Hey man this place is awesome. Mom and pop shop doing it for the average customer. As y'all can tell I'm a budget spender. So finding a great deal within my price range is rare. I purchased 3 used tires that looked brand new. The tires for my Impala are quite pricey for my broke backside so finding $160. The tire was barely used for $28. It is a great experience. There's no ups no extra no hidden disposal, handling, or vacation surcharges. The price quoted is what's paid. Highly recommend this business to people on a budget.

When the dealer told me they couldn t fix my tire I brought it to Charly s. It wasn t my first time here, they had fixed and replaced a few tires on my old GTI at great prices. They were able to fix the tire on my Tacoma the dealership said was irreparable saving me hundred of dollars It s been several months since then and the tire they repaired is still in great condition. This is the BEST tire shop in the area! And when I needed additional service for my VW they were even able to recommend a great service shop!

First of all they sold me a tire with a nail in it, thinking i would not notice ,then they gave me another tire , and they don t even let me check it before they put it on , not even 1 day with it , and its flat , i come to find 3 different patches on the tire, there are legal guidelines about patching tires i am a former mechanic, and those tire techs are not following it ,Do not come here worst place in the Coachella valley to get tires !!

They are fast. No line. Professional. Good quality tires and the price was affordable. Called many shops but Charlys was the only one to help me on my budget.

The only place open on sunday.The day before i hit a pothole on tahquitz right by police station the pot hole was so big it popped my tire. I ended up having to buy 3 new tires from Charliys tire shop for only 300.00 they were fast and fair!

Great experience with these guys today. I picked up a nail in my tire and found these guys as one of the few places open on a Sunday. I pulled up and they directed me into on of their bays, lifted the car off the ground, inspected the tire and repaired it all within perhaps 15 or 20 minutes. A nice little boy, the son of the manager I think, even offered to clean and brighten my tires to which I quickly agreed. And I wasn't the only one in there with similar issues and similar "these guys are great" perception of Charly's. The price was very fair and I gave the $5 change to the little boy. Good stuff, I highly recommend.

Good, fast service. I needed a single, used tire, they had the size in stock, installed it in about an hour, cost was $48, mounted and balanced. Happy customer.

These guys are awesome. Got a flat tire on a Sunday - of COURSE. They were open - probably the only tire shop open on a Sunday, and took care of me within an hour although there were six other cars there. Friendly, great service, reasonably priced - totally saved my bacon. THANKS!

A friend of mine had glass in their tire so we went in to have it fixed. They were professional, polite and we were only there for about 30 minutes. Definitely would use them again.

I went in to patch a tire and was out in less than 20 mins. Employees were very nice and efficient. Also, I'm very grateful they were open on Sunday since other tire stores are closed. Highly recommend to others.

These people had me in and out..Before I knew they were finish mounting my tires. Their 100% in my book. Don't like wasting my time waiting. Great service and great happy smiling people. Been going there for almost 20 years. Guess I'm a repeat customer.

Had to get my car towed there due to a flat tire, the car wasn't there yet so my fianc� and I went to go get some lunch and when we got back the car was already finished and ready to go. Prices are very reasonable. The receptionist knows everything there and is super helpful and she was super kind! Thank you we will be back!

So far my experience has been really good! Got a used tire that I needed for 35 bucks! And getting 4 new ones for my Jeep 500! So if you're on a tight budget you get your $ worth here!

On a visit to palm springs we got a flat the night before we had to leave, called around 3 other places that were open on the thanksgiving sunday and all told me 2-3hrs wait. Rolled up at Charly's and the person at the front desk asked what kind of tire I wanted and it was replaced on the spot. Tire replacement fast and simple, the way it should be. It's not rocket science. They even dressed the new tire so it was all shiny.

Decent service good prices nice employees!Edit: so I'm lowering from 5 star to 2 stars because me being me although I do trust some people I still have to check to make sure the work people do on my truck is done right. Because of previous experiences I've had with shops. So I got my tire pressure gauge and checked the pressure on the wheel they replaced and it said 60 psi. I checked it about 5 times and it kept saying 60 psi. So long story short they filled the tire with nearly 2X the amount of pressure my tire needs. I know this isn't a huge deal but nonetheless 60 sounds like too much to me. The correct psi is 35 for my truck.

I ve been coming here for the past year and every time I would go in they told me I needed a new tire, obviously I purchased a used one, but this was every time I came I needed to purchase a used tire cuz it was not repairable. Today I decided not to go there because it was strange was strange to me that my tire would constantly go flat. Well I took it to America s tires and they showed me the tire, it had a tear on the rim of the tire. I solely trusted this business but I m glad I went with my gut instinct. America s tire does a free inspection and free patch if it s repairable and their used tires are around the same price and this untrusted business! I have now trusted to write reviews to look out for those who can t afford to be spending money on used tires every month because this place wants to do you dirty! If I could give them less than one star rating I would!!

Maria, has always been Great.Love the Prices. No one has ever taken anything from my car.. Today,when told my car was ready, I knew they were busy & told them" I'll get my car out of your garage, so U can take another customer, don't worry I'll be right back to pay" Maria, said " You Paid me already" They are Honest !! Opens at 8a.m & Sunday closed at 2p.m. Instead, of the hours Posted on internet.

Stopped by for a quick patch on my tire on a Friday evening, got there 30 minutes before they closed and they said to come back Monday because they were closing shop. A patch can be done in 15-20 minutes, tire off, screw out, sand the wall a little foe the resin, resin, patch, and sealer then tire back on. Done it on my other truck before so i know how it works, anyways, went to the other shop down the road across the parking lot from the store they didn't complain about getting business.
