Don s Auto Body was great. I mostly communicated with Leticia and she was always quick to respond and answer my questions. They got my car done with a quick turnaround, even after I threw in an extra claim to fix unrelated damage mid-way through. I appreciate all of their hard work. Bonus for having a kid friendly waiting room so my toddler could play and color while I handled business!

They had my vehicle sitting there for an entire week!!! I was able to use it instead of relying on Uber and Lyft. After I picked it up, I noticed a noise from the wiper. I emailed trying to make an appt. on a Thursday afternoon. 3:30-4:00. Then, I called letting them know I could be there before 3:30. They said the only time available was Friday at 2, they clise at 4:30. I told them I couldn't do that time bc of my job. So, they told me to call them when I was available to go at that time. They 2.5 hrs to do a simple diagnostic on a wiper, on a brand new, back door they replaced? Shouldn't they be checking everything is perfect before they release the vehicles??!!!!

Walk in nine am for simple quote easy right? Wrong, guy goes sorry I have apt and can t look at ur car right now. Seriously need to fire him. Poor customer service!!

Tried charging me $250 for them to step outside and look at my car. Scumbags and scammers.

Garbage shop. They won't even give an estimate. They charge $250 for an estimate and we're extremely rude. Nor could they even be bothered to look at the vehicle. I hope they go out of business. Can't give less than 1 star or that's what they'd get.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Did a fairly good job fixing my car. State Farm recommended them. Left some scratches that were from the accident. They offered to take my car to get an oil change. Told me the price of the oil change was $125 and they were giving me a discount for $100. Turns out the oil change was about half that price. My car was leaking oil and I had to return to Dons to get my door realigned. They reimbursed me for the inflated price of the oil change after being confronted about it. Simply a waste of time and shady business. The people working there are really nice, however I will not return.

I don't give out 5 stars easily, but these guys deserve it. They went above and beyond to get my truck repaired properly. The insurance company from the other driver wanted to use after market parts, but they refused. After being jerked around, they called Managers to approve the estimate and got my truck repaired with original parts. Can't thank them enough. Nice job Mario, Sado and Roger. Use Don's Body Shop and you'll be glad you did

Took my car here and usually I'm sketchy about how these places treat people but I have to say great service actually the best service I've had dealing with my car. Their demeanor was always friendly and they always updated me on my car. They really take car of thier customers. If something happens to my car again I will definitely come back

Door handle broke on our van. The manager said come by and they'll check it. I expected a costly repair. The manager got his man to work on it for a solid half hour plus. He told me it's need replacement parts at some point.Cost of temp repair: Free. Thumbs up, I'm a customer now.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This is the best body shop. I always bring my card here for repair. They are honest, friendly & performs great quality work. They work with your insurance companies to get the work done right. I have been with them for more than 15 years.

OMG I took my car into them on a Friday March 29th. My car was in a bicycle accident, my State Farm recommended them. It too two weeks to get my car back but it was worth it. They made my car look like it came off the lot brand new from Hyundai. The staff is very nice. Thank you, Thank you.

I absolutely 100% recommend this autobody shop. I have taken my truck here to be repaired to be and not only did they finish before time they also gave discounts and treated me as if I was family Sada and Mario are the most respectable people ever this autobody shop treats you in your car as if it s their own. My car t boned an illegal left turner. Don's did all the work and it literally looks better than new. They dealt with Allstate (who low balled me, at first) and really restored it to new!

I have brought multiple cars into this shop and they've always been done extremely well and in a short period of time the management is the best they are friendly knowledgeable and helpful I will only bring my vehicles here

On budget. Detailed oriented. Clean. Smiling attitude.Car needed repairs for fender and bumper scratch plus bend. Little delay, but repaired as new.

they either lost or stole my ray ban sunglasses and threw out two packs of water bottles I had in my trunk. The car work was fine though.

Took pictures of my entire car but didn't want to take a picture of one spot that was the most important. Had to argue about it. How do you take pictures of the whole car.... but not one spot? lol
