Had a suede headliner replaced and the front bucket seats recovered with custom made to match OEM. Great job, great people, thanks Raul!

I was tired of picking stuffing out of my crack. My '96 Volvo needed help.I love my car and had concerns about getting a match in fabric, color and have them be original looking. As a former car collector and show participant I wanted only the best. My concerns were unjustified when Raul returned my car to me, I could not have been happier. The price was more than fair, especially given the quality of leather and exceptional workmanship.The service was excellent, short turn around and the staff could not have been more friendly. I watched them work on other's cars and it was impressive. I'm now saving up to have a dent removed and a new paint job. The paint jobs that I saw them do on other's cars was top notch. I use Raul for all my reupholster needs. Him and his son do great work and in a timely manner. We ve had countless leather seats, steering wheels, and custom pieces done. If you re looking for a reupholster shop in the Coachella Valley, look no further!

I have used these people before and had good results. So when I inquired about re weatherstripping my Corvette, I naturally wanted to give them a try.Besides getting involved in what seems like organized chaos, I felt they could do a good job.What was first estimated at a three-and-a-half-hour job turned into 3 days. Besides all the craziness of trying to find out when my car was actually going to be ready, when we arrived the battery was dead and of course the car would not start.We got the car jumped and started and brought her home. The weather stripping job was mediocre at best. The interior of my automobile was a complete mess and it took me two days to get her cleaned up.To add insult to injury, when I paid the bill they added a percentage because I used a credit card!!Would I return?? What do you think ?MORAL: Use them for upholstery and nothing else!

Raul, the owner is a very polite and knowledgeable person. It's a family run business with his wife Judy and his two children Israel and Ishma. His employee did a great job in repairing the carpet in the front passenger compartment. For my 2005 Subaru outback. I thought it was going to be cut away and see seemed together. No he just glued the repair piece right on top of the old carpet and I couldn't tell the difference. I would recommend him to anybody. On the plus side his shop does a lot of work for the local car dealerships.

This family owned business are top notch professionals, and it was a true delight doing business with them!I dealt with Judy and Ismael. I wanted to have a custom pocket created on the back of my driver seat so I could conceal battery packs for my dash camera.Judy quickly pointed out a zipper that I had not noticed on the back of my seat and showed me there was space to conceal my battery packs there.She talked herself out of a sale, and I appreciated her amazing customer service!No need for me to pay for something I already had!I still wanted to give them some business so I purchased some seat covers for the back seat of my car from the Honda factory.Ismael showed me how to install them myself so I could take them on/off in the future for cleaning.Judy and Ismael are true professionals and I highly recommend doing business with this company!I'm not just a loyal customer, I'm a raving fan!!!Service: Upholstery installation

I was referred by my European auto mechanic .Raul and his sons are so personable and sincere. They repaired leather seats in my volvo last week and took a lot of pride in their work. I was very pleased with the job and glad I didn't resort to sheep skin seat covers. They are a rare and wonderful family business. Surprised how reasonable the price was too. I heard a gentleman praising them on his way out as well.Service: Upholstery repair

Raul, his crew and office staff are awesome. I owned three cars when I first met Raul. My standard mechanic who most know when it comes to European autos recommended Raul to me to do some top work on my BMW. Start to finish it was a great experience.You know when you are scared to go to the dentist and you don t know them even though you were told he is good. I went there nervously. But Raul and his guys were awesome. I know they lost money but because of my mechanic they wanted to sure my guy was happy he sent me there.Then I needed some work done on my SL500. My guy had an equipment issue to finish so I went to Raul s guy Martin .Again. Awesome job.Prices, quality and efficiency beats any dealership hands down. What more can you ask for? Don t forget the hourly labor rates. Dealers charge two to three times more along with a higher % in markup.I have owned 48 cars getting ready to buy 49. I don t let just anyone touch my cars.What do you do? Do you over pay, under pay or do pay for scrap chrome and bad paint jobs. I have seen it all.And when I sell I always make large profits due to how I take care of my cars.When I am in Oregon there is a place called Memory Lane. When you go to Raul s it looks and feels the same.As someone who used to manage thousands of people I used to train Pride in Ownership . It is definitely true here. If you are not a regular become one. You won t be sorry.I say all of this because Customer Service and quality is a lost art. So I pay respect when I do see it.Call Raul. If you are looking for a upholstery shop there is no better place to get it done. This family run shop is friendly and professional. They did over 1800 cars in 2021. They strive to get you in within a week or less. They have done 5 cars for me; repairs to full interior replacements. You will not be disappointed with the service or price.

