A good friend of mine recommended me to Desi's auto collision. I took my car to get a quote because my front bumper was damaged from a hit and run while my car was parked. Mr. Desi ordered the parts, got them in less than 3 weeks, and fixed it in less than 2 hours. The price and good service were unbeatable. I am very pleased with the results. Respect to Mr Desi, Paul and their staff, treated me well. I highly recommend that you all guys come check them out. Thank you so much. I am so happy

Caveat Emptor... A Hate Crime was committed against me here... White people beware... when I picked up my car the first time... it freshly had a flat tire, which had just been stabbed with a knife in the sidewall... one of the workers... the old Mexican with the Picard-like bald head... was looking at me with eyes of Pure Hate. I had never had any interaction with this person before. They not only popped my tire, but when I went back to have my window fixed, they smashed my caliper into my rotor, and smashed a couple of plastic parts on my car... Caveat Emptor... Desi also did a pretty poor job of fixing my car... Desi doesn't realize its rude to speak Spanish in front of people that aren't fluent in the language. That should have been my first warning... Immediately after getting the doors on my car replaced, the locks were messed up, they didn't finish the paint, it was supposed to take 2-3 days and they took 2 weeks and didn't finish the job... I asked Desi if there was any time frame like warranty wise, and he said "No" - but then wanted to deny me fixing my door locks "Because the doors were only covered for 30 days" - well, did I not ask if there was a time frame? Caveat Emptor... all the damage you see in the pictures was done 15 minutes before I was to pick up my car, 15 minutes earlier - there was none of this damage...

I gave them my Toyota price trusting then to fix my car. They promised me that they will fix it by Tuesday the week after. I dropped mines off on Thursday. Then a weekend passed. Went back Tuesday and MY CARWASNT THERE!!!! 5 days!Update: Fortunately, my car got fixed although it wasn't the day, we talked it would be due. Desi even gave me a 3-year warranty on the part he fixed. He was sorry for the inconvenience. Next time I suggest good communication. People are easy to please. It was my first time at their business, so I was a bit doubtful. Anyway 3 stars.

I have used Desi auto repair several times. Once to repair damage to our Mercedes Benz. Then we used him to repair damage from our driveway with a friends car. We used him to completely redo R XUV Envoy. And now we have used them to do our motor home. I have no complaints at all. If there's a problem he has always taken care of it for us. We would recommend him.

Very disappointed with their all around service. I took my bike in to have the tank and fenders painted, what I got back was a painted bike with no clear protective coat over the paint. This resulted in my paint bubbling up and looking like it was melting and falling off not even three days after getting the parts back. I took the parts back to Desi's to have them fix the problem and was lied to, I was told the paint was bad paint from the paint manufacturer and their painter wasn't at fault, only after my calls being ignored for two days. I got the parts back for a second time once again with no clear coat on the fenders and only part of the tank with a clear coat on it. The tank wasn't removed for painting and primer was covering my bike. I would advise anyone to avoid this place. Poor service and poor quality work.

It's been year and half since taken it there and all I've had problems after problems. I must say they did a lousy job. It's started after the a week. The repair on the latch fell and wasn't able to open the door. Took it back to the repair shop and all he instructed the technician was to re-glue it. The technician told me the whole piece had to be replace in order to work correctly. But the owner insisted just to repair it. Now the door latch is loose and won't open the door. The key isn't working to open the door. I was going to put case against this company but between moving out of the county I misplaced the receipt for the repairs. The trunk repair is now falling apart. I no longer live in California. I'm in the East coast trying to locate a well known car body shop to get this taken care of. I leave one door unlock in order to get inside the car.
