Joe who works at night really goes above and beyond. He not only took time to help a rookie like me replace the headlight he also showed me why the one I picked was incorrect. Need more like him!

I had recently bought new wiper blades, which they installed for free, however I noticed two weeks later in the recent heavy rain that the bottom of one of the wipers didn't seem to glide very smoothly across the windshield at all and I was afraid it might come off. I went in to the store a few days later and spoke with them and the very nice woman at the counter came out and looked at it, believed it seemed a bit loose to her, and promptly installed a new one (again) for me. I haven't yet been in the rain again but I did use the wipers when I sprayed the windshield as I cleaned them and it seemed much better than the other wiper. I am so satisfied that they cared enough about my safety and experience to check this out and fix it immediately. I have never had anything but attentive, expert and considerate service at this store and I don't hesitate to return there for my auto-related needs.

Great group of folk. Genuinely out to help you fix your ride at the most affordable prices. I go there at least once a week per my job duties, and also on my own for my personal vehicle. Good bunch of peeps. Check 'em out.

Friendly and efficient staff. Greeted as I entered. Questioned about my needs. I was offered multiple brands and quality levels. Parts requested were in stock and were obtained quickly. Check out was efficient. Military discount provided.

The gentleman that waited on me was wonderful, the girl that answered the day before awful, asked fir 2 marine batteries she said were in stock and went to get them the following day, he looked them up only one, said we never had 2 I sold one in September, she gave you incorrect information, he ordered the other and I was able to pick them both up the following day.

Went here after work cause my car was acting weird Stephenie and Lauren helped me and they were great especially Stephenie who helped me figure out what was wrong. As a woman it's nice to see women working somewhere like this and I appreciate their help

And politely said you don t have somebody that speak Spanish and if they try to speak English to you you should try to understand you re working CUSTOMER SERVICE! Joe is the man. Went in for a new battery during a hectic time of day. He handled the pressure of lots of customers and my battery change with an infectious positive attitude. He took the time to answer all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed in anyway. Just really appreciate the quality customer care. Thanks Joe!

I had come in probably about a year ago to get new wiper blades and used the little device they have in the aisle to find the ones I needed. That told me I needed blades that would cost about $70, and I walked away deciding to find them cheaper. Ultimately, I got Michelin blades from Costco and had the pleasure of watching one break on the freeway during a heavy rainstorm.I came back in, resigned to expensive blades, and went to use the device in the aisle again. The manager, Joe, was at the front, and he offered to help me instead. I originally was just going to replace the missing blade, so he went out to my car with me to match it as closely as possible. I decided I may as well replace both, still expecting it to be pretty costly. He then told me I could get both for around $40, and that the cheapest price point they carried was actually a solid mid-range wiper that should be fine for typical driving.I was delighted! Even more delighted when Joe came out with me and replaced the blades without my asking. He had me test them out, then cleaned everything up and sent me on my way.Great experience! Joe is very friendly guy with great taste in masks. He also doesn't look down on you for not knowing his trade like some auto professionals will, or try to milk more money out of you. Next time you need wiper blades, I received just asking for them to look up what kind you need instead of using the self-service so you can get out of there with what you need. Thanks Joe!

Great feeling about the place really friendly and they're always there to help you no matter what it is leaving go out of their way and help you with something that's not even part of their services that you know they offer a lot of deals they make it worth shopping there and they're faster friendly and create deals what do you want great place

Very helpful. I love that Woman work there. Yea! I needed an Air Filter and they usually help you replace it. Unfortunately not with my car. They recommended Economize across from The Chabot Theater. I called and Andy said he would. I was in and out in minutes. Yes Andy you will now get my business for Oil changes.

Johny and Richard at this store are awesome! Suddenly had the battery in my F150 go south while on a family trip. They could tell I was trying to get things taken care of ASAP so that our trip schedule wouldn't get too compromised. These two guys went above and beyond the call of duty to get me taken care of, even though it was late in the day and they were juggling plenty of other customers already. I even offered them a tip for their outstanding service, they said, "No sir, save your money and go enjoy the rest of your time with your family." Both of these guys are top notch, I'd give them 10 stars if it were possible! Thanks guys!!

The best place to shop for your car repair jobs. I was personally assisted by Joe the Manager - excellent guy (recently promoted I was told). Pretty down to Earth guy which explained parts and prices very patiently to me. Thank you much Joe - you are the best.

Purchased online for in store pickup. Price was fair and the location was convenient (needed a replacement car battery, so convenience was more important than shopping for the best price). Staff was pleasant and efficient, so I was in and out pretty quickly.

I went in for a wiper blade replacement. Paul was exceptional - made sure I had the right blades, at a reasonable price, installed the blades. The entire transaction was efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend!

This post covers both Jackson and Nunes St locations. Looking to get a few needed but disparate projects done. Found just about everything at the Jackson location. They were out of stock on one upper radiator hose for my SUV. Fella that helped me secured one at the Castro Valley location on Nunes. Lucky for me, this location was much better stocked and my very knowledgeable guide was very helpful above and beyond her calling at O'Reilly's.Thanks to dear Emma, I am planning to head back in a weeks time to continue my love affair with my 20 year old MDX knowing that she's got my back. I could hug you but don't want to until you get to meet my car first.

Clean presentable store. It s a hub location so getting parts there is very reliable. Polite and knowledgeable staff members. I drive 6 miles out of my way to see this location.

I stopped by here at 7:30 last night pretty positive my battery was going out as it was flashing in and out. I pulled into the red zone as I have to young children who were with me i walked into the front of the store and asked an employee if he could please come test my battery I think I need a new one and he told me he wasn't allowed outside in the dark although an employee walking out of work said it was up to the staff if they wanted to. I told him I have to young children and really need to get this resolved before I wake up in the morning to a dead car he could have cared less. Ended up having a dead battery in the morning and a shot battery. Will never attempt to take my business here again.

This is the hub the main location that actually has parts in stock unlike auto zone I have a 1959 ford f100 brake pads and plug wires in stock also 1988 ford f150 parts in stock amazing places to shop for parts I haven't had a single problem great customer service every time I drive out of my way to come here this is 5 star worthy try them out you won't be disappointed
