Highly recommend bringing in your vehicles here for maintenance, they got you covered from oil changes to tire rotation to a simple tune up, they did a great job on the installation of headlights on my Camry, Issac and his team are on top of their game and will take good care of you guaranteed.

I have used Big O Tires for decades in another state. I was happy to find this store. It is close and convenient. The product line has expanded to allow for several excellent selections to fit the budget. The fellow at the desk was a delight. He was thorough, amiable, and genuinely interested in getting my order correct. The shop mechanic was fairly quick, and my automobile was returned clean. The front office needs some cleaning and some sparkle added to it. Be sure to bring a jacket if visiting in the winter as the waiting room is cold and no warm drinks are available.

Made an appointment online for a Sunday at 2 pm... when i got there, Jose couldn't find the confirmation of it, i showed it to him on my phone and he honored it. They are quick and nice, the place is clean and the the price was really reasonable (no coupon needed) . Definitely coming back

If you get tires go with their plan that includes free rotation and balancing for tire warranty. I also got the year alignment deal for 1 year of free alignment.. As with anything new, you need a break in period. Especially with my old Jeep. We are on the road RVing. So we are pretty much covered nationally with that plan. Worth the extra buck.Now for the managers and mechanics on duty. They have you in and out in reasonable time. The Jeep rode better than ever after all their tweaking. But after a day or two the steering wheel went off center. Old Jeeps are fussy. I took it back for realignment for free. The manager went out of his way to check the ESC computer codes set off by steering wheel sensors. After realignment the OB computer relearned the position and calibrated the sensor to the computer. The ESC light didn't go out when we were at the shop. A few miles of driving reset it. Which have to call him back to let them know.Sorry for long review just had to explain why they deserve credit for a 5 star review!

Awful experience.... I've given them multiple changes to correct this problem. Their alignment machine wasted 2 sets of tires and management will not even lift a finger to help me. Don't spend your hard earn money here. Your business will not be valued.

Went in for new tires and an oil change. They did extra work replaced brakes and rotors without my consent. Broke part of my brake system while replacing my original parts. Jimmy rigged it together and released the vehicle without saying anything. Parts came loose while driving. After a week of not being able to drive the car and dealing with corporate not doing anything and employees lying to cover their mistakes finally got the owner on the phone and had me bring the car in to replace the broken part that I had already ordered in from out of state and still haven't been compensated for the tows or the part. 3 years of buying tires from them and this is how they handle a mistake they made.

This is what was left inside my SUV tire from the big-o-tires in cathedral city on ramon rd. I am offended and disgusted. Do not come here! They'll charge you for what you don't need then put racial slurs in your tires. If I could give less than 1 star I would

Scammers!Mechanic said all our vehicle needed was a new fan belt and they could take care of is easy. Long story short, after picking up the vehicle from them, my husband didn t even get one minute down the street before realizing the air conditioner no longer worked (100 degree+ weather). He went back to them immediately. All of a sudden they said we needed a new fan assembly and that the very best deal he could sell us the part for would be $1500. Mind you, a brand new one from the dealer only costs $500. When my husband told them, an employee named Issac tried to tell us he had a cousin who specializes in luxury cars nearby who could do it better and cheaper than Big o Tires lol. My husband caught onto their scam easily and had our vehicle from them and repaired for a simple $300. I regret even repairing the belt with them because they are dishonest and kept our car for too many days promising it would be ready in one. I ve included some pics of our car leaving their repair shop on a tow, as well as our receipt and pics of some of the scammers. YOU VE been warned!!!!

I've had a great experience everytime I have used them from getting tires, oil changes and brakes. I've had 2 blow outs recently and Isaac always is able to get my car back on the road quickly. Very friendly Staff and easy financing as well as pretty good deals on tires.

I have been going to Big O Tires exclusively for years for all three of my cars... I use the location by my house in Newport Beach and needless to say, I am extremely satisfied with their service and pricing and convenience..... I am writing this review because I visited the Big O tire store off Ramon in the desert and was lucky enough to be helped by Vince!! WOW!!! He was so patient and so knowledgeable and so courteous and so friendly and so efficient and so knowledgeable it blew my mind... I need it very specific help with performance tires for my Audi a 6 and boy did he deliver. I am used to the big O tire customer service level but this kid is head and shoulders above the average thank you so much Vince!!!

Absolute amazing company, I could not recommend them more highly. We were a little more than an hour into our road trip and we heard some weird scraping noises from our car. We tried to find an open oil change place for a check up but everywhere was closed or told us we would have to wait hours to be helped. Big O Tires helped us immediately (fixing the mistakes from the Los Angeles based Jiffy Lube... tsk tsk) and in less than 15 minutes we were safely back on the road. THANK YOU!!!

