Juan at Honda of the Desert has been exceptional as our sales representative and advocate with the service department. While the sales experience was flawless, we also wanted a hitch receiver installed on our new Honda CR-V hybrid. When there was a mix-up on the size of hitch receiver (Honda only offers one size for our vehicle), Juan facilitated a meeting with Martin the Service Manager. Both Juan and Martin made sure we were able to have an after-market hitch receiver installed without our warranty being negatively affected. In fact, shout-out to Martin for actually ordering the after-market hitch receiver for us. I highly recommend Honda of the Desert and Juan as a sales representative.

After visiting three Honda dealers in Riverside County, I quickly realized that Honda of the Desert was the best choice for me. Mickey and Rigo were professional and honest and it was a great car buying experience (Avoid Moss Honda in Moreno Valley at all cost)

Got tired of the service dept telling what I needed to replace or fix (which DIDN'T need replacing or fixing) and not fixing what I needed done.Finally went to an independent mechanic and my issues were fixed (at a reasonable price I might add) on my first visit.See ya, Honda of the Desert!

The Outstanding Staff has pretty much revolutionized the car buying experience to me! Once a grind after the fun of choosing the car you d like to have, the whole process was a breeze! It was clearly modernized to the 21st century and I feel everyone should follow into Honda of The Desert s footsteps! Giving high praise to Sergio, my service writer at Honda of the Desert. A service writer s job is not easy. Upon arrival, he welcomed me and was kind, caring, knowledgeable and very reassuring. He was able to troubleshoot the problem from the start, and even called me when the job was complete so that I knew when I could pick up my car. Sergio would excel at the largest Honda dealership in the world, any of them, and he would be an asset anywhere. Thank you, Sergio, for making my service appointment a pleasure. Adding that as an F1 fan, I was so happy to see the service writers in their Friday shirts of Red Bull Racing Honda F1 shirts.

I really do not like shopping for a car, BUT, the experience I had working with Damion Loman was a very positive one from start to finish. He was willing to listen to my situation, and without any pressure supplied me with numerous options. Once I decided to go in the direction that I did, he worked hard to get me the best deal for me and not necessarily Honda. He remained professional, yet still very personable at the same time. I would highly recommend Damion if you are in the market for a Honda vehicle.

BE AWARE. After clicking on a inquiry online I right away started received the haunting phone calls. 3 times within 3 hours same day. All 3 times I m requesting to be removed from the list. 2 of the 3 times actually being hung up on I received the last call while I was next door test driving a car at Toyota. I walked into the dealership in person and requested again STOP calling me. When I walked in Andres V said let me get the manager cause I don t wanna deal with you . Followed up by the manager Ron T Arrogantly making comment such as leave I ll be right here making more money than you talking all this nonsense this and that. Until I video tape him, he cut the clown show real quick. Resulted with the COPs being called. This sale force is more likely to be a pain, than sell a car. 6 empty desks not a customer in sight and you see how they treat them when they do show up. Having worked for a Honda dealership for years this place doesn t even deserve the one star.RON will be there making that paper thou you heard it from the horses mouth . At Honda lol

The only dealership I'll go to! Shoutout to Victor Diaz and Michael Marcelo & Luis Zatarian and the whole honda team! Everyone was nice and helpfulThey got me into a new car I wanted the process was quick and easy and they knew exactly what I was looking for and what best suited me! I've been with honda for 4 years and will stick with honda thank you guys for always taking care of us in this valley So happy to be able to walk away with my 2023 new Honda accord hybrid thank you guys!(:

Got a notice in the mail about warranty recall on fuel pump. Made an appointment online. When I arrived I was told parts were not available. Service Department was rude . Told me it was my fault for not calling to confirm availability of parts. Absurd.

I had an appointment on 2/9/23 to have the oil changed on my CRV. The scheduler who is NOT located at Honda of the Desert extremely overbooked the service department. It was packed with all the seating in the waiting area full and customers standing around waiting. It took 3 1/2 hours for them to change the oil, rotate the tires and change the filters as needed. Honda of the Desert has been slow in the past, but this was the worst example of overbooking I've experience at Honda of the Desert.

Always great service, friendly associates and A+ work. I've been driving Hondas for 23 years and always taken it to the Dealership for maintenance. I may spend a few extra dollars, but it's well worth it and gives me peace of mind knowing it's done right the first time.

I had a wonderful experience buying a car with Primo (Juan) My daughter bought all of her cars here at Honda of the desert so I wanted to purchase mine here as well. They even delivered my Honda civic to me all the way in Blythe. Such a great salesman, very professional and he even called to check up on me and make sure everything was good. If you are looking for a car please go see and ask for Primo.