These guys are absolutely INCREDIBLE! Raul and his team did such an amazing job on both of the cars we dropped off. I'll be the first to tell you... I ~ AM~ REALLY~ PICKY! The work done at this place was magnificent!!! I could not have been more pleased! I was expecting them to keep the cars for several days but they even surprised me there too. They fixed both cars quickly and their is impeccable! The 2007 Jaguar needed the convertible window replaced and the headliner on my 1998 BMW was completely sagging down. I was so impressed that he fixed the Jaguar window in one day and did the same with the BMW. One top of all that... Raul, and everyone there, was SO kind and friendly. It felt like family. They are honest, quick and extremely fair with their prices. I will never go anywhere else!!! So happy I found these guys. I wish everyone was this great!!! 5+++++++ STARS!

Raul and Judy are the best! Extremely fair and get the job done quickly! Last year they worked with my insurance company to get my convertible top replaced, and I had no out of pocket expense! I learned they lived in Texas as well and we hit it off! Very professional and friendly! I ve since needed there services two more times with mechanical issues I was having and Martine did a fantastic job...Best of all, each time they have had my vehicle, they gave me a vehicle from their lot to get me where I needed to go and didn t charge me anything extra! If you need work done to your vehicle...call Raul and Judy...they will take care of you!

Raul is the best. He s done multiple jobs for us, including a new soft top on my Audi and repair of leather seats and trim. Excellent work. If something goes wrong he will fix it right away.

We have been coming to this location for years. Our Mechanic is named Martin and has the last bays in the shop. Martin is an amazing Mechanic that's does awesome work. Martin knows how to fix just about anything and if he can't do it he knows someone that can do the job. We trust Martin with all our vehicles and our children's vehicles. We recommend anyone we know to come and see Martin.

Good people and great service. We operate a limousine service in town, Raoul and his staff do a fantastic job. I appreciate the way they keep my fleet looking fantastic and on the road with little down time. Their scope of work goes beyond what anyone would expect. A five star rating is well deserved.

Let me say this this Raul is the most honest auto related business owner Iv ever met. Raul is the owner and the man had intregrity and does what he says he is going to do. .i bought a used 2007 Saturn Redline Sky convertible from Kia Palm Springs . I bought car on emotion and regretted it because right after I bought it it had major rattles. I took car back to Kia and they said Raul fixes everything like that for us. Raul trouble shooted all the rattles and fixed air leak in roof and fixed little details like rubber moldings and custom repair on my doors and made better than stock.i liked his work so much I had him put new grill too. When I took car first to him I said I felt screwed from Kia and I feel like I got a lemon. Raul said u have great car and I ll make it right . I love my car now because of Raul he took lemons and made Lemonade. Also while at La Quinta Chevy getting water pump fixed( under warranty) parts lady told me about Raul . She said Raul does all our work that we can t do. When I first went there was a Lamborghini with a interior that was totally destroyed by most likely a electrical fire. Raul s team literally fixed it like brand new. So if Raul can fix a 290.000 Lambo he can certainly be trusted to fix my 12.000 Saturn Redline Sky!!!!

Great job! Had the upholstery repaired on my driver side seat. Looks exactly like the original.Dropped my car of in the morning, picked it up early afternoon.

I only take my rare 1987 560 SL Mercedes there, new top , upholstery, tint , etc . If you want the best, try them. If Auto Row can trust them with new car repairs, like cutting the roof up on a new car to install a sunroof, then I can trust that the work will be top notch !!!

If you need replacing your Porsche convertible soft top and don't mind endless incompetence and frustration, this is your place....If I were to list all that went wrong, it would also be endless...And if you find yourself there, by all means, do not allow the owner's brother to touch your car. Not trustworthy and a liar.I will spare you the details... Go someplace else.

I dropped of my trike on friday. I was promised that my custom top would be complete on a monday. I show up on monday to find a kid inside my trike playing with the controls and stomping on the accelerator. I told the kid to get off and 3 minutes later the kid is standing on the plastic fender of my trike. Raul told me he hadn't touched my trike. To give him another day. I told him i would give him 2 days. Wednesday i show up on Wednesday and again it is not done. He said that he hadn't even touched it and for me to take it. He never said to bring it back nor did he ever apologise. Terrible way of doing business.

CLASSIC AUTO IS VERY DEPENDABLE ANYTIME I HAVE A QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO MY CAR I'M THERE A COMPLETE CHECKUP IS ALWAYS PERFORMED PRIOR TO DIAGNOSIS AS OPPOSED TO THE "OLD PROVERBIAL RESPONSE" IT SOUNDS LIKE ETC.