I got a new set of tires for my car at this location, with the warranty and balancing, etc, back in November. I recently picked up a large screw in one of my tires, and even though I had to use inflating foam to get the car back there, they didn't mind and they fixed the tire for me for free in less than a half hour. Thank you, Big O!

My daughter and I were on a thousand mile road trip. We were on our last 350 miles when we woke up to a dead battery. Tow truck driver jumped us and referred us to Big O Tires. We drove there and they replaced our battery in an about an hour. They cleaned the connectors as well. They were all so kind and I made my plane at the end of the 350 miles. Thank you !

I wouldn't recommend these clowns to even think of putting air in my tires!! Complete ripoff artists! You're better going to a Mom and Pop shop for proper services. Don't go there if you want unnecessary amounts of money taken from your account for unnecessary repairs or diagnostics.

DISHONEST MECHANICS, STAY AWAY. Let's just say what should have been a $200 or so oil change and a/c recharge ended up costing me nearly $900! Had two separate professional mechanic friends look over my bill and both said they overcharged me $200-$300 by padding out the labor charges (which were already over market cost at $135/hr).No rent money now, and I will be evicted and soon homeless due to these people's GREED.I am taking this up with the California Bureau of Automative Repair - who are a toothless joke and usually side with the business and not the consumer... THANKS A LOT BIG O, appreciate it!!

Absolute Disgraceful treatment By the on floor Salesman Jose - Called in to get front tire and was told no problem , Drove from LA Quinta to the Cathedral City Store on a Bad tire only to be to " OH my Bad , I Forgot to Call you back , My computer says I gave two in stock but I don't, Sorry and then Smiled , like this is a funny Situation - This Childs Nonchalant Attitude will do nothing but Sink A Company's Stature and for this I've erased prior reviews because of this treatment- Never Again - Complete Trash

After a recent oil change at a different business, I was informed that my tires were badly in need of replacement. I contacted Big O, the place where I originally purchased them to discuss the matter and fact that they didn't last as long as they were warranted for. (that's an issue for the manufacturer, not Big O) I spoke with Isaac and he suggested that I come in and bring my maintenance records along. I'm so pleased that he was able to work out a proration and set me up with a brand new set of tires for a great price. Isaac explained my obligation to keep the warranty in place and told me that I can easily make appointments for suggested rotation so that I can make the best use of my time. The crew had me ready to go in about an hour and I even got a great lunch recommendation. Thank you to Isaac and the staff.

My experience at this Big o tires has been very nice the two times I've been there. The first time was when I went to buy all four of my tires; Isaac was friendly and professional, and patient to answer all of my questions. I had been researching and calling around many places comparing tire quality and pricing. Isaac was not only able to answer all the questions he was willing to stay on the phone and answer all the questions I had. You can tell there was a smile on his face. I got four excellent tires for a fantastic price with their buy 3 get 1 free deal. I spent a good amount of hours researching and calling different places comparing and not only did Big O Tires have a better quality tire for less, their customer service was out of the park.When I went back the second time for a tire rotation they were nice and professional that time as well. I think I'm going to increase my visits by getting my oil changed there too. We need more places with good customer service.

Need my oil changed and new brakes all around. I would typically co to my mechanic but the drive was too far. I wound up making an appointment at Big O Tires and went in that same day. The place was nice and the staff was friendly and I received excellent service. It took a bit longer than expected and the cost wasn't that bad. I would consider going back in the future if needed. All and all it was a satisfactory experience.

The Best Garage in the all Valley. Did several before and no one Match Big O Tires Guys on Ramon.Excellent services, quick, no waiting times or weeks to wait for an appointment. Like Davis or other ones on Perez. And way over price compare to this Garage Big O Tires.the guys hard worker, efficient and professional and on top very nice, helpful.Thank You you made my day .Marianne NOWAK

What's that's sound? We all hear something in the car, and you assume the worst. Then when you finally get around to it. The price is what we will dread.Now we all need a car and trustworthy service advisor and mechanics! I had my motor mounts replaced and 100k mile service.The team here is excellent. They are a younger crew, and they take just a bit longer. So definitely recommend dropping it off and letting the repairs happen! I will return for future service!

I am planning not going back to this place anymore. Not Professional employees. They ignored your requests, donot respect the prices and basically they will charge you whatever they feel! Horrible place. I rather go to Toyota of the Desert!
