I went to the shop on perez because Ben had moved there and he is simply the best! As a woman, sometimes you get taken advantage. Not with caliber collision! I was so well taken care of by Ben and all the staff. Very friendly, efficient as well. My truck looks brand new. the repairs and paint match are perfect. all washed and ready to go! plus, I received my vehicle back in 2 1/2 days.love this place!

I got a bumper done it seems good so far but my insurance was charged almost $4,000 thousand. I feel like my insurance was over charged but work looks good so far. I got estimates at 2 other shops it was $1500. Service was fast meaning it seemed they just wanted to get me out of there. They kept car longer than I anticipated. I'm satisfied but my insurance took a big hit. I'm just worried my car will get stolen from these guys I'm just kidding that was a joke

Fantastic service and work!The entire crew at Caliber were great from the first meeting and through the entire process. Doug the GM and Hector my advisor were very helpful and always kept me informed. The best part was that the car looked beautiful, and it was done on time. I definitely recommend this shop!

I first connected with Caliber Collision, 68-945 Perez Rd, Cathedral City, through the list of body shops in the Coachella Valley approved by my insurance company. From first contact by phone to final pickup of my pickup truck after completion of front end repairs, I felt totally supported and cared for. They have an amazing customer service process with friendly, helpful associates. They even picked me up and drove me to their shop to get the truck back late on a Friday afternoon. No glitches have surfaced, and I appreciated the top-notch inside and exterior detailing provided.

Went online to get a digital estimate of the cost of repair and then made a followup call to bring the car in for a visual inspection. Ben, from the Cathedral City location, met me outside to take a look at the damage. Ben said they could take care of the problem for less than the estimate and made the necessary repair that day. The service is 5-star for a reason. Ben treated my problem as if it was his problem and if I ever need car repair in the future, Caliber Collision will be my go-to shop. Can't recommend them highly enough.

They take the extra steps to make sure your vehicle is done correctly. Hector the claims adjuster was great, front desk staff as well. My car looked almost brand new.

I had a great experience I took my truck in to get repaired they do quality work Enrique was keeping me up to date with the repairs getting done I will be definitely going back in the future if I need any repairs on my vehicles I will be recommended to friends and family

When I went in for an estimate, which, in and of itself is a very vulnerable position to be in after having just experience an accident, I was first of all given an exorbitant estimate laughable actually and then I overheard all the male employee who provided the estimate laughing about my situation with his co workers. Extremely unprofessional and quite sure the estimate wasn t even accurate.

Our damaged car was repaired to perfection(No surprise, as I ve used Caliber before).Our service advisor, Israel was professional and helpful. My car had sand damage. I went with Caliber Collision because they're in the State Farm network and after meeting with Israel Martinez. Israel patiently answered all my questions and I felt like I would be in good hands. He not only kept his word but went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I have taken my vehicles for repairs 7 times. I have spent over $45,000.00. use to have great customer service. The last time I took my car some parts were damaged. I had to go back 2 times due to poor paint. My 1300.00 dollar a piece headlights fog up inside when it rains. I took it back and was told nothing was wrong. When a pebble hits the car the paint shatters and peels. I took my car back 2 months ago to get my headlights checked and to have my front bumper and mirrors repainted. Robert , after making many excuses said he would call me in a couple of days to give me an estimate on repairs and tell me what the lifetime warranty would cover. I waited a week and called him back. He told me to give him a couple of days. A month later no response. I called back and he refuses to take my call. 2 1/2 months later no call. I will never recommend such an unprofessional shop. If I could give -0 stars I would.

