DONT GO HERE I recently got a financed car like here and trade my car for the one I got had the engine light turn on 3 times and the car would be shaking and the owner was trying to give us a loan car that has an engine light on too. I work far so I don t need that car failing too. I tried to get my money back and all the owner say we have to pay fees which is like $700. I saved up for my car now I have nothing and had to walk home from the dealership. DONT GO HERE

Great salesman and knowledgeable professional mechanics. Purchased my second vehicle from them. Needed a car right away saw one i wanted Ozzy worked within my budget and we made it happened. Thanks guys!

This place not only has the nicest kindest finance lady Rebecca (I think), but all the employees are genuine. They have compassion and sell that way.This rare to find. All the way up to the owner. Due to a personal emergency last-minute I had to cancel my purchase and these people went beyond the limit. They were accomdating and very helpful to say the least. From the beginning of the deal up until the very last minute. If they will have me, I'll be back when the time is right. This time I know exactly what to bring with me so everything is a smooth fast process without any hiccups and or delays. Thank you for reminding me that there are still compassionate sincere people in the world.

This one place I can say they'll do whatever they can to help staff here very friendly from the dealership to the body shop they not trying to collect money like a mommy Pop shop they really want to get you on the road and make sure your safety was a priority.. I believe they deserve five stars not like most body shops or dealerships that want to leave the cars laying around for the longest they get em in ...and get em out. Not just Renee or Ozzie but the entire staff are very patient and professional.

Staff is always amazing! They are kind, helpful and ready to help no matter what. I found the car I wanted fully loaded for a great price! The mechanics there are great as well! I love my Ford edge!! Thank you Orlando your awesome!!

I want to say BRAVO TO BRAVO for standing behind my car.. two weeks after I bought my Mazda cx-7 the transmission went out and BRAVO paid the balance of $982 to the transmission shop... I want to thank you BRAVO for helping to get my husband's car back on the road... you did the right thing by backing your deals. I highly recommend BRAVO

I was recommended by a co-worker and I didn t regret it the second I stepped on to the lot. I was assisted by Orlando, and he was more then helpful as well as extremely patient with me. As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous and have been told places like this would screw me over, but in fact it was the opposite as they gave me a sick deal and I drove away in a new car that day. I highly recommend people to stop by and check out the beautiful cars here, not only do the cars have low miles but they have clean interiors. Everyone should definitely stop by and check out there deals here.

I recommend this place because sales treat you well, but I don t HIGHLY suggest it. I just financed a vehicle from them not even four months ago. It broke down on me, had a rod knock. Luckily I paid for the warranty and it covered it. Still upset the fact that I had just gotten the car and it broke down on me which doesn t make any sense. I am getting the help I need from them which is great, they re great people, but it s just so frustrating. They loaned me another vehicle, and that ended up braking down on my as well. So at this point, not sure what to do. It s tiring.

These guys are fantastic. I had my catalatic converter stolen a few months back and needed a new one, ended up getting hit by someone as well so these guys both replaced my converter, fixed all the damages on the car and smogged it for me. When I went to pick the car up it looked brand new and I even got compliments from random people nearby with how great it looked even after knowing the car is 10 year old. These guys know what they are doing and I highly suggest them.

HONEST people | excellent service | BEST car-buying experience:I've bought a few cars in my day and it's never been a pleasant experience. Frankie and & the team at Bravos were COMPLETELY different. Stand-up people. No shady business. No hard sell. Just a group of straight shooting, honest folks who I could tell are in the business of building *lifetime customers* -- not just getting their money at any cost -- and the way you do that is by treating customers right EVERY time. I'm beyond thrilled with my Toyota Tacoma and would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a great deal on a quality vehicle. Thank you guys for everything.