If i can put zero star i would. Please be careful folks people are out there to rip you off.My honest review of Honda of the Desert.My radio and gps system stopped working, i was told there s a recal in this model it just need updating. Then the lady told me if after the system update the problem will not be corrected they need to do diagnostic. 2 hrs after she came back and said the system update didnt correct the prob we need diagnostic which will cost me $180 so i said never mind im ok w/o radio or gps screen. Brought it to my mechanic friend Ryan for changed oil he fixed d radio gps screen problem in less than 10min and it s free. Just saying from my

Ok so not cool I call just to find out when do I get my dash cover it's been 3 weeks no call and when I call parts someone answered said hold and left me there 5 minutes so I called back and this time no answer straight to music I know they can see my phone number and won't answer Honda parts took my money fast but don't want to give me my item so no I don't recommend Honda because they don't listen or pick up the phone I got my windows tinted there too guy didn't listen to me when I said not to dark because I want all the windows tinted and he put dark all around so no they don't listen or pick up the phone

Excellent experience! The staff was welcoming and very helpful. We did not feel pressured, and we did not feel rushed our sales person, Damion, knew what he was talking about, did not waste our time, and did not play any games. The negotiation process was straightforward. We would definitely recommend this Honda dealership! Great staff, and attitudes.

I've had the most fantastic experience at Honda of the Desert. No hassle. They all work on no commission. They had the exact car I wanted. Got a steel on it with $4000 off. I was in and out of the dealership in 90 minutes. Matt and Chris are the man in sales! So helpful. So nice. I can't highly recommend them enough. Davion in finance is amazing and takes the time to walk you through everything. Honda of the Desert is where it's at. I can't recommend it enough.

I had a problem with my key fob. It came apart when I accidently dropped it. I also lost the spare fob that I used to run the car to get it to the dealers. Several young men helped me find the fob which was well hidden under the driver's seat. Another gentleman fixed my broken fob. No charge. I wish to thank all the gentlemen from Honda that helped me.

0 stars if I could. This place is one of the more scummy Honda Stealerships ever to exist. In January 2020, I purchased a new Honda Civic type R. Fast forward 3 years, I was contacted by a salesman named Christopher Johnson in late August asking if I wanted to trade in my car for a new type R. These stealers were asking 15k over window sticker price of 45k, and they agreed to take it off. I informed them I would come in the day after labor day, because I was on a trip.I asked to place a deposit on the car and was informed that they don't take deposits. I was thinking to myself ok. I later asked Christopher if he'd hold it for me and he couldn't guarantee it. He texted me and said it sold. Really nice place to do business, selling a car under me. After this, I spoke with Christopher and told him the fairest thing to do would be to have the same deal on the next in transit type R.A couple weeks pass by and I found an incoming in transit type R, and got excited and contacted him again. He seemed less than enthusiastic to begin the process on the deal. A couple days ago, I spoke with one of the sales managers named Michael, and was explaining the fair thing to do, and Michael proceeded to start to talk about a deal where I trade in my car, and offered a pathetic lowball of $25000 which is just laughable. People can check carmax as a baseline to gauge trade in offers, and carmax offered $33000. I would avoid this stealership like the plague.

Luis, Brandon and Conley offered the best customer service. They listened to what I had to say in providing the best vehicle trade in for my family and I. The process was quick and simple. Honda of the desert is only out to make money. They don t care if you are a Honda customer. They will bring you in for an appointment to see how they can make money off of you. Didn t have the parts we needed though we called in advanced and explained the issue which was an extended warranty specific piece. We made our appointment and came in. After driving an hour to get there they had the car for 5 hours. They then called and stated they didn t have the part and it was on back order. They stated they didn t have the part since the week prior but since it could also be other issues they wanted to check that out first. They took a gamble and we had to pay the price. Our two days of work and gas mileage and driving to the desert with no air (the problem they were supposed to fix). It s a bad way to run business. I could understand if you didn t know what was wrong with the vehicle. You don t know what parts to buy. No mechanic is going to buy something they don t need. Yet they knew the issue. Even if it wasn t on back order they still would have had to order the part and have us wait days for it to come in. Don t give your service to this Honda. I will not be purchasing another Honda in the future.

I have been coming to this place since 2007 bought one of my Honda's here and I got a better deal somewhere else for my second Honda..however I have been using this service department since 2007. By far the best customer service . The techs who work on your car are outstanding talented people. With Terry larocca and Martin Velazquez in the service department they've been around forever they are the greatest and the best. They do a superior job as quickly as they can. Very busy service area beautiful facilities my favorite closer to my home as well.

Go and see Victor (Vic) Diaz. One of the best salesman I ve met and took care of me. Drove all the way from Menifee to buy a car from him. Made the deal over the phone and everything was exactly what we agreed. Definitely recommend this dealer.