I highly recommend caliber collision!! ISRAEL was the name of the man who assisted me throughout my repairs and he was so incredibly kind and helpful!! My car, a 2019 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback, was vandalized by someone trying to break in and they did quite the number on my front right passenger side but now my car looks brand new, thanks to caliber collision!! The repairs came out AWESOME !! Guys, I love my car, her name is Venus and she is my girlfriend. I was super stressed about finding the right place - and now that I have, I will not be going anywhere else!I also had a dent on my door that was on the driver side that was not initially a part of my repairs, but Israel made a point to call their dent repair person and have him price out an estimate so we could have the dent fixed while my car was already in the shop! I was so so grateful I was able to get everything done in one visit! (For a really good price too!) They also estimated 3 weeks for the repairs to be done and I got my car back after only 2 weeks!To go even further with my satisfaction, I work in construction, and I ve had to fix 3 tires in the last year due to nails and screws that find their way to the road and get run over, causing a flat. My tire was extremely low upon picking it up and Israel noticed it first, took my car back and filled my tire with air and was prepared to patch it if needed for no additional charge!The staff was also super nice and very helpful and they offer coffee/tea/water and popcorn while your waiting! I m a sucker for that sort of thing. I also forgot my packet that included the receipts and services I had done and they mailed it out to me with no problem!Anyways, trust that Caliber Collision will deliver professional and clean service! Don t forget to request Israel, he s the right guy, personable, knowledgeable, and professional! I am now loyal to this company, so glad I found Caliber Collision and Israel to take care of my baby s needs !! Thank you !!

My experience with Caliber Collision has been wonderful! Cindy, the office manager has gone above and beyond in making getting a bumper replaced after a car accident somehow an enjoyable experience. Everyone in the office is personable and professional. The quality and attention to detail by the mechanic, Israel is impeccable. As I said on Yelp . . .Can t recommend these folks highly enough. They get a six, really.We d hit a tire tread on the freeway, completely - well, almost completely - ripped the plastic undershield off our car. The piece did its job and protected our car s innards, but we had to drive 400 miles with a duct-taped, zip-tied, semi-attached 6 x 5 plastic shield flapping and scudding like a broken wing until we got to Palm Springs. Found Caliber via the Honda dealership, and Enrique had the piece re-attached in five minutes. He said it was simple, and maybe it was, but he took a great load off my mind. That s what a good collision place is for.All hail Enrique and Caliber.

It is unfortunate having to deal with an accident, but thankfully businesses exist to help out. Calibur is one of those, and an exceptional on at that. They are easy to get ahold of, set timeliness and keep you informed of any updates like a delay in part shipping to them, and ultimately return your vehicle looking great.I worked with Fernando fairly extensively as my car went through repairs after being rear-ended on the interstate, and I'm pleased the car looks as good as it does.

The staff here are very reasonable , they do not mislead you or return your car with scratches , the other caliber on Perez by the dealership and 7-11 scratched my car and refused to fix it . This caliber returned my truck in amazing condition love the work they did on my truck . Israel was very helpful he called me and didn't just leave me wondering what's up .Hopefully I won't have to get repairs again but if I do I'm coming here .

My truck was recently damaged and I requested through Allstate that Caliber Collision do the repairs on my vehicle. Before I even got around to calling or doing anything Caliber Collision sent me an e-mail with information on how to arrange for the repairs to take place since Allstate had informed them of my choice. Using the phone number in the e-mail I contacted them and was immediately given an appointment date and time. Drop off and pick up of my vehicle went smoothly with Caliber Collision offering to set me up with rental vehicle at their location if I needed.After getting my truck back I am extremely happy with the work. The damage was minor, but they took the time to ensure that everything was put back perfectly in place.This is the second time we have used them and I will use them again in the future should the need arise. Highly recommended.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went in for an estimate. Everyone was very friendly. Got a written estimate promptly. I went there because my sister had someone hit her car, and she had Caliber work on it. She received excellent service, and prompt repairs.

1st class experience from beginning to end. Kept informed at every step. Kudos to Cindy(1st contact and sign off crew member)and Paige, my project manager ..so kind and helpful, and to all who answered the phone ... most pleasant and happy folks I ve encountered...and the car was returned spotless!
