These guys are the best ! I had a flat on a new tire. I used the temporary inflator Toyota supplied. Everywhere I went to ask for a repair, said it couldn t be done. That I would need one or even two tires. I walked into the lobby. They checked the tire and fixed it. Best service ever. Customer for life here !

I was in town visiting for a wedding. I had previously had my tire patched at discount tire Thursday. I woke up to my tire 14psi lower than before. I reached out and spoke w Eddie. He was great, let me know they would take a look at no charge. Once arrived I waited a few minutes and they took back my Tucson. Domonick discovered the issue was faulty craftsmanship on Discounts part. The patch didn t hold and air was leaking through the patch. I appreciate the honesty and work done on my tire. Not sure about the negative reviews but my experience was great. Thank you gentlemen!

This store deliberately scammed/stole from us.We payed $100 for a "tune up" and they didn't even change the spark plugs. The ignition coils were dirty and untouched. It was super obvious. The coils need to come off to get to the spark plugs. The layer of dust on all 4 was completely undisturbed. It was very clear nothing was physically done there.Then it gets worse: cylinder 4 was no longer firing. It was perfectly fine before the "tune up"We scanned it with our scan tool and saw it was cylinder 4 misfire.Took it back, they rescanned it and, low and behold, no more misfire!Nice try on using bidirectional scan tools to disengage the fuel injector or ignition coil to cylinder 4 to try to get more money out of us!There was no misfire or any other kind of problem before the "tune up".We only did it because the worker suggested it and we trusted him ...big mistake.

I bought a nice set of Michelin 80,000 mile tires. The sales man told they would be the best . Now am having a slow leak . They are refusing to rotate my tires, only 25,000 miles on them. They are saying they can't rotate, I will have to buy a new set of tires. They will prorate them, what a scam! They are crazy. Tired are fine other than a very slow leak. Won't get my business ever again..

TAKE PICTURES of your wheels and bolts before you take your vehicle in. They were so careless on my two vehicles. Scraped/ stripped them with their impact driver. Regretting this place because I don t want to use my warranty if this is how they re going to be.UPDATE: Had a flat this weekend 12/10 on freeway. They were unable to help me because this place put the completely wrong/different bolts back on my car then what I brought it in with. I ll now be filing a formal complaint.

This place is great, came in thinking I had a flat, they checked it out and found a nail and repaired it for FREE!! and really fast. Would definitely recommend them, and will always use them in the future.

I got very good service, a very good price, and a very good tire. I keep going back because they always do the right thing...Jeff M.Update: I went in again in late April of 2024.. Great service and pricing again. Get the Arroyo Grand Sport 2 All Season Tire. Its a great 50K budget tire that handles like a sport tire but feels and sounds like a touring tire. Its a very quiet tire.

I'm baffled by the service here absolutely awful! I made an APPOINTMENT for Monday and they were closed? What kind of employee gives me a appointment when he knows there going to be closed? It was Eddie that's who, I call the next day explain to bao or whatever his name is and I was not asking for any free work on my car just a simple Uber/Lyft that's maybe 15 dollars? Very unhelpful staff bao even said " i asked if anyone here needs an oil change and you didn't say anything" like what? Obviously then I didn't hear you!? just very very entitled white men what's new these days?

Mostly happy with my purchase. Some of the guys need to learn a bit more about customer service. First visit was great. 2nd visit was great. 3td [for a flat repair] sucked. This visit [rotate & balance] - so far so good. But the tire smell in the building is overpowering. ..

Sell sell sell. Stopped in because I found a nail in my tire. Figured a quick visit for them to remove the nail and plug the tire. After a long wait just to talk to someone Josh walked out w me to checkout the situation. He had a really cool electronic gauge that was able to measure the tread remaining in my tires without even touching the tread. He recommended replacing both rear tires. See photo for my old school tire tread gauge. I said thank you went to an Auto parts store for a patch kit and fixed the tire myself. It s working great.Just received your reply and I'm wondering how I'm supposed to share my phone number and email address with you? As for the store number can't you tell from my review that I'm referring to American Tire Stores - Cathedral City? This happened in March. I recently needed to get two new tires and have an alignment done. The guys here were amazing and customer service was fantastic. I actually ended up replacing all four tires and now my car runs so amazingly smooth. The pricing was perfect and I would continue to shop here in the future.

