Caliber collision was the best reapir shop I've been to ever. They are very professional and work directly with enterprise so getting your rental and returning the rental are trialival matters.

I had to bring my car here. Due to the recent Hillary storm and they have been nothing but wonderful. From the very beginning. I have been dealing with a guy by the name of Enrique R.He has not only sent me texts about my car, but he has also called me on a weekly basis to give me updates. So far, I have had no issues with caliber collision, and I would highly recommend them to anybody needing work done on their vehicle.

The staff is great, Stephanie was very friendly and got me checked in and called Enterprise Rental to get me picked up. Eric was very helpful and had my estimate on time. Eric answered all my questions and even called me while my rear end damage repairs were getting done to let me know more or less when my car would be ready. Very professional, Thank you.. A++++

I recently had my Jeep repaired at Caliber Collision, and I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service they provided. Of course, anyone that has to deal with a collision place is not fun, but Enrique always keep me calm and continued to update me on my vehicles repairs even showed up when he didn t have to, to give me my car back.Update car wasn t properly fixed and now it needs to go back. I have not been able to work and earn my living due to my car not being done correctly the first time. They re eventually going to make it right, but I m losing money while waiting. Caliber made our repair process so smooth. I so appreciated the great communication both with me and with my insurance company. Krystal and Brian both make the customer feel so welcome and cared for. Got rear ended back in December, my car was taken to caliber collision a few weeks after. Their team is very professional and nothing but helpful. I am an independent contractor and single mom so the urgency of me getting my car back to get back to work was definitely understood. If I ever need work on my car again, I ll definitely be back to see them!

I was driving through Palm Springs on my way from Utah. My front bumper detached and was hitting my front wheel. I called the local Toyota dealership and they referred me to caliber collision. They were completely booked up, but given the urgency of my situation agreed to take a look. They came up with a great temporary fix that will enable me to drive home to Utah at which point I will have the bumper replaced. After spending 30 minutes on the car, they refused to let me pay them. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and efficient and I highly recommend them.

I had high hopes for this shop. Upon picking up my vehicle I noticed my vehicle had a really harsh start when I turned it on. I didn t want to think the shop had damaged my engine so I drove off with the vehicle. The engine sounded considerably louder and not like it was before my accident. I am aware that after an accident a vehicle never really runs the same but a vehicle shouldn't be returned in broken condition. I garaged the vehicle for a week because we were using my husbands vehicle to get around. My husbands ac went out on his car and we started to use my vehicle again. I drove my vehicle 3 days to work and in those days the loud engine not only got worse but their was considerable noise coming from the engine now like metal hitting metal very hard I thought it was my tire. The second day of driving my tire pressure alarm went off so i checked all the tires and one was very low. I figured this was causing the weird metal against metal noise. But the noise continued upon looking at my engine I noticed the battery was not tied down and the case that use to be around the battery was gone. Again i figured this was the cause for the noise but on the third day before going to work i spoke to a friend about what was happening and they said check your oil so before leaving to go to work i checked the oil and the engine was completely empty of oil I at this point started looking for more issues and noticed the bolts that hold the engine block in place are completely broken on both sides. I called the repair shop to address these things and the gentleman I spoke to not only did not want to hear anything I was saying by cutting me off but completely washed their hands of any issues I had. I was treated as irrelevant and someone who was trying to get away with something. My vehicle is completely destroyed and no one wants to take responsibility and help make it right. I not only paid this shop my deductible but paid extra to have them repaint it because they suggested it would not look as nice without that being done. They swore i would be helped and taken care of if any issues arise and this was not the case at all I was made to feel foolish and irrelevant and the worst part is after leaving my car in their care and trusting everything would be resolved i get back a vehicle i can no longer drive. My insurance paid thousands and i paid my portion and extra so that i could have a shiny paint job and usable vehicle.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

Absolutely terrible service and work. Save yourselves the headache and DO NOT go here. I brought in my brand new nissan sentra because it was completely vandalized. I had to go back and forth to this place a few times just to end up with swirls all over my car from them buffing my car. My insurance covered to have my car painted completely and many parts to be replaced but they never replaced parts and it looks as if they just tried buffing out the spray paint and key marks that were caused by whoever vandalized my car. The manager Kay specifically told me that my vehicle was not a "show room car" and would never be the same. Not happy and feel as if who I am and what I look like are the reason I was treated this way. I have attached a photo of what a year of service at this place has done to my brand new car.

This was my second trip to caliber collision. I knew from my previous experience that I could trust Caliber collision to complete the work to my satisfaction. The office staff is friendly, polite and efficient. My service advisor, Brian, was totally knowledgeable and able to explain the process to me thoroughly. When I had questions he was able to answer them to my satisfaction. Outside of the insurance claim I had them do extra work in fixing my rear bumper and three dings on the side body of my car. Throughout the process they kept me informed with text messages about their progress. They finished a day early and $200 under their estimate. I could not be more satisfied and will return there if necessary.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
