Great service! These guys did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to help us out. The tires were good quality and affordable. There was NO upselling or price gouging (which can be usual and customary from other businesses in this area knowing there are limited options out here.) I would definitely suggest this place if your need of tire service.

Excellent service! I came in with a huge screw in my brand new tires that I bought out of state and these guys could not have been nicer or more helpful. They not only got me in and fixed the tire, but they did it for free. Top notch experience.

Half a star should be optional, I was lied to basically robbed for my time and money and my vehicle was damaged. All of my rims are scratched and costumer services if out of the picture. Do not visit any Americans Tires.

Normally come here with a lot of great service but today I was just gonna get the free air check and the guy doing it walked inside the building and didn't acknowledge those of us who were waiting to get it done neither did he at least let us know they were gonna stop the air checks. I didnt get his name but he I'm normally really patient since I know it can be struggle with these kinds of jobs and customers I waited 25 minutes and noticed he just wasn't going to come back outside. If you're understaffed or just really busy just let us know honestly I would understand but he just didnt say anything to anyone and left. I know the service is free as well and I COULD do it on my own but I really just didn't feel like it that's why I'll go to americans tires so I don't need to.

These poor guys work so hard in the heat 110 plus and up temperatures and they're still out there rocking and rolling to keep our tires running like they're supposed to when in for a tire rotation and the guys took great care of my car!! It was so grateful only sorry I couldn't tip everybody so I went and got each one of them a Gatorade hoping that'll keep them rocking and rolling for the next person

Quick, friendly & efficient service. Made my appt online for tire rotation & balance. Check d in for my 9:30am at 9:15am and the car was done by 9:45am!! Plus it s a complimentary service! (Tipped the actual service guy who did the work) That s why I go there when I need new tires!! Thank you guys!

After speaking to Ramon over phone before I drove all the way to Cat City to this Americas Tire. I was told a lie. After I got to store he retracted what he told & guaranteed me over phone. Then I called to speak with Josh store manager he was no help at all & rude and couldn't get of the phone quick enough. I have been customer for many years at this particular store location.

Great customer service. Advise you on upcoming deals and can source hard to obtain autocross tires but still didn't say no. I do business with multiple competitors down the street but still none compare to quality of service.

I recently had a wheel balance and rotation completed at the Cathedral City store. On my travels back to Canada (nearly 1800 miles), one of the wheel covers went astray. I spoke with George and he immediately ordered and shipped out a replacement cover to my home. Quality service, professional and my go to tire store when we're in the US. Many thanks to George and staff at Americas Tire!

American Tire Shop is the best place to get your tires replaced and fixed, they have the best of qualified employees to help you with your needs for tire replacement. I recommend this place . This is me in Desert Regional Medical Hospital for COVID 19 CORONAVIRUS ILLNESS I was in the hospital for 4 weeks for observation and rehab.

Went in to have a tire plugged . Had scheduled an appointment for 10am and they were done by 1045 as promised even though it was a busy Monday morning! Oh, and it was free even though I didn t buy this tire there! I ve bought several tires from them and highly recommend! Just set an appointment which I didn t realize before.

These guys are nice, professional and patient. Though I didn't have to wait to talk to an advisor, they do offer online appointments so you can spend less time in the shop. They offer good services maintaining your tires after you buy them. In California they are America's Tire, other states known as Discount Tire, same company, same warranty. I've bought tires elsewhere and came back after less-than-convenient service.

I had an appointment for new tires. They handled everything very professionally.The made the spare tire swap and everything.These are big truck tires and the vehicle rides like new. Very happy with the tires and the people there. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Absolutely fantastic. This was my first time at this location. I passed through the area while out seeing patients and called them. They had my tires in stock and quoted me a fair price. Installed, balanced & aligned to perfection all within a reasonable amount of time. Couldn t ask for more. Drove 125 miles home with absolutely no issues and smile on my face. Shout out to Josh who kept calm and professional in the middle of a slam-packed Saturday. Never rushed or seemed irritated with questions. A very professional location with quality staff. A rare experience in today s day and age. Keep up the great work guys, I ll def be back in future.

If I can give them zero I would. So I made an appointment at 12 o clock. Upon checking in the guy said about 1hr more less. I just need to patch ONE,ONE TIRE!! Granted it s a free service but they took there time and serve everyone before us. I would I understand if I didn t schedule and appointment but I did and I called to see if it was almost done after and hour and half and they told me they would check and took another 30min. My car was sitting in the garage for 20 before I even called to get it started. Then this kid that works there took off the wrong tire luckily I was out there to tell him that s not the right tire. Finally he took out the right one this time and took forever to patch the the tire and when I asked another worker what was taking so long he started to yell at me when I was not even talking to him. So for the free service just remember your gonna be there for more 2hrs

True gentlemen! I had some confusing issues with my trouble ticket to fix a puncture tire. Discount Tire wouldn t even see me. These guys slapped on the spare on one of my tires and patched my other tire free of charge! Never going to Discount again. I will 100% use these guys in the future. Can t thank them enough, you guys are the best!

I came by to use the complimentary tire filling service. The attendant filled the tires then told me that my tire treads were not at a proper tread depth and I should get them replaced, I said I had a warranty and the attendant told me to check with the sales office. I went to check with the office and they tried to blame a mechanical issue on my car which is new. They said I would need an alignment and then said that I wouldn't get a true alignment without tires in better condition... While refusing to honor my refund and replace certificates.

Had taken my car to dealership a month ago because tire was losing pressure quickly and frequently. They said they found nothing wrong. Came out to a flat tire this AM!! Made appointment on line, got me in and out within 30mins, repaired the leak caused by a nail and didn't charge me anything! Great service, friendly staff. Will definitely be back when I need new tires!!

Great place the team was super fast with a 4 new tires install. Awesome service and prices. They provide free tire rotation and drive through air checks. Bringing my wife's car here when she needs new rubber. Highly recommend going here.

It was a fairly quick process, I was assisted by Brandon & Roger, the staff here were exceptionally friendly & knowledgeable. They did a great job at explaining what exactly was wrong with my tires without any confusion. Their waiting area is clean & spacious. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience here, I highly recommend it.

This is the only place I buy tires. Josh, the manager, has been here a long time and is always friendly and professional. All of the staff are helpful and nice. When I first moved here 19 years ago, I had a slow leak in my tire due to an improper valve. They replaced all the valves for FREE! Tire pressure checks are always free and my tire rotations and inspections are covered. You can schedule appointments online and purchase tires beforehand. .
