Painted over my wrap. Which professional autobody shop would paint OVER a wrap instead of taking the wrap off then painting? They did this twice on my car. If you want a professional job done, DO NOT go with them.In response to their comment below - I have proof - they sent me paperwork detailing the scope of work and it's not what was completed. So it was agreed upon and I have written proof they themselves sent me. Anybody can say anything, but their own paperwork says the truth. And instead of providing any level of professional customer service in their response, look how they talk about their customer below.

Did an amazing job for a reasonable price. The staff is super friendly and always quick to answer the phones and give updates on your vehicle. I d definitely come here again.

Worst experience ever. Went with my family member to get their car done here and they did a terrible job. It was extremely unprofessional and the services they rendered were below industry standard. If you need service with your car, AVOID THIS PLACE. They scammed us. We never complain about service so it has to be really bad for us to write a review. I have 20+ years in the auto industry and have never seen an auto body shop do business like this place. I have had my car fixed twice by Cat City Auto and in my opinion they are the best in the valley. David and his team do a fantastic job. They went above and beyond my expectations. I needed to have a single corner fender panel replaced. After 45 minutes, Cat City quoted me $2,400.00 and ten days in the shop. I went to three other local repair shops that all (in ten minutes) quoted me around $500 (what I had expected to pay) and 2-3 days to deliver. I got it fixed perfectly for $500 in one day. Be warned.

If I can I will give them a 10 start. The stuff was amazing customer service amazing quality of the work they did on my car was unbelievable. They promised my car that it will take 5 days for them to finish my car was done ready to go in 3 days. I definitely recommend cat city Auto collision for all your car repairs.Thank you so much for everything you guys did.

I can t say enough about the nice people in this shop! I incurred some minor body damage driving down from Northern California. Unfortunately, I wasn t able to use their services because of timing for parts and needing to get back up to Northern California. However, the service was excellent and David reassembled what he could in attempt to make my car drivable! I really appreciated that the people in this shop seemed to care and tried their best to be as helpful as possible. Thanks!

Excellent service. The lady at the front...I believe the manager, was very accommodating and professional. I came here to download crash data from a subject vehicle this morning. The owner was very cool and professional. He was very helpful. The service here was so good that I would bring my vehicle here for body work even though I live in LA.

I was totally satisfied. Had a front bumper of a 2012 Mercedes put back in place which also needed to be repainted. David was very knowledgeable and delivered the car on time as promised.