!!!!!!!!!!My second car buying experience. The people are incredibly genuine and actually want to help their customers not rob or scam you... They were up front and honest with me in ways I know others aren t , which made for a comfortable and trusting process and took no more than 24 hours time.**Especially Rachel who is a perfect example of customer care. She preemptively informed me about something regarding a payment and gave me some advice... which happened to be the difference in me keeping my current vehicle. I was very disappointed to the job done by Bravos Auto Body shop, Someone hit me in the front bumper and My airbag light came on and A/c stop working. Took it to Bravos which was the closest shop to my house in Cathedral City. It was a nightmare. Oswaldo made me take my car out of the shop, I was very disappointed about the job done, the sides of the bumper were open like hanging, because they use off the market parts. They didn t fix the light until the third time because I had to argue with the insurance myself and i had taken the car to get another estimate. He had told the insurance the A/C problem was not caused by the accident and they were not helping me at all. All they care is for the money which was directly paid to him me, , but not even asking me to sign theThey didn t arrange a rental car, I had to paid myself and struggled to be reinbursed after 2 months and not for all. It has caused me a badcnerves breakdown.his customer relationship is terrible, he was rude and told me to take my car out off there or he will charge me for storage. Which I did take out, but I found out he went on vacation the following week, leaving me with A car with no A/C and a bumper almost hanging.No air working, and light was on. Till I i proved with another estimate taken, insurance paid them for right parts two months after but not for the A/C. Up to now still arguing to be reinburse for what I paid for a/c and the las transportation expenses. Terrible service, please don t never gob-there yourself, have your insurance do everything or get an attorney. People and insurances take advantage of your honesty.

Upon arrival I was greeted by frank .We ask him to show us a vehicle that was realiable and safe. He jumped into action and retrieved us a 2016 honda vrc with of course only 22k miles. He worked with us on the cost and worked fearlessly, tirelessly to find us a good payment and a good bank. This place had us in and out with in 2 hours. The customer service he provided was truly timely and helpful. I would recommend bravos dealership to all my family and friends!Thank you bravos auto!!!! You helped me so much!

I have to say the best place to buy a car for sure. I went there desperate for a car and scar at the same time because i have bad credit but never have i gotten a car before. Mr Ozie and Frank very very helpful persons Frank is the sell man he made me fell very comfortable and Ozie was very honest with me and help me so much and was able to approve me I would definitively recommend this auto place to buy a car and everyone in there office very great people very nice love this place i know for sure i will keep buying cars from here. I'm not kidding when i say how grateful I'm on how they help when i really need it a car .

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 in August and a week later the A.C went out on the vehicle. I contacted the dealership and brought it down for repair, which they had it for 4 days!! then a month later guess what?? it went out again. They did the repairs on the car which wasn't done properly because if so then it wouldn't have went out for the third time on 02/03/18!! I did some research by contacting Chrystal Chrysler to see what work that was authorized by Ball or Bravo Automotive. Then told me that they only removed the Freon and replaced and recharged after Bravo Automotive did the work. If the job was done correctly the first time I wouldn't of had the issues twice after!!! they mickey rigged the A.C just to last until the warranty was up!! Have filed a lawsuit against them with an attorney and BBB. Next stop is contacting the local station to get them involved!!

They make the impossible, possible . The deal, the effort, the energy, What they expelled was astounding. Every promiseMade was kepted, and truly felt as famly.Gary ,Ozzy And Orlando made what I thought In possible Happen, from financing ,service to warranties ,they bent over backwards and they get the job done. I highly recommend them.

Don't buy a car from Ball!! They will inflate prices by charging you for extras . When doing their Kelly Blue Book pricing they check off all the add ons. My car had a screen but no NAVIGATION. So they added 300 dollars to the value of car anyways. And suddenly it had premium wheels ,so they added another 250 . They did the same to both cars while I was waiting for my quote. When I called the Owner Mr. Ball out about the Navigation. He tried to say those prices were done when cars came in ,weeks before. Except u saw him outside doing a walk through ,trying to see what he could add to the price ,to then reveal he was giving me a price cut. Be carfull ,otherwise you end up paying interest on a navigation system the car doesnt even have.

I bought a truck here this weekend the salesman and the owner and the guy that do the financing are really cool, we took our truck for a drive this weekend and the check engine light came on called them Monday and they said they will fix it and gave me a loaner car on Friday we were told to take it back and test it out and see if it was fixed the check engine light came back on,however we took it in the next day and got a full refund the reason why I gave 5 stars is because it is extremely hard to find a honest true to there word car salesman its nice to know that theres still some that are honest, fair, true there word and they care

They totally ripped me off ruined my front fab-tech struts by stripping them then told me I needed other parts and charged $1400.00 and when we discovered they hadn't even installed new parts went to Dave the owner who promised they would replace the struts and make it right cause all he has is his word all LIES !!!!!! All bull sh...

When there to buy a Ford mustang online in there website was advertised for 9.999 when I got there to see the mustang after driving it and making my decision they told it was 15.999 and I told them about the online pricing they said that it was a glitch in the system I call that false advertisement never would recommend this place .

They give you a lot of false promises. Sell you a car and then have the finance company repo the car within less than a month of getting it.