I brought my car to this shop after almost having it catch fire from a bad repair done by another American Tire location. My engine was smoking, and leaking oil in multiple places.I left the previous shop on 2 1/2 hours earlier but, now I was 2 1/2 hours away from my home in Oceanside. I made them aware I m going through cancer treatments I really need their help to get it resolved. I expected them to be more helpful but, instead kept saying how it wasn t their issue, and acting like I should be grateful they are helping. They told me they would have my card done the next day. Only to call me the next morning and say that they need an additional day but, did not give me any realistic expectations as far as timeframe to pick up my vehicle.When I contacted Noah at the front desk - I let him know that I really need a timeframe on my vehicle because it s been two days at this point I have gone without medication, my dog hasn t even been fed, and I don t even have clothes. He assured me he would give me a call back in 15 minutes when I called back in an hour he laughed at me and said that he forgot.I asked to speak with management they all refused when Eddie got on the phone which is supposed to be the manager at that location he literally threatened to take all the parts off my vehicle and restore it to its original form knowing that it had almost caused an engine fire. I have never had a company treat me so bad in my life. If you get a chance go to any other mechanic shop. This one does not care about your time, your personal well being, or your vehicle and they charge a lot of money for these repairs. Threatening to pull parts off my vehicle knowing that it almost caught fire is putting a threat to my safety - no respectable person or shop would do that. I wish I had gone anywhere else.

I highly recommend American tire in Cathedral city. Bo went out of his way to be very accommodating when it came to taking a screw out of my tire. We need to more people like him working with the public

I spent $1200 dollars on BF Goodrich tires for my vehicle here and the rear drivers side tire leaks and still leaks after getting it checked and revised by a tire installer. Never coming back. I have to add air every 2 weeks.

I shopped around before choosing American tire Depot. I felt that I got the best deal from Clifford who also was very knowledgeable in his field. I'm extremely satisfied With the service I received, with the short amount of time I waited and of course with my new tires. I will definitely recomend American tires to everyone. Thank you!! Eddie the store manager is always very professional and knowledgeable, I've been coming here for over 7 years. Great prices and service that's why I keep coming back.

Good service i went in pretty close to closing time Tyler and front office sales jesse employee fixed my slow leaking tire. They showed me the problem and fixed it. I recommend the shop and they have good prices on tires too.

I purchased my 4 tires from American Tire Depot a few months back. I ended up with an un-repairable flat and Eddie handed the warranty with no issues! They are extremely busy and yet Eddie remained efficient! Great experience

Dropped in on a Friday afternoon needing to have a blown tire removed from a rim, and a new one installed. Staff was friendly, professional and prompt. Tire was ready in a couple of hours for a very reasonable price!Chapter 2, had a flat at 5am after taking my husband to the airport. Called as soon as this place opened and Eddie was extremely helpful. I arranged for a tow and within an hour had a new tire and happy end to a day that started off rough!!

Had a not good wake-up call this a.m. Came outside to two flat tires. Wasn t sure where to go so someone recommended America s Tire to me - HOWEVER I found this store in Cathedral City. Called right about 8:00 a.m. and received prompt answer from Eddie. He re-assured me that I could have my car towed to them and they had tires for my car. When I arrived I was greeted by Eddie and he told me had tires, the price was VERY good and they have a current promotional of buy 3 get 1 free. I was in, done, and out in less the 2 hours. I am very pleased with this shop and would return again. All personnel I saw were polite and spoke to tell me my car was being taken care of - I am pleased beyond measure with this shop and it s people.

I'd like to take the time to give props to J. REYES at the Cathedral City center for helping me out. I made an appointment 4 days in advance to reserve a set of tires I was interested in. When I arrived, my appointment wasn't registered in the system despite me having a confirmation email. The tires I reserved were never ordered due to the appointment not being registered. However he took care of my by selling me better tires for the same price. I then applied for the credit line and was approved. However due to issues on the credit lenders side, I wasn't able to use that new line of credit but he made calls to see what could be done and remained professional about it. Customer service like that is very much appreciated these days. It would've been great if I could have used the line of credit at that moment but seeing as it was an issue out of their hands I'm not going to subtract a star from this rating. I walked away satisfied with shiny new tires.
