been very tough! I was coming off a long nursing shift mentally and emotionally drained, I drove an hr from 29 palms to Palm Springs and I was worried I would not be back in time to pick up my children from school/daycare. Then I was told it was not safe to drive my car back. My husband is Active Duty USMC and was gone on a training so he would not be able to get my children either. We have no family near by so that also makes things hard. Miss Jill got our car in for service and got me in a loaner and it was quick enough that I was able to get my children in time.Jill's compassion and effectiveness fully restores our faith in Infiniti as a company and in humanity.From the Ramirez Family we are thankful for your staff, and will definitely return to purchase our next Infiniti in the very near future!!!

I ve had my car serviced twice at this location. Both times there was some difficulty getting the parts quickly. Each time Jill made sure I was taken care of, provided a loner vehicle, and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. Sometimes one employee that cares can make a huge difference. Thank you Jill for once again saving the day!!

Car repairs are the biggest headache. And you just can't trust anyone to work on your vehicle. My bill was mind blowing witch sent my emotions and anxiety through the roof. But Jill GOD sent. Positive listening ear empathy and sympathy witch made it easier for me to calm down and come up with my bill money in a timely manner. I would like to Thank You Jill from the bottom of my Heart I know you have a job to do and that's get that money. But you showed me something else and that is you are human and you understand that things happen in life that or unexpected. We purchased our original Infiniti vehicle from Palm Springs Infiniti 2011. Ever since that time Jill has been our goto person whenever we bring the vehicle and our newer vehicle in for service and or maintenance. Recently I had a small issue with a temp road sign and the right rear bumper guard. She took ownership and worked with her team to get it repaired quickly as we were taking the car out of town. Jill is very responsive to the customers needs and very friendly to work with. She is an asset to the dealership!

I want to leave a BIG SHOUT OUT to the team at INFINITI Palm Springs for taking good care of us as we purchased a super clean, pre-owned 2011 Toyota Sequoia Limited. Jonathan Foley, was our sales representative. Robert, his General Manager made sure that we got a great deal on the Sequoia and a fair trade on our Venza. Youhanna inspected our vehicle and confirmed our appraisal and Erik in Finance took us home. Got to love it when you go to a dealership and the process is smooth and simple. I cannot praise Jill, the Service Manager at Infiniti Palm Springs, and her Superior Team enough for always taking such good care of me and my QX50.I don't have to see them too often, however, as I'm on the fourth year of driving this SUV with minimal maintenance.

I brought my CR V here to get the front brakes fixed because everywhere else was going to take way too long. Even though they were booked a month in advance, Jill understood the emergency since my brakes were like screeching and needed to be replaced ASAP. She got me in the next morning first thing and was even accommodating when I showed up a couple minutes late because of the rain. This is what I ve been missing by not coming to a luxury environment for my car. I might even consider buying my next car here just because of how good the customer service was

The customer service at Infiniti PS is top notch. I feel I'm treating with care and my concerns are listened too. Last visit, I had an engine light came on and then later went off. Not only did the service advisor talk to me about the issue, but the mechanic spoke to me as well and explained the issue. This was an easing of my mind since this is the car that my daughters drive to commute around the valley

On 09/14/2018 I sent the paperwork back that we signed for the infiniti.I paid Infiniti Palm Springs a $13,000 down payment for the CPO 2015 Infiniti Q70L.The total cost of the Infiniti will be 33,000+ a 12% APR financing fee with ALLY Banking which will surpass the $33,000 that is being financed.Basically Infiniti Palm Springs committed consumer fraud by selling me a vehicle that had been previously damaged in a car accident without disclosing any information. The Carfax does not conclusively show that the car had been in a previous accident even though the vehicle shows clear signs of a shotty repair job. From the day that I sent the paperwork to the day that I received the vehicle, Infiniti Palm Springs procrastinated the delivery and I received the Infiniti finally on 09/23/2018.The minute I figured out that this 2015 Infiniti Q70L has obvious overspray and mismatched paint, I scheduled an appointment to the local Car Crafters body shop. Car Crafters were able to document everything that was wrong with this infiniti. On the initial inspection Car Crafters provided to me there is over $8000 worth of damage to the vehicle just by visual the inspecting the Infiniti.I have called manager Gordon Stuart and my initial contact to the dealership sales man Candelario multiple times requesting them to please resolve this issue.Manager Gordon Stuart has ignored my request to have the 2015 Infiniti Q70L repaired.I can actually look through my phone records and provide the numerous calls to Gordon Stuart or Candelario.One of the few times that Gordon Stuart answered the phone he told me to make a claim through my insurance even though he clearly knows that would be fraud because the damage wasn't sustained before I ever received my 2015 Infiniti Q70L.I even had to pay Garcia Infiniti here in New Mexico my local Infiniti dealership inspect my 2015 Infiniti Q70L and they told me that they could not warrantee the radar cruise control due to the previous damage.In conclusion, I would like to made whole. I would like to have a car that is not damaged since that was the deal that was agreed upon! I do not feel that it's fair to pay full price for a vehicle that has $8,000 in undisclosed damage. I held up my end of the deal by sending my down payment and making my car payments in a timely fashion. If the damage had been fairly disclosed, there should have at minimum been a major discount off of the asking sale price. In fairness, I would have selected a different vehicle that did not have existing damage.Don't be ripped off by Infiniti Palm Springs when you buy a car online. As of today when I'm posting this, Infiniti Palm Springs have not done anything over this matter and it's already April 4, 2019

My daughter car has been there 2 times for a radiator leak . The first time they replaced the radiator $2,500 . The second time they said it was the hoses that need replacing, so we did the hoses. Now after driving the car for a day it looks like it s the top of the radiator is leaking again.. My thoughts it was the reservoir tank is leaking because its leaking from the top. The same area from when I bought it in . Did it need a radiator or was it just to get a higher payment on a work order. Taking it back again for the 3 time . I have lost all faith in is repair shop.
