I would like to say that Brandon is an amazing employee. I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else after my experience with Tires Choice. I was waiting in line on multiple occasions and I ve seen Brandon remain calm and professional with customers who didn t wake up on the right side of the bed. In my opinion, businesses these days could use more employees like Brandon. This location could not have chosen a better manager.

I came here a few months back, I purchased all four premium tires with the warranty. I just got a flat tire. They told me it'll be fixed for free, but I'll need to wait until Tuesday for an appointment. The cashier told me to drive in to get air. However, the folks in the back are nice and apologized for not being able to help. What's the point of the warranty if the small flat repair would need to be prolonged for five days. I went to Tire Pros and got it done in 20 minutes. Didn't have to wait for days. Suggestion to not offer a warranty that doesn't really support the customer with small damages. It's a little fallacious with the service that was promised.

Went here this morning because my tires were low. Brandon helped me out incredibly quickly, talked me through the fact that *all* of my tires were low ( ) and was generally a very friendly guy. Would return for business again. :)

Bought all four brand new tires for 1300$ w warranty n whistles when I experienced a flat tire a few months later I was told they are busy and would have to fix the issue the fallowing weekend. W a flat tire that s not very helpful. Overall high price bad service.

Ordered tires for my Tesla, kept getting a hard sell for 4 tires when I only needed 2 (got a nail in 1 tire but you need to replace both tires due to axle drive system). I made an appointment then told it would be 2 hours because "they get busy and only have 1 technician". Obviously making an appointment doesn't mean much here. I recieved a message that my car was done. When I arrived they had no idea what I was talking about and showed them the text that I received. Service is slow and unreliable.

Horrible experience. After yrs of being a customer and spending well over 10k at this place when i questioned something i was told i planned my actions all along and i was playing games.At payment I was told there was some engine noise that was there before and after service. They didn t mention the severity nor did they call with any concerns prior to them servicing. I went out to the vehicle after payment and it was very loud and not sounding like the vehicle I dropped off. I went back in and said it sounded way worse then when I dropped it off. The tech became defensive and accused me of having plan to rip them off and playing games. Rather then discussing with me or even walking out to the vehicle. His actions were very much that of someone playing games and trying to cover something up.Video and audio (engine noise) record your automobile before leaving it with these people.

My mom took her car there for an issue after Hyundai San Leandro charged us to tell us they couldn t help us. Chris and Brandin did such a great job and gave my mom peace of mind. I give them 5 stars for sure.

Great experience- quick, safe and cost effective. Brandin was soooo helpful! I called in the morning as my car was at Honda and they pulled out a nail (even though we were there for a key repair)and my tire needed to be repaired asap. I trust Tire Choice 100% and decided to bring my car to them. I was able to get in that day. I also was in a bit of pinch because I needed the car by 4:30 to pick up my children. Brandin helped with make that possible so I can safely pick up my little ones. Always grateful for the amazing customer service here! Thank you!

I ordered tires off Amazon and pre-paid for the mounting. However, to my surprise I was charged another $106.00 when I got there. Also, they took over 7 hours to install 4 tires and I had an appointment. The guy was nice but seemed irritated that I had an Amazon installation. Overall, they seemed to have put on my tires correctly but I expected quicker service.

The appointment time is utterly useless. I had scheduled a 10am appointment for tire installation. This was a recommended tire shop by Amazon where I had bought the tures. When I arrived for my appointment the service guy told me to leave the vehicle for the while day. I told him that I had set the appointment and expected to get the service done within the appointment time frame. He told me that this was not the case and I needed to leave the vehicle for the full day. When I told him that this is ridiculous and if you make a restaurant reservation no one tells you to wait a whole day before being seated. His responce was that this is a tire shop and not restaurant. I asked him what was the point of making appointment anyway. He could not make a legitimate reply. I took my tires and left this shop. I would rate this place 0 out of 10. Service sucks and appointment system is broken.Click to Copy

Visited this tire shop to change my tires hoping for a smooth service, but left disappointed since they scratched the edge of my rims during installation. I did acknowledge that they were not responsible for wheel damages prior before installation. In comparison to other tire shops I've visited, all had the same policy and their workers were careful and professional duringinstallation. I expected the same level of care and attention to detail here.

This place save my butt! They are open 7 days a week. I needed someone to look at my car, I always worry when my car is acting up, that the fix will cost a billion dollars.They took my car in Sunday morning, by Sunday afternoon they knew what the issue was and I was able to walk home from the shop. The fix was a dealer part so I had to wait till Monday, then the part wouldn't be available till later that week. Anyway they were really professional and the shop office is very clean. I will take my car there again. It was alot less that the worry I caused myself.

I locked my keys in the car at Safeway next door to Tire choice. Brandin the store manager is a great manager. He helped me get my truck open and did not even charge me. It is almost impossible to find customer service like this these days. I will now be bringing all of my vehicles to this business. Thanks again Brandin.

They have always done great work for me including a last-minute fix right before we went out of town on a trip. Staff is knowledgble and very helpful. Brandon even went above and beyond the other day in helping us out. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I picked up a piece of metal in my left rear tire and the low pressure light came on. I went to Tire Choice at 2 pm on a Saturday and was back on the road by 3. I was very pleased with the service and accomodations.

I brought my car for a suspension and break system repair, after inspection I agree to pay 2200 for repairs. When I got my car back and drove it for the weekend it was worst than before , the technician told me that there were items that were overlooked and that I have to pay another 1200 to get it repaired. Not to mention the dings on the front of the car both sides.Not a happy customer and definitely not using their service anymore.

Visited this shop in an emergency after getting a flat tire just down the road. The service was unkind from the start, and I was quoted a price of nearly $450 for just ONE tire and installment. When I expressed concern for the price, I was dismissed and was basically told good luck. I walked out, installed the spare tire, and called around to other local shops - all who quotes me under and around $200. Got it replaced at Big O Tires for $170 out the door.

Great experience! Super good staff! Was traveling south from canada had a blow out on my tire, was back on the road with 2 fresh rear trailer tires in 2 hours not much delay on our 8 hour day of traveling! Was super friendly pointing us towards other local restaurants to to bypass our time! Thanks again!

Here is a rundown of my experiences, not everyones experiences:1. Was charged about $20.00 for nitrogen air, when I never asked for it, they said its part of a package. If so, then disclose we have a $20.00 charge embedded in this "package"2. I was charged about $50.00 for "road service" for tire issues, again, I didn't ask, and they said it was part of the package.So, if these items are "part of the package" why can't consumers be informed about these line items?Two days after I left, my driver side front tire, that they chose and installed for me, produces noise, and unclear why, etc.I am no longer in business with them due to the above issues of borderline fraud and certainly unethical charges. So, where does one turn in this situation?I was ultimately given about a $70.00 refund, but after I spoke with a manager, I wish there was full disclosure here, otherwise I wouldn't have needed to write a review like this.So, I paid another mechanic $100 to figure out the issue and they couldn't figure it out. So, this company is costing me more money after a roughly $1200 bill, not cool.So, there you have my experience, take it as you wish.

Great service here, and Brandon especially provides great service. Had all 4 tires replaced here a in early 2023. Was given realistic information about time for repair, and was sold a great set of tires. Very good.

Brandin helped me fix my battery and totally didnt even charge me for it! OMG THEY ARE SO NICE HERE! I would recommend anone in the Castro Valley area to make this your michanic of choice!

If your looking for a mechanic / tire store you can trust, then look no further. The manager Brandin was courteous and respectful as he explained the various options. He help me choose the best tires for my vehicle, which was not the most expensive option. I appreciate the time he took and that he never tried to up sell me.
